• Ng (5/5): - Very lousy. The furniture are too old. Aircon not cold at all. Using padlock to lock really cause alot of inconvenience to us. Toilet flush not so good. Should have some sound proof install as it is near the road and cause alot of noise and we can't rest well. Thanks.

• YEEN LAI (1/5): Luckily only 1 day - Environment is ok this unit is really terrible. The single room can’t even be locked, and the air-cond switch for one of the beds is missing. In the master bedroom, even the fan is not working. Master room hot working not working. All the things are damn old .Damn disappointing with this unit.

• Ei Kalayar (2/5): Not very pleasant - It’s near Aeon and proper security. The place is run down. For the price you pay (~SGD120) you would think it’ll be decent looking. The toilets didn’t have proper bidet and are not clean for a place of that price. The actual place looks totally different from the photos shown here so just keep that in mind

• Jenny (5/5): - The location is convenient for me to go out for shopping and foods and is quiet in the neighbourhood The room got awful smells and I had to buy air fresheners to cover it. Some of the kitchenwares were not so clean still got stains on it. A cleaning fee is charged but is not clean😒

Leaking or leaking pipes 2. No place to cook 3. The worst situation when I entered The house agent who cooperated with us. If I could see this house early, I would confirm that I would not take it this one had to because I paid early trusted booking.com but really regretted the condition of the house

• Taian (3/5): I don't dare to go in. I don't recommend it. - The whole unit is not clean and has a bad smell. Furniture, fans and curtains are old, rudimentary and dusty. The bathroom glass is also not clean. The mattress is uncomfortable, and the sheets and pillows are also very old.

• Kevin (1/5): Disappointed stay - The house was windy with washing machine and a dryer. The first step in the house were already not comfortable. Furnitures around the house were old, chipped and stained.etc. dining table, doors. There were cockraches in the toilet. Heater were not working properly, it could be burning hot for few seconds and cold for the next few second. Tiles in the toilet floor was popping. TV very slow to on and manuever. Other than the two double beds, blankets for rest of the beds are only small towels. We didnt complete the stay and booked another cheaper yet bigger unit in the same building to shift out the very next day. The 2nd unit that we shift to was so much better maintained and furnished, cleaner and value for money.

Rooms should be thoroughly cleaned before new guests move in, including dusting, - The location is excellent, conveniently situated near a mall and various food courts. The property staff and agents are very helpful. The room was very dusty, and all the doors (bedroom and toilet) were dirty. The floor and balcony had dry food remnants, indicating they hadn’t been cleaned before we moved in. I had to clean the entire unit myself because I had booked it for six days.

• Abel (1/5): pathetic, not even worth $35 / night. - nothing. I liked the way the host wasn't apologetic at all. He was totally INDIFFERENT throughout the entire whatsapp conversation, he did not even said a "thank you" or "sorry". this list can go on. 1) made to wait from 3pm to 3.30pm for the keys, (host wasn't apologetic at all) 2) reason was: cleaner was cleaning the house, but i ain't sure where they were cleaning. I showed a few photos to the host upon checking in.... newspapers, used tissue papers, wires, loose cards and medicine still in the tv console drawers. 3) the mouse for the tv box, looks out it hasn't been used for years. 4) foul and musty smell throughout the house. 5) black mold everywhere, from walls to door frames. 6) heater in the mbr, wasn't working. (showed the video to the host, again, wasn't apologetic about it, replied 1 hour later) 7) smell on the bedsheet, my son was complaining badly. 8) we decided to book another apartment, and move out the next night. I casually and sarcastically informed the host that the condition is appalling. (wasn't apologetic at all.) 9) Just to assure you that the photos are not the same as actual. I wish i could upload some photos. 10) to sum it up, this is the worse than the $35/night hotel. 11) If you ever book with the host and unit, good luck to you. unit is #10-08. Please avoid at all costs.
