- Kim (9/5): Very nice stay near Clapham Common - easy access to central London - Good location, about 10 minutes walk from Clapham Common station, along with plenty of shops, cafes, bars, etc. Easy to access the property. Very clean, quite comfortable. The weather was very hot during our stay, and there was one fan in the apartment. It could do with a second fan for the second bedroom during hot spells. The living floor got extremely warm during this time despite the shutters on the windows being closed, but the bedrooms downstairs were much cooler. Lovely bathrooms, plenty of space, and overall a great stay. Not an appropriate place for anyone with mobility issues, as the living area is on the main floor and the bedrooms are on lower floors. The main floor couches could be better, but they were rarely used.
- Ehsan (7/5): Very good, could have been better if place maintained better. - Very good place. Lacks maintenance. The outdoor areas (top n bottom floor) could have been maintained better. Especially during summer time, as it’s quite hot indoors. Could have prepared fans as well. Lightings some not working.
- Sean (5/5): Not like the images - Great location, great instructions from the host on how to access the building. The flat is a good size. The images do not reflect what the flat looks like once you get there. Dirty oven
Kettle covered in limescale. Showers heads covered in limescale and mould in bathrooms.
No tea towels in the kitchen or hand towels in the bathroom
Flat single pillow per person, no extra pillows, which made it hard to sleep.
Very few mugs or glasses
Ironing board unstable.
Needs to be painted, the walls are heavily marked.
Very noisy neighbours
Old stained couches were very uncomfortable.
Lots of light bulbs needed to be replaced,
Lack of mirrors.
Gate to get in and out of the building was broken, we were lucky one person in our group had long enough arms to slip through the gate and use the fob to open or we would have been stuck. We only found out how to get out when a neighbour saw us struggling and came out to help us.
- Ron (7/5): A nice comfortable unit in a good location, but needs to be updated. - The property was easily accessible to all the highlights of London. Being on the Northern Line made it easy for us to get around to various locations. The flat was very quiet and peaceful and had enough facilities for us to feel comfortable staying there. The accommodation needs several improvements. Firstly and information sheet or booklet for the flat. Simple things like how to open the security gate from inside would have been useful. Also how to operate the TV and washing machine and turn the refrigerator on. The furniture, particularly the old lounges need to be replaced. Another thing was there was no hair dryer ( my fault probably for not checking, but I assumed this was a basic provision!) and there were no coat hangers, which should be easily rectified.
- Kim (10/5): Perfect location and accommodation. - Clean, great location great size. All amenities for cooking. Great find. Was perfect.
- Ian (8/5): A very pleasant and enjoyable stay - The gate to exit the courtyard was very difficult to use and on tow occasions had to stretch through the railings to swipe the access button to exit.
- Sarah (3/5): Disappointing stay - Great location - very convenient for Clapham and well connected by tube and bus. Secure complex. Cheaply furnished property which is very tired overall. Only one pillow provided per person, and these were very thin. Cheap bedding provided and a lack of towels in the kitchen and bathroom. Sofa bed in living room was on its last legs - with one leg bending out when anyone sat on it. Noticed this has been reported previously but still not fixed. Beds were caving in in the middle - both need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable sleep for both couples in our group. Aside from the good location, there were no other redeeming features for this place. Very disappointing.
- Patrick (9/5): Superb - Good location & value for money The button to open the outer gate didnt work on exit, needed to reach through the bars.
- Michelle (8/5): Very good -
- Dianne (9/5): Superb - Perfect location and very secure property. Access was a problem as the door key access was broken so had to contact owner. Eventually got access.
- Lore (8/5): Very good - Great apartment, excellent location, close to public transport links
- Colin (10/5): Exceptional - Brilliant (literally) hidden gem. Well connected but tucked away in a quiet courtyard. Spacious and clean. And the host was super nice and helpful!
- Rebecca (7/5): Great location for a couple of nights if you're not going to be in much! - Great for a couple of nights stay plenty of room inside and only 10 minute walk from Clapham tube station. The check-in/check out process was super easy and the house was well heated and clean. Getting the keys was easy, but the only access through the car gate which meant you had to stick your arm through the gate and try and swipe the fob from inside the development to get out again. The beds were also uncomfortable and very small doubles, so unless you are very close to the person you're sharing with, they were not great for 2. Bedding was thin and worn. There were also no bin bags so had leave the rubbish out on the side, and no bath mats so the bathrooms got very wet.
- Liene (7/5): Good - It's a very spacious and secure apartment.
Pizza place across the street - Napoli Pizza is amazing! Give it a go! The apartment is kind of abandoned, not looked after. There's so much potential for all that space. The bedding was a bit off and didn't feel fresh.
We came back to the apartment after midnight and wanted to take the shower and warm up. It was a big surprise when water kept running ice cold.
There was no information mentioned anywhere that we should switch the boiler on in order to have access to the hot water.
- Dianne (9/5): Superb - Spacious and perfect location
- Tallia (8/5): Very good - Great location, comfy beds and 2 & 1/2 bathrooms. Owner was really nice and helpful when needed. More cutlery, glasses and dinnerware are definitely needed and a few extra towels/blankets would be nice.
- Aine (8/5): Very good -
- Joshua (9/5): Overall very good, would stay again, great value - Great location, very easy stress free stay, comfortable beds and clean apartment, keys very easy to collect, host very helpful letting me check in earlier and easy to contact Few little bits of maintenance needed, 1 or 2 lights out and one of the couch front legs in need of repair or replacement, garden area could do with a tidy/clear, more cutlery was needed also 👍🏻
- Elizabeth (8/5): Very good -
- Alun (10/5): Good flat in South London - Great flat, equidistant between Brixton High St and Clapham Common. Nothing bad to say about it.
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - I loved everything, hopefully I can book this next year for mighty hoopla great location
- Tawanda (8/5): Very good - Great location for our weekend Property needs more cutlery including tea mugs and plates. New duvets and pillows for the beds won’t hurt either.
- Xiaofu (10/5): An Oasis in London - The place is specious, confortable and very quiet. They have a balcony and small backyard which I loved! For London price, I find the rate very reasonable. It's not far from the tubes and there are quite a few supermarkets (Sainbury's Lidl, LittleWaitrose, etc.) around. I spent 7 days and couldn't be happier. I highly recommande this place for solo traveler, couples, and families. The wifi was a bit unstable in the bedroom (which is downstairs). But it didn't bother me that much, good for me to go to bed and sleep:)
- R (10/5): Exceptional -
- Edobor (6/5): Pleasant -
- Steve (9/5): Enjoyed our stay very pleased with the accommodation - Property was immaculate and spacious. Location was pretty good for getting back into the center and nice and convenient for Brixton. A couple more kitchen bits and pieces would have been good
- Andrew (10/5): Great 2 bedroom modern flat near to Tube Station. - Large 2 bedroom flat with two seperate toilets/shower rooms and a further toilet off of the lounge. 11 minute walk from Clapham Common Tube Station. There are several pubs / shops nearby and cafes selling cooked breakfasts. The flat is in a private courtyard in a quite location.
- Sonali (10/5): A wonderful stay, perfect location, large space with beautiful furnishings and fittings. Looking forward to staying here - Large space with well fitted beautiful bathrooms. Conveniently located and well equipped kitchen.
- Nev (8/5): Thanks for a pleasant stay in a great location. Nice and warm to come home to - Great location. Clean and dual bathrooms No chopping board
