Jessica (8/5): Ottima soluzione per un breve soggiorno nel quartiere Ponte Milvio - Appartamento molto confortevole, pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort. Posizione perfetta nel quartiere Ponte Milvio, (per gli stranieri: Ponte Milvio è un quartiere bellissimo, ma non è prettamente centro storico, che comunque è facilmente raggiungibile) ma in una via al riparo da rumori molesti. Nulla, a parte il fatto che la finestra del salotto/cucina dà proprio sul marciapiede.

Valerio (8/5): Piacevole e comodo. - Posizione comoda in una bella zona ed in un via tranquilla con facilità di posteggio auto Non ho trovato spugnetta per lavare i piatti ed in generale qualche straccio, anche se le pulizie sono a carico della struttura, per soggiorni con più notti possono servire.

Partha (1/5): Try to not exploit others. Scam Alert 🚨 - Good location. Ultra modern. Seems you are not anymore in earth 🌍 in some another planet. Everything controlled automatically and electronically. During this booking we get fraud of 65€ which was not mentioned earlier. Total booking fee was 279€ which 225€ I pay in advance and later 54€ only we had to pay for city taxes. But this person send us some link which later asked 54€ city tax + 65€ cleaning fee which is totally fraud. He never before mentioned this cleaning fee while booking. During our stay 3 days on that flat there was not a single day anyone come for cleaning not for once. You already charging too much for the room. Almost 100€ per night. But why should I have to pay extra 65 euro for cleaning which never happens, had use the same bedsheet and towel continuously 3 days. I want to get refund of that money. This is not fair .
Ruta (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoy our stay in this apartment. The best street food Trapizzino just around the corner, the supermarket 200 m, lots of restaurants near. We did't enjoy construction's sounds from neighbor at 7 am but it was only two mornings :)
