• Andrea (9/5): Wie zuhause! - Absolut ruhige Seitengasse. Großer Park mit Spielplatz in direkter Nachbarschaft. 1 Minute zur Bushaltestelle, 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn. Es war alles vorhanden was man für 6 Leute braucht. Garten mit Sitzplatz!
• Laura (4/5): - Großer Esstisch 2 Toiletten großer Kleiderschrank im Hauptschlafzimmer Wir würden nie wieder eine Unterkunft bei Juli buchen. Ursprünglich hatten wir dieses Haus gebucht. Juli hat noch ein weiteres Haus, lediglich 2 Häuser weiter. Dieses hier hatten wir bei booking auch angezeigt bekommen. Es war auch deutlich günstiger, allerdings war es in einem erheblich schlechteren Renovierungszustand. Daher haben wir den Mehrpreis gerne in Kauf genommen. Am Abend vor unserer Anreise (wir waren bereits auf dem Weg nach England) schrieb sie uns, dass der Boiler in diesem Haus defekt sei und wir somit kein warmes Wasser hätten. Sie schlug uns das andere Haus als Alternative vor. Das kam uns seltsam vor, da sie uns sehr unter Druck setzte, wir müssten sofort antworten und sie schrieb uns im Minutentakt. Wir hatten den Verdacht, sie habe eine Anfrage auf dieses Haus erhalten und wollte uns nun in das andere Haus verlagern. Auf unsere Anfrage hin, den Preis entsprechend anzupassen, wurde sie absolut persönlich und unterstellte uns unter anderem, wir würden schlechte Energie in ihr Haus bringen und sie würde uns stornieren. Nach absolut nervigen Diskussionen, die ihrerseits auf unterstem Level uns gegenüber waren, hat sie uns angeboten, dass wir bereits mittags einchecken könnten, sowie ein kleines finanzielles Entgegenkommen. Dieses stand für uns allerdings absolut nicht im Verhältnis. Natürlich hat sie ihr Versprechen auch nicht gehalten. Wir haben 1 Stunde im Regen vor dem Haus gewartet, ehe wir hereingelassen wurden. Dafür bestätigte sich unser Verdacht: unser zuvor gebuchtes Haus (also dieses) war ebenfalls vermietet. Dieses befindet sich wie gesagt lediglich 2 Häuser weiter. Am selben Tag erhielten wir eine Nachricht von Juli, die wir aber erst abends lesen konnten, da wir unterwegs waren. Wir sollten bitte den Schlüssel draußen im Schlüsselkasten deponieren, da die Vormieter den (naja eher unprofessionell angebrachten Spiegel) zu Fall gebracht hätten und jemand vorbei käme, um ihn wieder anzubringen. Wir haben es erst später gelesen.

• Lucas (10/5): Perfekt für ein Familientrip nach London! - Das Haus ist modern, gut ausgestattet und von innen sehr schön und wohnlich. Das Haus hat eine nahe U-Bahn Anbindung und eine ruhige Lage. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Antworten gab es bereits nach wenigen Minuten. Es gibt eigentlich kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Für mich persönlich waren die Betten leider viel zu hart, dass ist allerdings auch oft persönliche Empfindungssache.

The location is also fantastic: easy to find, with stores and the train station just minutes away. Couldn’t ask for a more convenient or cozy stay! The host was incredibly helpful, with an impeccable response time that made everything smooth and stress-free. We felt completely safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. Honestly, there’s nothing we would change—it was perfect in every way!

• John (8/5): Overall, the stay was fine. Great location for us and comfortable. - The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were excellent. The appliances were fine. Can you contact the owner and ask that that they sign us out of the Netflix?? Please There was a lot of construction trash and a mattress in front of the house. It was removed after I made a complaint. Also, the kitchen was under supplied. There were not enough cups, glasses or plates. This was also remedied after we requested more. In addition the coffeemaker required pods that were not available.No condiments were available.
• René (9/5): Central located little gem - The house is located in a secure and quit neighbourhood. A grocery, restaurants and connection to public transport are all located in close proximity. The three separate bedrooms allow some privacy during your stay with friends, family or colleagues. The little backyard overs a place to enjoy the outdoors and creates a more spacious feeling. It takes you less then 10 minutes walking to reach the banks of the river Thames and another 20 minutes walk or so to arrive at the Tower Bridge. In the backyard on the side of the house some old furnisher and cupboards were kinda dumped and created a bit of a messy touch to the overall lovely and cosy accommodation.
