• Eleonora (7/5): Ottimo soggiorno di geuppi - Il proprietario davvero gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è in una posizione davvero comoda per Londra ed è perfetto per 5 persone. Ha tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di qualita. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento un po' sporco e il giardino sarebbe davvero da curare di più. Per coprire delle piastrelle saltate sono state messe delle assi che pero rischiano di fare inciampare. Se si migliorassero questi due aspetti sarebbe un soggiorno da 10!
• Hanna (3/5): Levde inte upp till beskrivning och bilder på booking. - Bra lakan och handdukar. Boendet stämde inte överens med bilderna på booking. Väldigt slitet och låg standard. Luktade instängt, dåliga sänglampor och väldigt sunkigt.

• Johan (9/5): Maide vale , with abbey road nearby - The owner was very helpful , and revommended a very good restaurant nearby. The location truly nearby underground station Maida Vale Sometimes a fire engine with sirenes in the night passing in the street..
• Mavrias (7/5): Good safe location, enough space for 5 people. Street was a bit noisy but overall good value for the money. - The location, access to public transportation. 10 minute walk to grocery stores. It is situated on a busy street. It was noisy at night.
• Katrin (9/5): - Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer super. Sofortige Reaktion bei Problemchen. Lage ist gut, ca 5min zu U-Bahn und Bus. Der einzige Kritikpunkt, wofür der Vermieter nichts kann, die Mieter darüber. Kindergeschrei und getrampel bis fast Mitternacht. Und wenn die Kinder ruhig waren, fingen die Erwachsenen spät Abends an zu saugen. Vielleicht könnte der Vermieter mit seinen Nachbarn dieses klären. Alles in Allem war es ei sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
• Bryan (1/5): No communication - Don't know. Didn't stay We had booked months in advance, then was told with less than 24 hours notice that there was a problem with the apartment. So had to find alternative accommodation, which proved to be both stressful and expensive.
• Ashley (9/5): Great stay in a great neighborhood. - The location was great. It was about a five minute walk to the train station. It was a very cute neighborhood. Excellent pub right down the street. There was plenty of space for all of us. Really appreciated that they had fans in two of the rooms (would've been even better if all three did). Overall great space. Honestly, the only thing was that there were two washing machines in the kitchen and the one that was operational didn't have the dry cycle, but the one that was not operational did.

• Sarah (10/5): One of the best vacation rentals I’ve stayed in - Location was fabulous - we were only there a short time so we really appreciated how convenient the flat was for sightseeing, so that we didn’t waste a lot of time on public transport. Host communication was easy and helpful. The flat itself was extremely clean and comfortable but what really set it apart from other places we have stayed were the thoughtful details. There was music playing upon arrival, treats for us in the kitchen and a box of toys that kept my son occupied and preserved my sanity. 😊 Our host also let us check in early, which was so appreciated. Can’t wait to stay there again the next time we are in London! Nothing!

• Martha (10/5): Very nice flat in a good location; would stay here again. - Very clean and well-kept flat close to tube & bus. Uncomplicated communication with the landlord via WhatsApp. Generously spaced; we were a party of four and could have easily fit one or two more people. Bedrooms are only accessible via stairs, and the shower doesn't offer handholds -- perfectly fine if you're not looking for an accessible place to stay.

• Fam (10/5): Exceptional - Great traditional London apartment, plenty of space for family of 5. Very nice, communicative and forthcoming owner. We'd love to return! Not a big thing and probably no quick fix available, but water pressure in the shower is a little weak.

• Kerri (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great, 5mins walk to the nearest train station. The host was fantastic, even had a basket of goodies for us on arrival. Loved the space and back garden. Would highly recommend. Nothing... had no issues at all.
• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed here with my parents, brother, and partner and the flat was perfect for 5 people! There was plenty of space and enough seating for us all to chill in the lounge area together. The couch also converted to a bed, so you could fit another person if needed. The flat was very clean, tidy & well decorated. All the amenities worked well: oven, washing machine, TV, wifi. The owner, Marc, lives next door and popped in to check we had found everything okay which was lovely. He also left drinks and snacks for us upon arrival which was greatly appreciated after travelling long-haul. The location was absolutely perfect! Only a 5 minute walk to Maida Vale underground station, and two stops away from Paddington. Being on the Bakerloo underground line was great as we could be at the West End within 25 minutes. Local supermarkets, bakeries and clothes shops are also only a 5 minute walk away. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it! Wouldn't change anything!

Place had everything we needed, very comfortable beds for 3 of us, great kitchen, lovely bathroom and very comfortable lounge and dining. Extra throw rugs were a treat. Kitchen had all the little extras too, so we did not have to shop immediately. Very spoilt. Loved the no shoes in the house policy, keeps it clean. Such a warm and inviting property and host. We loved our stay and will be back!! Beds may be ready for a mattress refresh soon xxxxxotherwise perfection!
