• Zvi (9/5): מיקום מעולה, שירות מצויין. הייתי מגיע שוב בכיף. - המיקום פשוט מדהים. הקשר עם המארחים דרך הוואצאפ היה נוח ומהיר. גם נתנו שירות שמירת מזוודות בחינם לפני שעת הצק-אין ואחרי שעת הצק-אאוט. דאגו לשירות הסעה לשדה התעופה במחיר סביר גם כשפניתי אליהם ב21:30 (והזמנתי הסעה ל03:00 בלילה), אחרי שהסעה אחרת שחשבתי שהזמנתי הסתבר שההזמנה לא נסגרה והייתי צריך פתרון חלופי. בקיצור אחלה שירות ואחלה תיקשורת. החדרים קטנים, ויש אמנם שני שירותים אבל רק מקלחת אחת וכשמגיעים משפחה גדולה כמו שהיינו, ומבחינת המיטות אפשר לישון בדירה גם 10 נפשות - זה יכול להיות בעיה שיש רק מקלחת אחת. היה משהו די מוזר לגבי מיטת תינוק - אני ציינתי בהזמנה שאני מבקש מיטה כזאת, אני רואה בדיעבד שהם לא הגיבו לבקשה (לא כן ולא לא) והיא לא הייתה שם כשהגענו, וכשביקשתי אז אמרו שאין בעיה להביא לי אבל ביקשו על זה 35 יורו. זה היה מאכזב. בכל מקום אחר בטיול סיפקו את זה בלי בעיה ובחינם.

• cojucari (6/5): - Добрый день, в прихожей на полу отколупалась плитка поверх они постелили тонкйи ковер и когла наступаешь нога проваливается в яму и отходит кафель...на оодной из постелей мы нашли волосы предыдущих людей... это было ужасно, цена не соответствует ни фото ни ожиданиям по размещению.
• Christophe (7/5): - Emplacement bien situé pour visiter. Et restauration proche, donc très pratique Nous étions là juste pour une nuit, il y avait un marché(tous les jours🤔 ?) , là "Balayeuse" la nuit et l'installation des étals au levé du jour sont un peu bruyants😁.

• Rhackel (9/5): Great value for the location and amount of people that can fit. - The location was perfect! You’re near a bunch of restaurants, the market and many shops. It’s about an 18 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. One of the air conditioners did not blow strongly enough to cool one half of the apartment. The AC in the living room was great though so one side was very cool.
• Diana (10/5): Great Choice for the 6 of Us in the Heart of Rome! - The 6 of us had a wonderful stay here and would recommend it to others. Although some of the reviews concerned us, we were pleasantly surprised to find a very clean, well appointed apartment. There were two bathrooms including one with a shower. The shower water stayed hot and there was no problem with draining like some reviews stated. The noise from outside was not a problem, although we heard the neighbors upstairs a couple of times. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the small little patio was a nice bonus. The location was the best part. We were in the center of everything. Literally below the apartment and to the right is a wonderful norcineria, a traditional and historic butcher shop that sells amazing porchetta sandwiches and wine, if you like. Finally, the communication was excellent, and they helped us several times with a private car hire. Thank you so much! Not much to say. We were very satisfied. If you are sensitive to noise, bring a sound machine or ear plugs. We found the noise to be minimal and typical with apartment living.

• Ghislain (1/5): A disaster and probably our last booking on booking in view of the non-existent customer care. - We reported several issues within hours of our arrival. Despite our efforts to resolve these problems with the property management and with booking, we did not receive any assistance. Issues Encountered: Lack of Hot Water and Heating : Upon arrival, there was no hot water for showers, and the heating was not working, despite an outside temperature of 6 degrees. The boiler was not properly maintained, as documented in photos and videos. It provided a maximum of 2 bars, whereas 4 bars are necessary for a proper shower. Broken Window : A window was broken and could not be closed properly, exacerbating the heating issue. Non-Functional Television : Although listed as an amenity, the television did not work due to a dead cable. We reported this issue, but no action was taken. Non-Functional Intercom : For an apartment intended for 9 people, the intercom did not work, and we had only one key. We also reported this issue without receiving a response. Lack of Repairs : On the first afternoon, we had a phone conversation with the property management, during which they promised to call a plumber. However, no plumber arrived, and we could not take showers, or cold ones. Violation of Domicile : On the second day, during our absence, the property management entered the apartment without our consent or even informing us. This constitutes an illegal violation of domicile. They sent us a video showing water flowing from the shower head, which they replaced as shown in their videos and ours taken the day before. Inadequate Support : The support provided by the property management during these two days was disastrous, and their behavior was inappropriate. The support provided by Booking during these two days was disastrous, and all they did was shift responsibility back to the owner.
• Maaike (9/5): Perfect! - Great apartment when traveling with a group. My friends and I had the best time! Location is perfect in the centre of the city. Front rooms were quite hot at night. Not great for the quality of sleep.
