• Tiến Bẩy (6/5): - view hồ đẹp Phòng chỉ rộng khoảng 35m² ( kể cả ban công) không phải là 45m² như quảng cáo..phòng ngay dưới quán cafe .. mà quán cafe thường đóng cửa muộn( 11 giờ đêm) nên lúc dọn dẹp vệ sinh khá là ồn ào.. hình như tòa nhà nuôi cả chó nữa nên có lúc rất hôi

• Thi Van (6/5): Schöne Lage, freundliche Besitzerin. - Schöne Lage direkt am Westsee. Der Eingang war schmutzig. Im Bad haben wir am nächsten Tag eine Kakerlake gefunden…In Vietnam sind Kakerlaken keine Seltenheit, aber wir hätten auch gerne auf sie verzichtet.

La propriétaire de l'autre logement que nous avions dans le même immeuble nous demandant 100 mille dongs de l’heure pour y laisser nos bagages, il était plus économique d'en louer un autre ( c'est la même propriétaire ). Appartement propre et bien équipé Les derniers locataires avaient sans doute stocké du durian dans le frigo et l'odeur était partout. Très déplaisant, Vue sur le lac en diagonale

• Thuy (7/5): Không recommend - Ban công nhìn ra ngay hồ Tây, yên tĩnh, kín đáo Nơi này dạng homestay, host thuê lại của chủ nhà. Ông chủ nhà rất bất lịch sự và bố đời. Nội quy của nhà là không được nổ máy mà phải dắt bộ ra đường mới được nổ máy. Tụi mình quên và lỡ nổ máy, nhưng vừa mới nghe tiếng xe là ông này chạy ngay tới chỗ tụi mình, chỉ vào bảng nội quy, rồi tiến lại gần bạn mình và nói đã hiểu nội quy chưa với vẻ mặt và giọng điệu dằn mặt. Tụi mình không phá phách và lỡ nổ máy 1 lần, không đáng nhận lại dịch vụ tồi như vậy. Chắc là khách nào ông đó cũng cư xử lỗ mãng như vậy. Người Hà Nội là vậy à? Mình là khách ở trả tiền, họ là người cung cấp dịch vụ mà không có customer service. Quá lỗ mãng

• Ellie (10/5): Exceptional - One of the best places to stay around Tay Ho. Quiet with a lovely balcony and the staff are all very helpful and accommodating. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh water and towels! We’ll be back!

• Vân (9/5): Overall a good stay - 1. The view. We stay in room 467, with quite a nice view towards the lake, a bit obstructed by the tree though. 2. Supporting and responsive host. They accommodated our requested to change to higher floor, and answered our questions prior arrival. 3. Love the heat lamps in the shower. 4. Big balcony to sit and chill 1. The lack of a lobby 2. Nosey cleaner sometimes forgot toilet paper 3. The loud and annoying megaphones outside the balcony that goes off twice a day 4. They put a tile on top of the washing machine, then when it washed, the tile broke due to the washer being placed on uneven surface, and they charged us 150k for something that is not our fault. 5. My partner had an injury, results in the damaged sheets. We bought them a new set (sheet, blanket cover, pillow cases), and decided to use it during our stay. However they informed us not to use, and just give it to them instead, which is weird considering we already paid for it. 6. Bathroom needs a deep clean. There were black mold on the glass shower door. 7. The view is nice, but the location is far from everything, not many restaurants around.

Came down for dental work and Lulu's place made it very affordable. Would highly recommend to friends and family! Nothing

• Hồng (9/5): Perfect! - The facilities are perfect, the view and the balcony are exceptional, they provided everything i need. I will definitely rent this place again when i revisit Hanoi. Thankfully they warned me about the insects outside at night. Don’t open the balcony door when having your light on at night.

• Trung (9/5): Will definitely comeback - A comfortable and cozy place to stay, located in one of the best possible position in Hanoi (near West Lake). The staff is nice and friendly. There's also a good café at 1st floor of the building. It would be better to have a mosquito bat. Still, the view was worth it.

• Darren (1/5): waste of time - We booked a room here and changed from another hotel, then took a taxi to this place. After all of that, when i called to see why nobody was there at the property, I was told that they were full, even though they had 3 rooms listed as available. Waste of time and money and super frustrating. The management needs to update their booking.com availability every day!
