- Курманова (10/5): Amazing stay in Tokyo, my favorite - I loved everything! The room is really beautiful, there’s water everywhere, they even provide wine, snacks and apple & peach juices in their minibar! They also provide bath salts in the rooms with the bathtub. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, it’s our favorite hotel for the whole duration of our trip. I don’t have anything to say.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in ca. 10 Gehminuten gut erreichbar. Sehr sauber & mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war für europäische Verhältnisse sehr klein. Leider sehr dunkler Aufzug und Gänge. Das Personal hatte teilweise schlechtere Englischkenntnisse.

- Lorna (9/5): - Very clean and good amenities in room. Lots of extra water left for you. Quiet area but 2 minute walk from major station. Breakfast is set and served in the room. No alterations can be made and it was not suitable for someone with gluten free preferences.
- Tuan Anh (10/5): Hervorragend - Das Zimmer hat uns vom ersten Moment an begeistert. Es ist überragend schön eingerichtet, sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die gesamte Atmosphäre ist einfach herrlich, modern, elegant und gleichzeitig unglaublich einladend. Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers hatte man dieses Wow-Gefühl. Besonders toll fanden wir die Lage. Die Umgebung ist spitzenmäßig! Alles, was man braucht, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Sehenswürdigkeiten oder Verkehrsanbindungen, liegt direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man spart sich lange Wege und kann den Aufenthalt richtig entspannt genießen. Das Personal war durchweg ausgezeichnet, freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln. Der Service hat uns sehr gefallen und hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel aus vollem Herzen weiterempfehlen!

- George Scott (10/5): Fantastic bang for the buck and well worth the comfort to be a little outside of the hype areas - The room was large we had Jacuzzi room. It was clean and the food and drinks were not extra charges. The breakfast was light but good. The beds were heavenly comfortable. The place is clean as clean. The staff were kind and very nice though their English is not fantastic. We Ubered everywhere and it so inexpensive it was worth it. The hotel really was great. Comfy PJs and you can shut off your room and have guests. Our room had two toilets. Very nice place would stay again. The room temp would auto adjust to heat whenever we would leave and we would come back to a very warm room. But that would change quickly upon adjusting the temp. The main temp setting couldn’t never be cool they turned off like the one in the bedroom

Très calme (chambre sur l’arrière du bâtiment ce qui explique les petites fenêtres). Toutes les boissons en chambre sont comprises : plusieurs bouteilles d’eau, nespresso, une bouteille de vin (avec une bouteille remise dès que la première a été ouverte). Le petit déjeuner est uniquement servi en chambre, continental, mais il ne faut pas avoir trop faim (un micro croissant et un mini pain par personne, un micro fromage blanc et 4 minuscules morceaux de fruits, un café à l’américaine et pas de beurre), mais une soupe!!!

The room was clean & luxurious & the free food & drink was excellent & not something we experienced in any other hotel during our stay in Japan. The breakfast delivery was always on time & delivered with a smile. On our 2nd visit we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise & very welcome on our last hotel stay for 3weeks.l travelling around Japan. The location perhaps because we had to travel in to central Tokyo & the view, but neither of those things would put us off from booking the hotel in the future.

Complimentary bottled water was generously provided—something quite rare in Tokyo. I also appreciated the all-inclusive snack bar, bottled wine, and drinks. The location is convenient via the Hanzomon Line, with easy access to major attractions and a direct connection to Narita via Oshiage. The surrounding area is well-equipped with convenience stores, a shopping mall, pharmacies, and restaurants. There’s also a nearby small park with beautiful cherry blossoms. Staff were attentive, service-minded, and diverse, while housekeeping maintained the room to a very high standard. The room layout was also well-designed and made efficient use of space. Although the Hanzomon Line is convenient, the hotel is relatively far from central Tokyo, especially the western side. The neighborhood may also feel a bit too quiet for those looking for a more vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, while the staff were polite and helpful, there were only a limited number of staff who could communicate fluently in English, which may be a minor inconvenience for some international travelers.

- Field (10/5): When I’m next in Tokyo, I’ll be staying here again. - I loved the location, close to railway station. I loved the size of the rooms and how the property is a little different from others. I also really enjoyed the water and snacks they provided as well as the breakfasts. Especially the soup. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Not much, if I had to be really picky, maybe a bit more lighting around the raised flooring near the elevator. But it would not stop me going back to the property. Maybe some butter with breakfast. These couple of things are really just to put something in the box.

- Grace (10/5): A perfect stay in every way - I had the most wonderful, luxurious stay at skM hotel! Firstly, location! So convenient to get to and from haneda airport. I took the airport limousine bus to skM hotel. Bus stop just 5 mins walk to hotel. If you take the train, also very convenient from Kinshicho station. Plenty of eateries, shopping around the neighborhood. Muji, daiso, Uniqlo all at doorstep. The staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. Breakfast, though a simple one, was plated beautifully, together with wonderful coffee and hot soup. It's good enough to start your day. Delivered with a smile to your room every morning! And the room? I am so impressed by the cleanliness, spaciousness, and very, very comfortable bed! The bathroom is so huge! So much space to move around and the toiletries are high end and of luxurious quality. Wine, bottled water, chocolate, peanuts all for your consumption! I'm just so glad I came across this hotel and had one of the best stays in my travels! Nothing! Everything was absolutely perfect!!

We treated it like a light bite before heading out. It was different but nice to have it be served in the room for every guest as they don't have a traditional breakfast buffet. The wardrobe spaces were really small and didn't had enough space for all of our clothes. The shelves and drawers were not enough as well. There was also no space for our luggages. Basically, just a lack of space to put your clothes, shopping, luggage.

- yael (10/5): The hotel is GREAT, can't recommend enough! - WOW WHAT A GREAT HOTEL. we told the staff beforehand that we are on our honeymoon, and when we got to the room we were so surprised! we had a congratulatory card on our bed, along with little treats wrapped like a present. the room was spacius and spotless. in the bar we had a coffee macine with 4 different capsules, little bags of snacks (nuts etc), a bottle of red wine, apple and peach juice, a little chocolate bar and like 9 bottles of mineral water around the room. we also got toiletries including skin care products, bath salts and hair cllip. we also got 2 bathrobes and the pijamas (which were a bit small i'll admit) and very comfy slippers. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. breakfast included 2 cups of orange juice, corn/carrot pottage soup, coffee, 2 croissants, 2 small buns, 2 yoghurts, 1 blueberry jam and 4 small pieces of fruit. it was small but good! the staff members were so nice, helping, sweet and friendly and spoke great English, we actually really enjoyed chatting with them about their life. The location is very quiet, yet a few minutes walk away from a train station. there's a convenience store across the street. We had to check again the price, because it felt like a luxury hotel yet we booked it for a funny price. value for money is crazy. Every little thing was absolutely perfect, can't find anything we didn't like!
- Yanina Elizabeth (9/5): Excelente hotel cerca al - Excelente ubicación cerca del tren y línea de subte. Hay mucha actividad comercial en la zona y lugares para ir a comer. La habitación era hermosa, amplio baño y muy cómoda la cama. El personal súper amable. La iluminación de la habitación se manejaba desde unos paneles que eran cómodos y a veces parecía que faltaba luz.

- Frédéric (9/5): - Très bon mais c'est la même chose matin seule la soupe était différente. Une seule fenêtre qui ne s'ouvrait pas, fenêtre assez longue, mais pas très haute, d'où un manque de vue.

- Silvia (6/5): No li he trobat cap motiu per tornar-hi - Es maco i modern No esta gens insonoritzat, la part del davant, al darrera com no hi ha transit esta correcta. L’esmortzar continental, molt poc, repetitiu, sense opcions per triar o per intolerancies. Tel porten a la habitacio a la hora que haguis estipulat el dia abans. Olors de cuina a la habitació, al pasadis encara pitxor. El personal de la tarda no sabem mai res, com si fos el primer dia de feina. No es que no sigui cèntric, si et bellugues per Tokio tot queda a fora, el problema es que esta mal comunicat per anar als llocs. Has d’anar amb tren, no metro, i aixo fa que no puguis agafar cap abonament de metro.
- Milburn (9/5): Pleasant stay in Tokyo - The location is good, being near a subway station and some small malls, plus several local restaurants. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. All the refreshments are complimentary, and it was very nice to have a full bottle of wine replaced every day! Breakfast was served in your room every morning at the time you requested. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room faced a fairly busy road, and there was a bit of traffic noise, especially in the morning peak time, but it was a minor problem. The breakfast is nice but was a bit small for my husband.

- Marvin (8/5): Loved our stay. Overall the staff edged our experience to highly recommended to family and friends. - Loved the great staff. Friendly from walking in to the last minute inside the hotel. Enjoyed daily cleaning which we can set time that we would like to get our room cleaned. Friendly light basic breakfast. The description of the hotel / room we were expecting a larger room. This was our second visit to Tokyo so we understood Tokyo / Japan small room standards. Just wishing it was slightly larger better arrangements. No hooks for towels nor hanging rack. The room had tile in the bathroom / shower but it got really cold that it was not confortable to walk on. Slippers were provided but shouldn't be a requirement to just walk on the tile.
- Tanya (10/5): Luxury, comfort and style a stones throw from a railway station and buses - Everything about this hotel was superb. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom amenities were fantastic and the free snacks and drinks were so generous. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the station so very easy to explore all over Tokyo. It was a big room which you don’t find too often in Japan, on our last night all six of us fit comfortably to have our farewell drinks and snacks. We stayed 6 nights and could easily have spent more time here. Do yourself a favour and stay here on your next trip to Japan! The lift was a little snappy and would close while we were trying to get in. Had to hold the door open button to make it safe for our group.
- Wilma (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel as it adds a luxurious experience to your holida - The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious with super comfortable beds, pillows and bed linen. The extra touches of pj’s and fluffy robes added to the luxurious experience. The snack bar was replenished daily and lots of bottled water was left in our room each day. Perfect location with shops and restaurants close by and the train station just a short 5 minutes stroll. Restaurant on site was fabulous with a wide selection of options Nothing everything was perfect and beyond expectations
- Rodrigo (10/5): - The room was very clean and spacious. The shower and the shower products were amazing. The hair dryer was the best out of all the hotels we stayed so far. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a bit too simple. The omakase restaurant was at a prohibitive price point for us.
