À mon arrivée, l’accès au logement m’a été refusé car celui-ci était déjà loué à un autre client via votre plateforme. Le propriétaire m’a informé qu’une double réservation avait été acceptée par Booking, ce qui constitue une erreur indépendante de ma volonté. Je précise que le montant de la réservation a bien été débité, alors même que je n’ai jamais pu accéder au logement ni y séjourner. Dans ces conditions, je demande le remboursement intégral et immédiat de la somme versée. Merci de bien vouloir traiter cette demande en priorité et de me confirmer par écrit le délai exact de remboursement. Dans l’attente de votre retour rapide. • anamaria (1/5): - I did not like the fact that the owner wrote to me the very morning of the booking to tell me that the apartment was already booked. Booking.com was not helpful either in finding another solution.
• Rebecca (7/5): - good location There was an issue with the key box, the owner entered while we where staying there.
• Mori (3/5): Scarso - La cucina era fornita e la camera molto luminosa, il tram per andare in centro è proprio sotto casa. La struttura era un po’ sporca in alcune zone, il tappeto in camera aveva delle chiazze, il piumone nell’armadio aveva delle chiazze gialle. La porta del bagno che è fuori dall’appartamento non si chiude dall’esterno quindi nel periodo in cui si è fuori qualcuno potrebbe entrare. Il primo portone della struttura era sfondato quindi nom chiudeva bene. Quando siamo arrivati c’erano delle buste con oggetti dentro a pochissimi metri dal portone.

• Elizabeth Wairimu (7/5): - Große saubere Wohnung mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Schwierige Parksituation und die Appartmenttür konnte nicht von innen abgeschlossen werden.
• Rebecca (3/5): Marred by sloppy customer service … - Location There was a big problem with the keys they had left the wrong ones and it took 4 hours to resolve the issue, blaming us the whole time… and they were quite rude. There was noisy building work the whole weekend and dangerous cabling .. they offered us no compensation… and were rude when requested it.
• Sandrine (9/5): Appartement 1er etage 10/10 - Très bel appartement au 1 er étage avec salle de bain individuelle , salon , cuisine et chambre . Toutes les commodités pour cuisiner si besoin et très belle décoration. Dans mon cas ce n'était que pour dormir puisque je venais voir de la famille à proximité. Très bonne situation pour faire des courses , plusieurs commerçants juste en bas et un supermarché à 10 minutes à pieds . Bien desservi par les transports en commun. Idéal pour venir découvrir Bruxelles. J'y retournerai avec plaisir en famille. Un petit souci de clé à l'arrivée qui n'ouvrait pas la chambre du 3 ème étage qui m'était apparemment destinée. Après plusieurs messages et un appel téléphonique une personne charmante m'a indiqué que je pouvais occuper l'appartement au 1 er qui était noté sur le trousseau . En dehors de cet incident , tout était parfait.
• Helène (8/5): Fijne uitvalsbasis voor een weekendje Brussel - Goed bereikbaar met het ov. Keuken faciliteiten zeer uitgebreid. Snel en prettig contact met de contactpersoon. De douchekop/waterdruk viel tegen en het matras had wat kuilvorming.
• Martin (2/5): - Lokalita Nepacil sa mi prístup majiteľa apartmánu nakoľko som musel z neho vyťahovať informácie pár hodín pred check-in kde nájdem kľúče a podobne, následne nám boli zle upresnene informácie ktorý apartman to presne je takže po chybných informáciách po jednej noci sme sa museli sťahovať do iného apartmánu. Majiteľ si následne po mojej konfrontácii na nás vymyslel ze sme mu pošpinili posteľné prádlo a podobne bludy. Takze lokalita fajn ale to je všetko. Osobne neodporúčam toto ubytovanie.

We felt so safe and welcome staying here. Very lovely apartment too, so nice and cozy and very clean! I have nothing bad to say about staying here, we loved it 🩷

• Dirk (8/5): Very good - Spacious, well kept, value for money. The interior stairs leading up to the apartment are quite narrow and the bathroom is separate, a few steps down those stairs.
• Sachin (7/5): Good - Room was nice and comfortable. The behaviour of the host was really bad. When we reached the accomodation he didn’t give any proper information about keys and locker code etc. when when we called him the communication was very poor and on the day of checkout we called him to enquire something before leaving but he yelled at us saying “why we are calling and disturbing me, am at work!”. 1st of all, how would i know if he is at work? 2nd, as a host he was supposed to give better instructions. 3rd, if he is too busy he should appoint someone to sort these kind of things.
• George (9/5): Superb - The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness. It has three good sized rooms (living room, kitchen and bedroom) and a bathroom. There is a tram stop "eenens" just a minute away to your left. It's a third floor flat in a block of three.
• Maddie (10/5): Lovely flat in the north of Brussels - Super clean, spacious and well catered. The stairs were a bit tricky going to the bathroom, and the area was a bit scary at night.
• Burhan (10/5): Very good, very clean, highly friendly host, easy to acces - We were extremely pleased with the excellent hospitality and friendliness of the host. The house was very clean and convenient, and its location is very close to public transportation and easy access to everywhere. I definitely recommend it as the place to stay in Brussels.
• Haydar (9/5): Was excellent stay in a well decorated apartment - Süper clean, nice decorated, have everything you may need, very close to public transportation. Narrow and high stairs. If you have knee problems, please consider it.
• Adriane (8/5): Good location, great value for money! - good location - quiet area, very nicely appointed apartment. Very good value for money. The apartment is on the top floor of a very steep staircase; not a problem for us but some travelers might have difficulty navigating with suitcases.
