- Carl (1/5): You will expected to agree to a whole List of House Rules with threat of fines. - Despite numerous calls to the helpline regarding a broken door lock, this was still unresolved after a week, and the apartment was insecure during the whole second week of our rental. The helpline was not manned and was only available via email. You will expected to agree to a whole List of House Rules with the threat of fines. In return, there is no help from the landlord in the case of Emergency!
