- Shaina (9/5): - It's a short 7 minute walk from the closest station. The host was very quick to respond, we arrived before our check-in and was able to get into the property right away. The space was very clean and it was the perfect stay before we left Japan to fly out of Kansai airport.

- Alma (7/5): - Good location, near the station, quiet and cozy neighbourhood. Room was nice enough for a short stay We were staying on the first floor, the bathroom is NOT in the room itself and there’s a kitchen that everyone can use so keep that in mind.
- Théo (6/5): Isolation phonique mauvaise - Chambre spacieuse et bien équipé, très bon emplacement.
Check in et check out en autonomie, aucun soucis. Isolation phonique mauvaise.

- Karolína (8/5): - The location was good and staff answered our messages almost immediately! Good for 1-2 night stay. We could also let our baggage in the hallway after check out so that was very nice. The room was really really small :( It said that it was 22 metres but the room itself for sure wasn’t. It was a small room with small veranda and shower. The toilet was outside of our room and everybody could use it. Idk if they count the kitchen in those 22 m but it was also out of our room. We didn’t mind the size of the room cause we spent there only 2 nights.

- Hari (9/5): - The room was nice. There was no iron box available. My room was in the first floor ,hence I had to climb a narrowed steep stairs with my 25 kg trolley bag . There were three rooms in the apartment . The room number was not mentioned in the booking confirmation mail . I got in to the only open room. Some other guest came in the later night and tried to open my door . It would not have happen if yhe room number was mentioned in the booking confirmation mail

- James (8/5): Very good - Very good location. Not far from places. Nice modern hotel. Very easy check in and check out. Good shower. Nice comfortable beds If you end up on the third floor like we did the stair are quite difficult with bags but managble. Key to the room is quite small and can be difficult to lock
- Natalia (9/5): Superb -
- Ks521 (10/5): Exceptional - The property was very clean. But one thing though: the bed is super soft, to the point that my back hurts a lot when I got up the next morning. The bed - it is too soft.
- Marissa (6/5): Horrible bed in a cute apartment - The place was cute, clean and the bathroom was good. It was a nice small place to stay. One single bed was extremely uncomfortable and was not a bed. It was some sort of small couch? They put a thin mattress on top that was not comfortable and when I complained I got no response. The other single bed was totally normal. So my husband and I switched each night, one of us getting a bad sleep.
- Clemens (9/5): Superb -
- Klara (8/5): Very good -
- Pheng (10/5): Good stay in Osaka with such a budget price - Location a bit distance from subway station but it is safe to walk at night, mcd, restaurants, Lawson and supermarket just nearby the guesthouse. Bathroom and toilet are clean, we stay level 2 and level 3 which have own toilet and bathroom inside our room. Bed abit too soft and bedsheet too old.
- Kyala (9/5): Superb - Quiet location and comfortable stay. Nothing
- Lucas (8/5): Clean, good location and great value, I just wouldn’t stay in the tatami floor room again. - Lovely little apartment, 5min walk to train station and nice and quiet I didn’t realise that if staying in the tatami floor / futon bed room, that the bathroom sink and toilet were outside of your room, so they weren’t really private when others in the parent could use either. If the door was moved to make the sink and toilet actually private, it would’ve been perfect especially since the other floors had their bathrooms in their rooms. And the futon beds were extremely thin compared to other futon beds we’ve slept on.
- Muhammad (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jasper (10/5): Splendid stay - 10 minute walk to Tengachaya station and close to shopping street
- Alice (7/5): Good -
- James (8/5): Cheap and value for money but if you will be willing to spend more, FDS nexus Osaka is recommended - Location and overall is clean. Value for money. Door lock seems questionable, and it seems not secure and also sems very delicate. And the kettle is shared (the one and only) at shared area. Very inconvenience to question at Level 2 and level 3.
- Athena (10/5): 💯% recommended to those looking for a low budget room that is near a train station. - I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was good value for the money, and the location was very convenient. It’s close to convenience stores and in a quiet neighborhood, which made the stay relaxing. The best part is that it’s near the train station, making it easy to get around. Would recommend for travelers looking for affordability and accessibility! The room is located on the 3rd floor, which can make moving luggage a bit challenging.
- Ezra (7/5): Excellent location, neighborhood and price but lots of issues. - • 5 minute walk to Tengachaya Station
• Charming neighborhood with excellent local food options
• Bigger rooms than the average Japanese hotel
• The owner responds quickly to address issues • Really questionable security - The front lock sometimes worked and mostly didn’t. Not sure if we’re doing something wrong but for code locks like these, it should automatically lock when closed. This one didn’t. The other guests in the property also tried to open our room several times. Not sure if they were drunk or not. There was also an issue about the previous guest in our room not leaving the keys to the room. The place requires a lot of trust from guest and their behavior. Issues won’t be addressed quickly since the owner/staff is not in the property.
• Noisy - You can hear footsteps and conversations outside of your room.
• Uncomfortable bed - The bed covers used weren’t proper for the mattress. We always find ourselves having to adjust the covers. The pillows were also massively uncomfortable.
- Nguyen (9/5): Superb - Near the station, everything is good
- Butsaraporn (10/5): A lovely accommodation - The room is spacious if compared with the cost. Also, there is a private bathroom. It’s so convenient to travel around just 5 minutes walking to train station. We will be back again!! It would be nice if there is a dryer.
- José (4/5): Disappointing - The location was close to Tengachaya station in a quiet residential area. The room looked modern and was comfortable enough. My bad review is due to the fact that the acommodation forgot to send me the self-check in details before my arrival and didn't reply on the chat until I asked a local friend to call them, something I couldn't have done myself without a local phone. To make matters worse, the lock in my room was broken, leaving the door permanently unlocked, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Also the door giving access to the street relies on a smart lock with a keypad which didn't lock automatically. If the neighbours forgot to enter the pin to manually lock the door, which they did half the time, it would be possible for anyone on the street to walk in the house and into my room.
- Luca (7/5): Good -
- Jade (5/5): Passable - Very spacious room Very thin walls, we were kept up all night by very noisy guests above and below us.
- Maria (8/5): Very good -
- Shiharu (9/5): Nice, quiet stay. - The location was close to the station which was nice and helpful. shops were close by. nice quiet area. the stairs in the house were very steep and the hallway up was really narrow so a bit hard if you have larger luggage like we did, but still doable if you're careful.
- Sjoerd (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jan (10/5): Awesome place to stay and perfect for travellers - very close to Underground and Railway Stations! -
- Aleksandra (9/5): i do recommend - Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, everything u need was provided (as toothpaste, toothbrush, towels, shampoo etc.). Room is equipped with air conditioning and its working very well. Its placed in residential area that means its very quiet around, first convenience store is 1 minut by foot, and the train station (Tengachaya Station) just 6 minuts by foot. Door lock is hard to use (maybe just for Europeans) but u dont need to use it - Japan is safe place.
- Claudio (5/5): Passable - Great position from kix.clean. I can' t use the wash machine.
It' was the First time that the mattress didn't fit the bed, and the sheets didn't fit the mattress.
The sheets weren't in cotton.
The stair were very steep...It was a problem with luggage.
Every morning the sound of others guest's luggage woke me up.
The room was no soundproof
- Sean (8/5): Very good -
- Pilipenko (8/5): Great for active people, that don't need too much room! - The location was perfect - near the Airport and Subway/Train station so you can reach Sightseeing spots in Osaka aswell as Nara or Kyoto in a short period of time. Also a lot of stores and restaurants in the area that you can easily reach by foot. The Room was clean, the shower is very spacious and it is in a silent Neighborhood. After the 4th Day the Futon Beds were a bit too thin, since i sleep on the side, so the sleep quality diminished a bit. Some of the other tenants were really loud late in the night (we were at the 1st floor) so we heard how they unpacked their things, stomped around or slammed the doors. The fridge is shared and sometimes the others used our toilet too which is right in front of our door.
- Shawnee (9/5): Convenient and comfortable - Great little spot. Super comfortable and felt safe. Had everything we needed. Sometimes could hear other guests moving around
- Kinga (10/5): Exceptional - Traditional japanese room with tatami.
Close to the rail station with direct access from the airport.
- Sen (8/5): Very good -
- Samuel (5/5): I wouldn’t call it a dream stay - The room was very spacious, location was fairly good. THIS IS AN AIRBNB, NOT A HOTEL. The soundproofing was atrocious. Good luck using the washing machine as the hosue keeper is always using it for the property’s linens. The door lock on the rooms I could break it open with minimum force if I tried. You are sharing this place with 2 other rooms and you can hear them flush the toilet. The bed sheets weren’t even fitted so they didn’t stay on, the pillows were horrible. But hey it was cheap so you get what you get.
- Erik (10/5): Great Little House - It was located in a very quiet area. Each floor on the house has a private room with private bathroom and shower. There is a common kitchen and washing machine on the first floor. I was close to the train station; it took just a few minutes on foot to get there. You don't need a key to get in; you use a code. Make sure to use the code to lock the door, though, as it doesn't lock itself automatically. I had the room on the third floor and the small windows need curtains to block the light early in the morning.
- Mutiara (8/5): Perfect little base for a quiet and convenient stay in Osaka - Great facilities, owner/manager were communicative and always ready to assist with anything. Not the property, but the small roads in its neighborhood were not so well paved it finally broke my suitcase wheels.
- Rolf (9/5): interesting experiance. good room & location - as already mentioned by other reviews; the location is quite convienient. the room was even enough big to open the suitcase.
even had a small balcony. The staircase was really quite steep; if you have heavy luggage like me, you will struggle a bit.
no possibility to dry the laundry.
- Jasmine (6/5): convenient - Location: Nearby the metro station with easy train to/from airport in a residential quiet neighborhood. Clean room. Double room was quite small but with sufficient space to place luggage inside the open closet. Affordable price. Bad sound proof: you can hear the other guests when they talk or use the hairdryer at midnight or even 5am. We could not sleep.
Narrow and steep stairs to go up to access the rooms, be aware if you have to carry up large luggage.
Lock of the room door was not functioning properly. We didn’t leave any valuables in the room.
Bathroom lacks hanging rack for towel or clothes.
The place was a little hidden, so be sure to look at the numbers of the houses to find it.

- Nestor (10/5): Quiet and idyllic Osaka sanctuary - Ideal location near a train station . Very quaint Japanese neighborhood Need to put a shoe horn near the entrance so it makes it easier to put on shoes

- Afrahanifah (8/5): Very good - I like the japandi interior even the room is tiny. Amenities available except pajamas. I didnt expect the room in floor 3rd zzzz... For me who pregnancy its difficult and tired
- Varunya (9/5): Superb -
- Mohammad (5/5): Passable - The room comfortable for me 1 person The location quite far and very hard to find even using google map.. taxi driver and courier service can’t find the place not sure because the area like a small town.. end up l have to collect on my own at the courier office.
- Katrin (5/5): The first place in my life I stayed that had no hair dryer and I only realised after the shower. - Convenient location, early check-in, door pin sent on time hair everywhere on bed floor and shower, no hair dryer, no staff, dark room without daylight, didn’t feel safe
- Rebecca (10/5): We will stay there again when we come back to Osaka. - We loved the fact that it was so close to a metro station, with easy access to restaurants and groceries. We also really liked that it was quiet and that the neighbourhood had an authentic feel to it with very friendly people and shop owners. The room is small, but yet very well thought out.
