If the property indicates linen is not included, linen packs are available for hire at $45 per King, Queen, or Double pack, and $35 per Single pack. Beds can be made up for an additional $10 per bed. Please contact us to arrange.
By confirming this reservation, you will be required to accept Forster Accommodations rental agreement which will include, the Short Term Rental (STR) Code of Conduct and the applicable Strata By Laws for your property.
We do not allow for schoolies groups or parties of any nature.
Noise is to be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 7amPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

- PETER (7/5): Pleasant except for the toilet door malfunction. - location,kitchen,lounge Apartment malfunction. 10pm. Because of malfunction due to weather conditions, toilet door became locked requiring a serviceman to restore door operation. This was inconvenient until restored by 8am next day.P This inconvenience required guests using public toilet facilities exterior to the building and built for the beach use.
- Louise & Todd (9/5): Relaxing stay, great property. - Location was fantastic with a lovely view. Great to be able sit outside and enjoy it. Beds are comfortable and the unit had everything we required.
- Noeleen (7/5): Pleasant and relaxing - A good size unit, the lounges probably needs replacing, very sinky. Clean and tidy bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. Very pleased that the linen is supplied. Given the wrong keys and building entry code. The garage is way too small for modern vehicles and with the threat of hail storms, nowhere to park car under shelter .

- Kerryn (8/5): Very relaxing - We have stayed in Oceanic 1 a few times now because we love the location and this unit offers great views, privacy and it’s pretty quiet. I was a little disappointed this time as even though I received a message to say the unit had been cleaned earlier than usual and ready earlier, the bench tops had not been wiped down properly and floor looked a little dirty. Otherwise we were comfortable as usual.
- Lainey (9/5): Lovely apartment in a great location! - Lovely apartment with a nice view! Beds were comfortable, place was clean, location very convenient, easy access to the property. After hours check in was easy to organise and key collection was easy. Air con would be nice during hotter days (but was not a necessity for us at this time of year - the fans were fine). Blinds in bedrooms let in a lot of light in the mornings, perhaps curtains could be good.

- Christene (8/5): Beautiful unit, great views and location, just needs a better hot water system 😀 - Loved the location, the veiw was beautiful, easy walking distance to main area. Kitchen area great size and lovely verandah searing area. Single beds were extremely uncomfortable Hot water system is tiny, 3rd person gets a cold shower, a few cockroaches scattered around. (I think this is a town issue though not a cleaning one)

- David (10/5): love it, was everything I wanted and needed - it was close to the beach, had great coffee right nearby and an easy walk to the shops what I didn’t like isn’t the properties fault… the trucks doing bin pick ups early on weekends was a bit crazy

- Latife (9/5): Superb - It was beautiful in location. Very convenient most of the shops and eat ins are around you. People around you are friendly but most of all the unit location was beautiful. The bathroom shower was collecting water when you shower and the basin was it is close up need to be opened. Also no fan in the bathroom.
