- Alaa (5/5): لن اكرر الحجز في هذه الغرف مرة اخرى - الموقع ممتاز وقريب من الاسواق والمناطق الهامة. ١- تصميم الغرفة سيء للغاية، فالباب الرئيسي وباب غرفة النوم يفتحان تمامًا على منتصف السرير! ٢- اغلب مكونات الغرفة تالفة... خزانة الملابس بابها مكسور وينقصها خزانة المناشف، صنبور المغسلة مخلوع، غلاية الماء تالفة، مرآة الحمام مكسورة، الستارة لا تعمل، وسيفون المرحاض يسرب. ٣- اضطررت لقتل صرصورين صغيرين في الحمام!! ٤- أسوأ موقف على الإطلاق، كان التعامل مع الموظفين عند المغادرة صعبًا للغاية، خاصةً في تمام الساعة الثانية ظهرًا ، قطعوا خدمة الانترنت واضطرت زوجتي للانتظار في الاستقبال مع الاغراض في تمام الثانية، ولم يسمحوا لها بالبقاء في الغرفة لساعة اضافية بحجة تجهيز الغرفة لزائر جديد، مع ان الغرفة كانت كما ذكرت صغيرة جدا ولا تحتاج لساعات حتى تجهز.

- Bahraniacs (3/5): - Well to be frank if you look for Cheap choice you can't expect much but it was okay. Extremely descriptive behaviour of the staff expecially the Indian worker. I asked for a BABY BED multiple times and they did not give me and even this was in the initial booking. I asked them about a supermarket and the Indian worker intentionally misguided me to the wrong path where I found a Saudi guy who helped me find the actual location

- Gaston (4/5): My stay wasn’t that good because of the bad cigarette odour. - The staff only. I am not a smoker but I could perceive cigarettes odour in my room meaning people must have been smoking in the property which isn’t good for non smokers. The bed is really that old and makes a lot of noise.

- Emmy (7/5): - The place is quite and clean. I don't like the pillow cases are not good. It's need to replace new one for good. Then the blanket are thin and old.

Everything was bad, and the beds were uncomfortable, bathroom dirty, I asked for a nonsmoking room, there were trace of smoking in the room and the next room was smoking room and you can smell the smoke coming in. Nothing was in the kitchen, not even a spoon or knife, an empty cabinet.
