- Christiaan (3/5): I got a bad room - Good price. I'm sure other rooms could be nice but I got a bad one (top floor, numer 700) Did not get the room I booked, they told me that my reservation expired, wich makes no sense. No towels. Airco not working at more than 35 °c. It was horrible.

- Ulrich (1/5): - Nichts Alles. Buchung war bestätigt. Ich hatte zweifach per Email angefragt ob Checkin nach Mitternacht möglich sei da ich mit dem Auto aus Da Nang kam. Unabhängig davon erhielt ich eine Anfrage vom Hotel, ich solle doch meine voraussichtliche Ankunftszeit mitteilen. Auf meine zuvor gesendeten Nachrichten wurde hierbei nicht eingegangen. Bei meiner Ankunft war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Stattdessen schlief ein Betrunkener in der Lobby was einen sehr einladenden Eindruck machte.

- Guillaume (1/5): - J’ai réservé une chambre pour une nuit. Je viens faire le check-in à 17h, le personnel m’indique que la chambre n’est pas encore prête. Il me demande d’attendre une heure. J’accepte donc. De retour une heure après, il me dit de revenir dans 1 heure. Je lui dis que je vais aller manger et que je reviens après. À mon retour, le personnel m’indique qu’aucune chambre n’est disponible et qu’il ne peut rien faire pour moi.

- Gonzalo Antonio (8/5): Quality, price, and good location - Good points: - Great location in District 3: not too far from the airport (you can actually get there using public transport—no need to take a taxi), and also not far from District 1 (the main tourist area). Getting to the hotel is easy: Right outside the airport, take the public bus number 152 (fare is around 5,000 VND). Get off at Chùa Vĩnh Nghiêm Pagoda. From there, it’s just a solo 7-minute walk to the hotel. To go to District 1: From the hotel, the bus number 03 stops just a few steps away. It takes you straight to District 1 for only 6,000 VND. The hotel’s location is genuinely good precisely because it lets you reach District 1 easily without overpaying for transport, and it also allows you to get from the airport on your own using public transport—no need for expensive taxis. - Good value for money. - Some beautiful temples are quite close by. - Plenty of cafés and convenience stores just a short walk away. Neutral points: - Window with no view. I got one that only looks out onto a staircase. Bad points: Nothing really worth mentioning. Overall, a solid, no-frills stay. Nothing luxurious, but it delivers where it matters: location, price, and basic convenience.

Номер чистый, аккуратный, всё необходимое есть. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова и могу рекомендовать другим путешественникам.

- Alexander (3/5): Poor experience - Arrived at 8:30pm and was told the room wouldn’t be ready for a few hours so we were being transferred to another hotel to then return the following day. When asked how long it would take to wait for the room to be cleaned, we were told 10pm at the earliest. We had booked with an arrival time of 7:30pm and there was signage offering a 2 hour rate, which they assumingly booked instead of us. New hotel was cheaper and of a much less standard and we had to check out usual time and have a wait to check into the original hotel, very poor experience.

- Duc Long (3/5): - None The hotel tricked me. I booked the High Floor Deluxe room with balcony but they give me a low floor room with no windows ! After discussing they transfer me to a room with window, but still not the high floor room with balcony as they said the hotel is full. At night I can see the high floor there are no light. I have to still paid the price of the High Floor room, which is more expensive but have to stay at a low floor room which is more cheaper. Beside, the hotel is not in good condition.

- toufir (1/5): Not friendly - The person ointment is not friendly and the room was not clean afterwards and there was blood in the beds and asked about the passport address normally to take a photo, but Hela When do you have to show the freezing and still have to know also show the application of the visa as well.

- Thiago (1/5): Bad - Nothing Bed sheets were not cleaned properly, as the towels too. There were a few blood spots. Bedroom was so humid and in the bed condition, wall falling apart. We called hotel to organise a cab to pick us up to take to hotel, they couldn’t help us. It was so hard day to find a cab on that day where Vietnam was celebrating the 50’s years of Ho Chi Minh end of Vietnam war.

- Fernando (8/5): A very good accommodation !! - The hotel is located is reasonably near to the historic Saigon, and moreover, you can enjoy the daily life of an ordinary neighbourhood. For a couple of minutes, there is a convenience store and bakery opening 24 hours. Also some local restaurants. The bed is pretty comfortable, with warm and enough water in the shower. A nice staff. A perfect relation price- facilities.So it is a very good choice for your stay !!

- Scott (7/5): Good value for money, great location and issues can easily be rectified - The location was great, staff were nice and the room was a decent size and offered a big balcony with great sunsets The wifi was very poor. The router for my room was broken and I had to use other connections in the building and the connections were intermittent. I would burn through data on my phone via my carrier most days before leaving my room. I also found long dark hairs in the bedding. I have very short fair hair and had no guests in that time. The hot water was very hard to regulate, you either got burnt or had a cold shower

It is situated in District 3 - an interesting area - only 5 km from the airport and there is a very good Tom Yum restaurant one minute's walk away down a small Alley opening opposite highlands Coffee shop.

- Nguyen (1/5): The Worst Reception! - Nothing. We couldn't even check in to our room because the room we booked wasn't avail! Upon check in, the lady receptionist asked us to stay in a twin room that is totally different from what we booked. She tried to up-sales saying it's an upgrade but it's not what we need. When I questioned her why sales the room that's not avail, her replied was: "Not my problem, go ask my boss". Then I demanded to see "her boss", she said: "He's not here". It was very frustrating to communicate with the lady receptionist with ZERO hospitality provided, till the point we abandoned the booking. Not sure about the rooms but outside facilities look small and run downs as well. Such a waste of time!
- Emily (9/5): great room, value and facilities - the rooms were clean, and perfectly spacious. the shower had running hot water. perfect location, central enough to have things around you without it being too busy. we extended our stay by a few nights and would be thrilled to come back. theres details that could be improved. the balcony door doesnt close properly. there was a hole at the bottom of our front door. mold issues that can be taken care of.

The rooms are not cleaned even after a request. - - I have to stay at this hotel not for the first time (close to work) and each time I leave with great disappointment. The employee working the day shift does not respect the guests at all, for example, this time I had an early check-in which I waited in the lobby for 2 hours after the plane, finally having received a room I went to bed, but an hour later I was woken up by an employee who wanted to fix the door on the balcony. The administrator knew that I had not slept for more than a day and was tired after the trip, because I sat in the lobby for two hours and told him that I only had a few hours to sleep before work. I would like to separately report the lack of cleaning in the rooms. I live in this hotel for 4-7 days each time and have never seen cleaning in the room. This morning I asked for cleaning, but when I returned 10 hours later I saw a dirty room. Now I am forced to sit in the lobby and wait for cleaning.
