• Marcos Molina (10/5): - Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo, hay que descubrir cómo trasladarte, pero está cerca del centro histórico y del estación de tren!!! La persona que nos recibió super atenta, nos fuimos comunicando en el viaje para abrirnos el hospedaje 10 puntos 👍👍👍 Un poco ruidoso de los vecinos, fumaban en las ventanas y tenía que abrir las ventanas poco tiempo, sino el olor a tabaco te invadía el lugar!!! Falta más luz artificial a la noche, en la cocina no tenía luz!!! El resto muy bien!!!!
• Marlena (8/5): Excellent for a short stay! - The host was waiting for us, and was very kind giving us details how to reach the place beforehand. Location of the place is good, guiet neighborhood. Unfortunately, the entire apartment was/is reeking of cigarette smoke and smelled like an ashtray. The kitchen also lacks items like a normal chopping board or undamaged frying/cooking pans… but this is a common problem in rented apartments. Unfortunately.
• Jan (6/5): - Super lokalizacja, blisko dworca kolejowego i tramwaju. Dobry i łatwy kontakt z gospodarzem. Kuchnia wystarczająco wyposażona. Grzyb na ścianach, szczególnie w łazience. Brak czajnika. W pokoju było chłodno, mimo włączonego ogrzewania i klimatyzacji.

• Olena (9/5): - Location, the owner was very friendly and helped us with the location of shops and other useful things in our area We do not like the fact that we cannot take the garbage away, it was a bit cold in the flat therefore we cannot dry the clothes
• Christian (10/5): - The Location is great to reach the City Centre by foot. Or with the tram, its just 3 stations from the city center. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the A/C was nice to have also.
• Eveljn Rita (7/5): Economica e buono ma da rivedere alcuni aspetti - Essendo un monolocale é organizzato bene, ha il necessario per fare qualche giorno fuori, la cucina è attrezzata di padelle, pentole e stoviglie! Il proprietario molto disponibile Il climatizzatore sembrava essere poco funzionante in quanto si accende ma non esce aria condizionata ma solo aria poco più fresca rispetto all’esterno… le alette si alzavano dopo poco averle impostate verso il basso. Secondo me è da cambiare perché il caldo a Firenze in alta stagione é davvero estenuante.

Location is nice and quiet area, in close proximity to the train station, city centre Mold at the bathroom, broken fly screen on the window, many mosquitoes get inside night time. If these things can be fixed that would improve property rates.

• Michaela (8/5): Fantastic place with great location - Very comfortable bed, kitchen well equipped, good size bathroom and great location close to city centre One small improvement could be made with full size mirror and internet was little temperamental. In no way did this impacted on the quality of our experience and I would return and recommend to others

The studio has all the things you need - fridge, cooker. And even a moka coffee maker! It was a pleasure staying here. Thank you
• Smit (7/5): Decent stay in a good neighbourhood - Location and the host were the highlight. The air conditioner also helped a lot. The apartment has been divided into 3 rooms. So technically you are renting a room (with installed kitchen cabinet) and not the entire apartment. Kitchen was also missing a lot many utilities.

• Deborah (6/5): Central heating a bonus enjoyed our stay overall - Central heating a bonus. shower good well presented building Very noisy … could hear everything from next door neighbour while she was on the phone early hours of the morning and came home slamming door. Had to take out own garbage. Attitude and instructions blunt “leave kitchen as you found it take out garbage”. Dishes were not washed properly by previous guests had to do that again before we could use it. Had to ask for a fish cloth floor sticky. No shower soap. Renovation work going on so that was also noisy
• Anonymous (10/5): This property is ideal for couples looking a city break in Florence. The host Lorenzo goes above and beyond to look afte - The room was very spacious with tall ceilings and a fantastic en-suite, it was in an excellent location and had a lovely pizzeria downstairs. The building was stunning and very authentic to Florence! I would love to stay here again! The only thing that I didn’t like was that I hadn’t booked to stay longer!
