Kevin (9/5): We had a great stay, I rcommend this accomidation in London and will stay there again :) - The place itself was superclean, well organized and more than spaceious enough for two people. Communication was superfriendly and spot on! The place is an excellent location as a starting point for a stay in London. Supermarkt nearby, only 10-15 minute walk from Buckingham Palace or the Thames. Victoria station was close as wall and an excellent hub to reach other areas in London. Minor moint, but like all other Londen houses, the walls and ceilings are paper thin. You can hear almost everything. Thankfully there is a strict policy on 'silent hours' between 10 pm and 8 am.

Lisa (10/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in guter Lage für guten Preis - Sauber, gemütliche Zimmer mit Remote Control für Lichter und Heizung (sehr praktisch), auch die geteilten Badezimmer waren groß und wurden täglich gereinigt, in der App sieht man sogar live, ob die Bäder frei sind. Das hat sehr gut funktioniert. Auch in der Küche ist alles vorhanden und Supermärkte bzw. die U-Bahn sind gleich ums Eck. Es könnten noch mehr Kaffeetassen angeschafft werden, die haben morgens nicht für alle gereicht. Sonst top.
Shiyu (8/5): Great location, clean shared bathroom - The location is superb, 20 mins walk to the palace and walkable to the Big Ben. Everything is digitalised with the website to control the light , see the availability of the shared bathroom, and own passcode for the door. The owner let us to store our luggage prior to the checkin time, the room was ready before the checkin time. We really appreciate that. Upon booking, I know that the room gonna be noisy because the window is facing to the main road , and it’s the first room from the entrance. So when people passing by we can hear everything , plus shared bathroom and other 5 rooms. Because we are mentally prepared we didn’t complain anything or anyone. However we got a complaint notified by the manager on the day we are checking out, the night before except we chatting in normal voice in the room we didn’t even watch tv or listen to any music, the door lock does make some noise if we go out for bathroom. Managing a shared place is not easy so I understand manager’s effort however it does not make us feel a bit uncomfortable because i think it’s unreasonable and no need to tell us on the day of checkout when we actually tolerated two day’s noise.

Jenny (10/5): Tolle Lage, komfortabel, reaktive Gastgeber - Toll gelegen, sehr durchdacht und unkompliziert im Ablauf. Viele praktische und angenehme Aspekte, so z.B. die toll ausgestattete Küche für alle. Wir hatten ein schönes eigenes Bad und ein großes Zimmer. Das Bett war bequem. Alles ist sehr effizient organisiert und mitgedacht, die Gastgeber sehr reaktiv und wir würden definitiv zuwiederkommen (dann wieder in ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad). Was man als Gast wissen sollte ist, dass das Haus recht hellhörig ist und ab 22 Uhr Ruhe herrschen soll.

Deborah (9/5): Home from home. - Amazing home. Every aspect exceeded expectations. The digital entry code system takes a few minutes to master, but no complaints. Nighttime in the area can be a bit daunting when travelling alone, but the street is relatively bright. Felt very safe once inside.

Angel or Robert (7/5): Great area! Good value but can be noisy. - Great location. Lots of restaurants around. Room was very clean. We had enough space except for our luggage would benefit from a couple of luggage racks. We understand that all noise cannot be contained (outside and stairwell) which we were fine with. However the room across from us (we were in room 3) and the one above us (room 4) the tenants were loud (running back and forth from both rooms and talking and laughing loudly). They did this till all hours of the night (2-3am). We could clearly hear everything they were saying. Other tenants were also disturbed as they kept opening and closing f their doors (making for more noise). We also asked for extra supplies (tissue and hand towels) which were never delivered.

N (7/5): - The room was basic but nice and clean. The heating bed blanket was a lovely touch after a long day walking, soothing aching muscles. The location of the property was perfect for sightseeing. In many respects it was great for the price. The cleaners were in the room when we arrived and wouldn't leave when requested. They were adamant to fold towels and take pictures. This annoyed me as l was tired from long journey. I felt disappointed that there was no kettle and cups in room, as l didn't want to walk to kitchen in my bed clothes due to the other guest. Like most people l like a coffee on waking. There was very little shampoo and the towels were dreadful, they were old and rough on the skin. Due to the above, l would only give you a 4 star rating. Being picky, the walls could do with a freshen up and new quilt cover and towels, kettle and cups would take it to another level. That said, for £50 per person per night it was a steal due to location.

Inmejorable. - Es definitivamente el mejor lugar en el que me he hospedado en Londres, ubicado en una zona inmejorable, me encantaría repetir siempre aquí pero desgraciadamente no está disponible casi ninguna de las fechas que miro. Si tienes la opción, no te lo pienses. Londres tiene habitaciones muy pequeñas y muy pocas prestaciones y esta casa tiene una cocina común muy amplia y equipada que pudimos usar todos los días para desayunar sin problemas, el baño impecable y grande y la habitación cómoda y espaciosa con una cama y unas almohadas buenísimas.

Maria (9/5): Perfecta - La conexión en metro y buses es excelente. Se encuentra a 7 minutos andando. La ubicación era perfecta para poder moverte fácilmente por la ciudad. Podías ir andando a puntos de interés turístico también, como el Big Ben o Palacio de Buckingham, por ejemplo. Las instalaciones era perfectas y todo muy limpio. Nada, todo perfecto.

Rafa (10/5): Gran Hogar - Gran comunicación con el anfitrión! Tanto la habitación como las zonas compartidas están muy bien equipadas. Está cerca de Victoria Station y de la mayoría de los monumentos más importantes. Va a ser nuestro sitio para futuras visitas a Londres Nos gustó todo
Tania (6/5): Agradable, pero mejorable - La ubicación, el fácil acceso, la amabilidad por parte de los dueños y la facilidad/ accesibilidad a la hora de guardar las maletas. 1. La habitación que nos tocó tenía acceso a una terraza, la puerta de acceso a esta no cerraba completamente, dejando paso de aire (frio). Es cierto que no se notaba el frio por la buena calefacción. 2. El mensaje al resto de los inquilinos sobre “apagar las luces del pasillo” no estaba muy claro, con lo cual los huéspedes no cumplían con esto y molestaba la luz, sobre todo, a los inquilinos del primer piso (nosotros). Tuve que dejar una nota a mano en la escalera para que apagasen las luces y molestasen menos. 3. Poco aislado de ruido para los inquilinos del primer piso, se escucha mucho todo lo del hall principal y afecta a la calidad del sueño.
Lee-Ann (9/5): - Location was great. Close to Victoria train and bus station. Easy to access bathroom and kitchen with the online website and areas nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen. I think the stairwell should have sensor lights. It is pitch black in the stairwell, and a number of times, other guests turned off the light while I was making my way up or down. This was very dangerous as the stairs were very steep and narrow and I had a leg injury.

Il faut simplement accepter de partager la salle de bain. - L’emplacement est idéal, à 5min à pied de la station de Victoria et à une dizaine de minutes de Buckingham Palace. Hyper pratique pour visiter Londres à pied ou en métro. La maison dispose de 6 chambres avec 3 salles de bain, la salle de bain est partagée entre 2 chambres et la cuisine est commune. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires ( cuisine équipée, serviettes et draps fournis, adaptateurs pour prises).
Marion (7/5): - Logement parfaitement situé à deux pas des principaux monuments de Londres. Consignes sur le logement très claires avant l’arrivée et très bon balisage dans la maison de l’ensemble des équipements. Propriétaire très réactif pour répondre aux questions. Il faisait très chaud dans la maison mais ayant eu la chance d’avoir une petite cours intérieure nous avons pu aérer facilement. Le lit n’est pas très confortable mais correct pour quelques nuits.

Julie (10/5): Super - Excellent hotel offering great value for money. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well laid out. The common areas are spotless, and thanks to the smart tablets that detect occupancy, you rarely come across other guests. The location is ideal, close to all major points of interest in London. A special thanks to the owner, who was very responsive throughout our stay and accommodating with our luggage. I would definitely stay here again!

Ninon (8/5): Un très agréable séjour dans un logement bien placé ! - L’emplacement, la proximité avec le centre-ville. Le rapport qualité prix. La présence d’une cuisine. Totale autonomie. La réactivité de l’hôte et du service client. Le manque d’isolation phonique entre les chambres et les étages (heureusement qu’il y a de la moquette dans les couloirs). La détection de présence dans la salle de bain n’est pas toujours efficace (la tablette indique que la salle de bain est libre alors qu’elle est en fait occupée).

Lena (8/5): You had everything you needed! great atmosphere if your not sensitive to sound - Near everything, everything you needed in kitchen and bathroom. Very kind cleaning crew! also very kind people staying there! Had a great visit! Very thin walls, you could hear the people talking and coughing in the house, also the street very loud (room with the window on the street side) Kinda hard to have one bathroom for so many people- but it was fine! Cupboard relatively small for luggage.
GORK_88 (9/5): Reformed and modern - Tidy and reformed. Big sized, minimalist and bright room. Neat shared bathroom and kitchen. Traffic noise although the windows were new. Narrow and steep stairs.
Diana (8/5): Superb location, well-organised shared space, good value for money. - The location is superb. I liked how organised the space was - every room has a designated space in the kitchen and slippers in the hall. The windows facing the road with quite a lot of traffic.
George (9/5): Would stay here again - Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Easy check in. Room has everything you need from a smart TV to a silent fan to power adapters. I had to wait to use the shared bathroom during morning hours.

Anna (9/5): - The location was excellent and allowed us to walk to most parts of central London, which was especially convenient during the transport strikes. We easily covered 25,000 steps a day and discovered the city almost entirely on foot. The shared bathroom was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the room included everything we needed such as Wi-Fi and Netflix. For the price this was a very good option in London. The room was quite small and at times we could hear the neighbors through the walls. Our room was at the back of the building with a tiny courtyard, so there was no real view, although it was quieter than being on the busy street side.

Ana Isabel (8/5): - Está todo muy limpio y bien organizado. Las instalaciones están bastante nuevas y tienen muchos detalles para la coordinación entre inquilinos. La ubicación es muy buena, céntrica y con muchos medios de transporte cerca. También tiene restaurantes y supermercados cerca. El precio me parece un poco elevado para tener que compartir espacios.

Karin (5/5): Passable - The location was very convenient and the wifi was very good. The door system is faulty, and was stupid having to remember numbers for each door you wanted to open. the owner messaged me via booking to inform me of the door number change but being from Austria I never got this message till I was able to connect to the wifi. it would of been so much nicer had we be given a card with the numbers on. lastly the smoke alarm was covered up in our room for some reason and the toilet seat was repaired as promised.
Red40 (10/5): exceeded our expectations - + super fast replies from host, which were very helpful + very detailed instructions from the host before arrival on how to enter the house, what's available inside and in the surrounding area etc + clean and recently renovated bathroom, very warm water with high pressure, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand wash available + amazing location, 5 minute walk to Victoria underground and train station, tesco extra, little waitrose and big sainsburys right behind the corner, 15 minutes to buckingham palace + two pillows available for each person, one soft and one hard + coffee and tea selection in the kitchen, + ear plugs, plates, forks and anything else you may want + the availability to leave your luggage before and after the stay + double windows, so even though the house is on a pretty busy street, you can't hear anything at all + ability to regulate the temperature + great storage space with many hangers + hair dryer in the room and iron in the kitchen - pretty confusing door lock, when we were inside the room, we were not really sure if the door is closed properly, the lock itself seems to be a bit short and not go in properly - if people are walking on the stairs, you can hear them, but no one was really loud

Karen (10/5): Exceptional - Small, cosy room, well equipped kitchen, extremely clean, large, flat screen smart TV with Netflix, great location for the price. Room 1 is quite noisy as it fronts a busy street and is also beside the front door. Everyone has to walk along the hall past the room and then opening/shutting front door. Any of the other rooms would be quieter. I still wouldn't hesitate to stay here again though.
