• Rosseta (8/5): ⭐ Great Stay at Comfort Gather CIQ 5B3B! We stayed 3 days 2 nights and had an awesome time. The place was perfect for a - The unit was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Overall it was a smooth, fun stay. Staff easily contactable. Highly recommended for families or groups visiting CIQ!

• Rachel (3/5): nothinbg to say very disappointed - Poor cleaniness All of us get rashes once back to singapore, not sure they wash the bedsheet Toilet also dirty 2nd floor toilet door was shaky no safety at all alot of ants and inseats air con not cool
• Amos (9/5): Spacious with good facilities - It's a very spacious house as described. Can park 3 vehicles inside. Got karaoke, pool table and mahjong. Got grass patch which we could practice chipping. Overall a good stay. With up to 15 to 16 people. The agent is also pretty responsive. The floor is a little dusty and we had to mop ourselves. The show head at the upstairs is spoilt. Such a big house only comes with one remote for the gate and it's a little inconvenient if you have many cars.
• Wan Muhammad (6/5): - House was big and spacious, however few things are broken for example the shower hose and tap upstairs. Got piano, pool table, mahjong and karaoke, good for kids to play around. Beds were comfy. According to booking.com site, checkin time was 3pm. However few days before checkin, host told us that checkin time was 5pm, and they forgot to change it on the site. 3pm to 5pm is 2 hours gap and that is a really super duper late checkin that is so unfair for customer. After getting back and forth we managed to check in at 4.20pm. This is super misleading and really bad impression to leave. Aircond was super dusty when opening the filter as if never got cleaned for years.... Deposit was returned late although they mentioned before 5pm the same checkout day.. they returned it around 630pm.
• TAN (8/5): the place is great but maintenance needs to be improved - Spacious and clean heater at level 1 is not working. shower head and the water tap in the common toilet leak very badly. Hot water in the master bedroom very hard to control. Aircon in the living room not enough. the steps near the piano need to put a reflective sticker on the edges, almost fell there.

• Fifie (8/5): Very good - Nice and spacious house inside out.. Carousell for the kid, and swinging net outide of the house. Board games, karaoke, pool table, carem. All of us feel the mattresses are soft. Love the middle room, looks like japan home. All of us really enjoy the stay n had a good quality time there with all the things provided. Well entertained! The living room had a lot of ledge, esp from pool table to kitchen, the floor look the same so hard to notice the ledge in between, almost causing a fall. Better quality of bath towels🤭 Masterbedroom toilet the door knob gonna wear out soon.
