- Fariba (1/5): I recommend if you’re going to this property make sure that it is being professionally cleaned and the hot tub is workin - I like the property. It looked nice and had a good view. However, the property was not well managed and Dost was everywhere was not clean. Hot tub was not working when we arrived. I really didn’t enjoy my story with Family because the hot tub wasn’t working and the water was cold. I notified the management right away in less than half an hour of our arrival.. however, she was not very helpful and friendly about it. She said the kids had touched the panel, but the kids could not have turned the water cold in less than half an hour. By the way, they were not kids they were teenagers and very well-behaved. I was with them when we came to the hot tub. During our three nights stay, we had to accommodate several technical staff visits and yet the hot tub was not useable because the water stayed at 32°, which was too cold…. The thing that really bothered me most is that they blamed our children for breaking the tub although I reported it not working and cold within 10-15 mins of arrival with a picture of the temperature at 30 degrees. If it was working, the temperature should have been 40!! We could not make it go cold within 10 mins!!
