• Marijana (9/5): - The apartment is spacious and large. There are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The heating was excellent. Blankets and a duvet were missing. The view from the apartment is magnificent. Large glass walls with a view of the sea and the city are great. The apartment is nicely and modernly furnished. The faucet on one sink had a weak water flow. The instructions for entering the apartment were very clear, and we understood everything immediately. The instructions stated that once we entered the apartment we needed to deactivate the alarm code; however, the apartment did not have an alarm, so we foolishly searched through the rooms looking for the alarm keypad. I am giving a rating of 1 because of the parking. When booking, it was stated that the apartment had parking. I sent messages asking where to park the car, but I never received a reply. Only after we found parking on our own and entered the apartment did I receive a message, two hours later, saying that we should contact an agent who would give us a parking garage card—but we did not know who that agent was or where to find them. We rented the apartment solely because of the parking, which in the end we did not get.

Mancavano i teli x tutti gli ospiti dell’appartamento e c’era 1 solo rotolo di carta igienica con 2 bagni.

• Antonio Jose (1/5): Nefasto Booking y Anfitrión ENGAÑO - Nada No era el alojamiento que reserve por booking, reserve junto a la catedral de Málaga y me enviaron a 15 mnts, he puesto reclamación y ni booking ni el anfitrión se han pronunciado aun, esto es yn despropósito, que por supuesto voy a denunciar a través de un especialista.

• Cristiana (6/5): Dirty and non-existent staff. If you are just looking for location then it's ok. - The location and view were the only plus of booking this place. I, by all means, am no picky or fancy traveler, but this place was just DIRTY. Hair and dust in the bathroom, in corners, fingerprints on the kitchen cabinets and doors, dirty bathroom mat, there was hair everywhere. Ants in the kitchen and in the kettle I had been using. The building had maintenance works with bad odour at the entrance and noisy drilling mornings and afternoons, so if you plan to sleep in forget about it (obviously I was not made aware). The water pressure was so low to make almost impossible washing hair, and if you flushed the toilet and opened the tap straight afterwards there was almost no water at all. If this wasn't bad enough, the toilet sink was also not draining properly, so by day 4 got very dirty. The staff deems to be contactable via WhatsApp but nobody actually replies. Nor via the booking chat. Quite disappointing the lack of assistance from Booking customer service itself as well. Overall I wouldn't book there again
• pascale (5/5): Appartement très bien placé mais conciergerie défaillante - Emplacement super Propreté douteuse dans cuisine et douches Carreaux opaques Nous n'avions pas de linge de toilette, nous avons réclamé dès notre arrivée, on nous a promis d'en ramener mais nous n'avons vu personne. Nous avons dû acheter des serviettes pour 4 personnes. Ce n'est pas professionnel.... Vaisselle sale et ébréchée, lave vaisselle plein à notre arrivée. Kleenex qui pendait sur le capteur de l'alarme.

But if I have to say something then maybe only that ants lived with us too 😁 and flors wasn’t vacuumed properly, toilet baton missed one part, but it didn’t ruin our stay

• Gabor (8/5): Very good - I know the accommodation very well, as I lived here for almost a month with my wife and two little sons. The main reason we chose it was the location. It’s just a minute's walk from the Old Town and Larios, yet it’s not crowded, and the harbor and beach are also just a 5-8 minute walk through the park, whose view you could never get tired of. Another great feature is the view. The windows are all facing the park and the harbor. My sons loved watching the boats. The room layout is very good, with a separate room for the kids, complete with their own bathroom, and one for us as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with new, modern appliances. The living room is spacious, the TV is large and modern with all streaming services. The WIFI works perfectly. I highly recommend it to everyone; we really loved the apartment, and the price was reasonable. The mattresses were also very comfortable. Apparently, it was a 24/7 agency that handled the accommodation. It was quite difficult to get in touch with them. I should note that this is not necessarily the fault of the host, but rather the agency. There were also some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, but at least there were cleaning supplies, and we cleaned up ourselves. In the living room, there was a window that had neither curtains nor blinds, which was very annoying because during the day, the sun would shine in, and it made it impossible to watch TV.
• Frans (8/5): We had a great stay. - We did stay for 11 days. Location good, but their was no toilett paper, no iron. Windows not clean, no wine glass. Towels no suspension in the bathroom. Small things but this would make it better. The nearby to the park and the old town.
• Lutz (2/5): Nice aprtment but terrible management - Great location, lots of room and modern furniture. Well appointed. We couldn’t access the building initially, 24 hour assistance was not helpful. Once we had the key it wouldn’t work properly. We felt like we couldn’t go out because we couldn’t get back without making arrangement with 24 hour assistance. No toilet roll or iron as promised.
• Böhm (1/5): ATTENTION SCAM!!! - ATTENTION SCAM!!! The check-in is done in such a way that you get a code to a key safe near the main entrance. The key for the main entrance is in there. All well and good, but this key does NOT unlock the main entrance! And many guests have had this problem so far. So you're standing in front of the entrance door with your luggage and a key that doesn't fit into the lock. There is a 24-hour hotline from the accommodation if you need help. However, if you call there, you speak to a mediator, not the responsible person himself. The lady was nice, but couldn't help me in any way. She said that she would pass this on to the landlord and he would get in touch with me immediately. However, I've never Heard anything from him. Several guests have already had this experience. We only got into the house by chance through another tenant. The toilets are left as the previous tenants left them. The shit sticks in the toilet and so it smells everywhere. The shower is just as filthy, so you don't even want to take a shower! Some guests have already complained about this! There is no toilet paper or soap in the entire accommodation. The kitchen stinks of burnt fat from the oven, which has never been cleaned. There are instructions for a coffee machine in the kitchen, but unfortunately there is no coffee machine at all. Everytime we went back to the apartment after sightseeing tours, we either had to ring through to all the apartments or wait for other people to enter the building. This is a huge inconvenience. Finally, it should be noted that we called the 24-hour hotline several times about the problems, but no one in charge ever got in touch. So you are on your own! 
• Paula (8/5): Great location and apartment for access to City - Location was excellent, with great views of the Port. Generally, accommodation was in line with advert. Air conditioning was great. It was a little confusing as to accessing the lock boxes, instructions could have been clearer. The main building entrance door was tricky to open, and took some time and patience which could be concerning for lone travellers. Whilst the apartment and linen was clean, the bathrooms/showers could use some particular attention.

• Roger (1/5): DO NOT BOOK, TRICKED BY PHOTOS WHICH DID NOT SHOW PROPERTY AS IT IS. - Location First, gaining access to the apartment took 40 minutes. This was only achieved with the help of a resident in the block. The instructions were incomprehensible. For example, they gave no indication as to where the second lock box was located. We speak Spanish so language was not the problem. We called the number provided but the person who answered knew nothing about the property and said he would call someone else. I then received a call from someone who said he was coming to the property. He did not seem to know what to tell us. He never came. Eventually we got in, I called the second person ten times without success. These are some of the other problems. The photographs are very different from the true appearance of the apartment. The only furniture in the living room is sofa for two people, dining table and chairs. The TV is on the floor. The rest of the furniture is missing, including coffee table. There are no blinds or curtains. We have had to use a sheet to cover some windows. There are floor to ceiling windows on two complete sides of the living room and to have no blinds or curtains was something not anyone could find acceptable. There is no outside balcony as shown on the photos. In the larger bedroom there is only an uncomfortable sofa bed, the photos also show a regular single bed. The sofa bed had no bedclothes and we had to make up the bed on arrival. There is no desk. The bathrooms in particular were not clean, with hairs in both shower trays. During our stay there was a delivery of two large boxes, believed to be chairs. The microwave tray was dirty. There were no wine glasses. Please note that our stay included Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and we expected appropriate accommodation for the price we paid. The water supply failed and we could not get any response from the agent/owner, So we left a day early.
