• Helen (10/5): Overall everything was wonderful! - Very comfortable and beautiful apartment. Very well thought through everything to make the place comfortable. Great tv programs, nice kitchen, clean and Luca himself was very friendly. Thank you Luca to make our experience a great one in Florence! 😀🙏 If there is any suggestion would be a shelf in the shower to put the soap and shampoo on. Another suggestion is to have the TV in the dining area instead of the bedroom or have a second one there.
• Davide (8/5): Ottimo ma.. - Nel complesso, un appartamento davvero ottimo: curato, confortevole e in una posizione molto comoda, abbastanza vicino alla stazione e alla metro di Santa Maria Novella, quindi perfetto anche per raggiungere facilmente il centro. La mia valutazione resta comunque ottima, anche se c’è stato un aspetto che non ho particolarmente apprezzato. Avendo esigenze lavorative, avevo chiesto anticipatamente al gestore la possibilità di lasciare le valigie prima dell’orario di check-in. Mi è stato però richiesto un supplemento di 20€ per anticipare le pulizie e poter accedere prima all’alloggio. Naturalmente ho preferito non accettare, anche perché nei pressi della stazione ci sono depositi bagagli custoditi a prezzi decisamente inferiori. Più che per il costo in sé, ho trovato la richiesta poco in linea con il prezzo già importante dell’appartamento e avrei gradito un po’ più di disponibilità verso una necessità legata al lavoro piuttosto che al semplice turismo.

The instructions to access the property were clear and Luca was available to answer any inconvinience I may have. L'emplacement est idéal pour rejoindre le centre de Florence que se soit à pied ou avec les transports en commun. Le propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et surtout très attentifs aux besoins de ses hôtes. Toujours disponible pour nous permettre de passer un séjour de rêve à Florence. En étant dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie, je peux que recommander cet établissement vous ne serez pas déçu.

We wanted to find a place where pets are 100% allowed with - I regret choosing this place We didn’t like the owner of this apartment! It feels like he’s watching you — there seems to be a camera installed. He charged us an extra 60 euros for our dogs (two small Pomeranians), which was not agreed upon in advance. We checked in in the evening, spent the next day there, and left the following morning. There is no parking near the house — you have to look for a spot on the surrounding streets. On the day of departure, the owner disconnected the entrance codes, (despite the fact that the checkout time was set to 10:00, the password for entering the apartment was disabled before that time), so my husband, who had gone to get the car parked two streets away, couldn’t get back into the apartment. Fortunately, the kids and I were still inside and could bring the suitcase down ourselves (there is no elevator). Addition.! Two weeks later, when we got home, we wrote this review and immediately received a bill from the owner, in the amount of about 800 euros, he accuses us of damaging mosquito nets and doors, although we did not even open the windows, we lived there for one day and two nights, the whole day we traveled around Florence. But since the actions of the owner towards us were not conscientious, before leaving the house, we took off everything in the apartment on the phone, confirming that we left everything clean and undamaged (doors, windows, curtains, mattresses and household appliances, and even a refrigerator from the inside)

• Neumann (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean property, easy and convenient access to the apartment by phone and a helpful owner that resolved some issues we had in an instant. The location is also pretty good as you have a bus station a minute away that has a direct connection to the city center.

• Damián (6/5): Loudy upper neighbors, bad attention Of the owner, a little far for the Center. - Clean and confortable. The apartament was great, beautiful, confortable and clean, the wifi Works perfect. The upper neighbors are very noisy, walking, jumping on the floor and talking very loud from 7am, we are short time in the dept but when you need to rest after a long day touring the city it's very annoying. Italy has a law that you can not use the heating system before november so the tower heater commonly used by tourists to dry the clothes can not be used, this was a problem to us to wash our clothes or dry them mostly in a rainy day. We bought four nights in booking at 444.5 euro (at reason off 111.125 euro per night) and 5.50 per night the city tax (to pay cash in the dept), but we want to add One more day and the host ageeed this direct from message (never give me the option to do it in booking) , he sell us this extra night at the price Of 143.5 euro (32 euro more expensive than booking) , when i ask (my mistake ask before) his answer was cold and very unkind (thats the price what you paid was a offer of booking). imeach request to the host was complicated and questioned, he charged us an extra 25 euros for early check in 5 hours before… for cleaning concept (wasn't he going to clean anyway if we went at the agreed time?) It wasn't very cordial of them to charge us for this. And he was very insistent with the cash we had to pay him, asking us repeatedly if we had it (for times at least) , this was somewhat uncomfortable. Just to resume, the host need to solve the upper neighbors problem, are very loudy and i dont need this on my vacations, could be great Add a Washing and drying machine, and Luca Needs to improve their client treatment because is very unkind, if some body paid 450 euros to take vacations On florence surely has to pay you 200 extra you do not need to insist more than once time. Be aware for extra costs. Not recommended.
• Tatiana (9/5): Superb - The apartments are comfortable, clean, with a good kitchen. The location is convenient, the bus stop for access to the city center is located a few meters from the house. A good cafe is also nearby. The owner is attentive, provided all the information about self-check-in in advance and everything went great. The apartments fully correspond to the description and photos. It was a surprise for us that when placing with two separate beds, an additional payment of 20 euros was required. Mom and an adult son were traveling and could not sleep in the same bed. Of the three places we stayed in Italy, this is the only place where they charged an additional fee for separate beds. In apartments in Rome and Milan, separate beds were organized without additional charges.

• Rachel (9/5): Clean, pretty safe and quiet, very worth the money! - Location - Very accessible with lots of nearby bus stops that are 2-10 mins away. The neighbourhood is also very quiet and quaint but not too quiet that it feels unsafe. Cleanliness - The whole apartment was very clean and it didn’t smell! Value for money - This is one of the more affordable accommodations and is not far from the city center, very worth it. Noise - The house is pretty non-soundproof which gets pretty annoying. I can hear the footsteps of the neighbours upstairs (and they run around/move furniture a lot) and the cars on the roads. It just gets pretty annoying when people are awake but when it’s later at night and everyone is asleep, there is little noise. Please let the owner know if it’s too noisy so they can let the neighbours know. Safety - I am a solo female traveller and the doors are all opened by keypads. In Casa di Luca, there is a shared door that you enter into a very small common space (you can barely fit two luggages and yourself) and then there will be two apartments, one on the left and right. I was a bit worried that the guest in the other apartment also knows the passcode to mine and was slightly worried about safety. It’ll be great if we can be assured that the keypad passwords are different and that it changes with every new guest. (Turns out it is different for each guest but it’ll be nice to have reassurance that’s all)

Nice touch to have some water in the fridge when we arrived The location is good being on a main bus route and a 10 minute walk to the tramline that runs from aeroporto peretola to downtown Florence. City centre is walkable in 30 minutes Residential neighbourhood is pleasant and safe with a couple of supermarket nearby Personally I’d like a splash of colour to in a few places as everything is white and grey.

• Fran (8/5): Adequate apartment - The apartment is new and comfortable. It was an adequate size to accommodate our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped, but we didn't use it. The location is ok, not too far from main Florence city centre and train station. Very nice coffee and pastries shop a just few metres away. I aim to leave a useful review on our accommodation stays, so I'll mention a couple of negatives.. We booked a car hire during our stay, and the owner told us that we would easily find street parking outside the apartment, as it's a quiet street. But this was not the case. We had to drive around a lot to find parking, and eventually we found parking a few streets away. The shower soap provided left an odd residue on your skin, it seemed like a very cheap soap. No hair conditioner provided.
