• Helene (7/5): Bis auf das fehlende zweite Schlafzimmer gut! - Die Lage ist super - U-bahn, Straßenbahn, Spar,... sind ums Eck. Das Apartment ist sehr ruhig und hell. Der Balkon ist gut. In der Anzeige steht, dass das Apartment 2 separate Schlafzimmer hat. Leider hat es nur ein Schlafzimmer - das zweite Doppelbett steht im Wohnzimmer. In vielen Fällen wird das keinen großen Unterschied machen, aber wenn kleine Kinder mit sind und einige davon dann im Wohnzimmer schlafen müssen, müssen die Erwachsenen den restlichen Abend relativ leise sein und können kein Licht aufdrehen - wenn man extra ein teureres Apartment gebucht hat um 2 Schlafzimmer zu haben, ist das sehr lästig...

• Rocio (7/5): El precio esta muy bien - -buena ubicacion -Lidl, Aldi, spar muy cerca -la zona se veia segura -cerca de la parada de tren y de bus -departamento en buenas condiciones pero faltaba mejorar algunos detalles. - excelente calefaccion -tiene lavavajilla y se incluian algunas pastillas para usarlo. -incluia toallas y toallones. La entrada Al edificio puede dar miedo, es sucia olorosa y vieja, las escaleras en espiral son peligrosas y no hay ascensor para llegar Al cuarto piso donde esta ubicado El departamento. El mantenimiento de Los elementos de Cocina no era optimo. La pava electrica estaba Toda sucia por dentro por ejemplo. Faltaria un microondas. Paredes blancas podrian estar mas limpias.
• Larysa (6/5): A spacious and warm apartment - Good location. A supermarket and public transport stop are right behind the corner. Very close to the underground station. A spacious and warm apartment. A strong cigarette smell in the apartment all the time. Perhaps, coming there through the ventilation. Neither tea nor sugar were available. The oven doesn't function.

• Maria Luisa (5/5): Non consigliabile - La posizione è servita dai mezzi ed è in un quartiere tranquillo. L'appartamento è ben riscaldato L'appartamento si trova al quarto piano senza ascensore e le scale non sono accessibili a tutti. Il condominio è in stato di degrado. Cosa grave: la proprietaria ci è piombata in casa senza bussare mentre eravamo dentro!!!
• Klara (8/5): Pro kratkodoby pobyt je byt dostacujici. Maly balkonek je take vyhodou. - Vybirali jsme ubytovani podle blizkosti k mistu udalosti, na kterou jsme se chystali. Cena za apartman byla dobra. Byt byl cisty a prostorny. Sklada se z 1 loznice a velkeho obyvaku, kde je pohovka i dalsi postel, takze ne 2 oddelene pokoje + obyvak. Byt je ve 4.patre starsiho domu, takze urcite ne s malymi detmi nebo s lidmi, kteri se hure pohybuji. Byt je velmi jednoduse zarizeny. V koupelne neni zasuvka a take svetlo je celkem slabe, zadny odkladaci stolek nebo policka. Pridala bych i par vesaku na kabaty, ktere si v prostorne predsini nemate kam odlozit.

• Gemma (7/5): Nice apartment in the city centre, maybe don’t come here if you don’t like sport and cigarets 😉 - The landlady was nice and stand at attention to all of our questions. The location was perfect, almost near everything. There’s also an Interspar at less than 5 minutes by foot if you want to cook. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and decorated with love. The four flights of stairs were really easy for us. The shower doors are not watertight; water leaks out from under the shower tray, which tranform the bathroom in a small pond. There’s a strong tobacco smell in the stair case, which is A LOT LESS present in the apartment if you take care to open the windows everyday.

• Sardana (10/5): Уютный апартамент возле метро - Апартамент с 1 спальней, одна кровать стоит в общей комнате. Квартира после свежего ремонта, находится на 4 этаже. Лифта нет - винтовая лестница. Уютная гостиная зона, лоджия. Квартира оснащена всем необходимым. Очень чисто. Хорошее белье, подушки и кровати удобные. Рядом станция метро, большой супермаркет.
• Gerald (9/5): - Die Wohnung ist sauber, ruhig, funktional eingerichtet, sehr gut gelegen (Supermarkt und U6 in der Nähe) und zudem tagsüber sehr hell. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut (nur ein großer Topf und ein Stöpsel für die Spüle würden noch helfen). Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockengestell (Waschmittel selbst mitbringen!). Die Betten waren angenehm. Fernseher zwar ohne TV-Anschluss, aber ließ sich über Miracast vom Tablet problemlos bespielen Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin ging super schnell, die fehlenden Handtücher wurden unversehens organisiert. Vielen Dank Suzana! Nicht alles ist perfekt, ein paar Kleinigkeiten: - Die Beleuchtung im Essbereich ist an der falschen Stelle: am Tisch ist es dunkel, dafür stößt man sich beim Weg in die Küche an der Lampe. Auch in der Küche hängt die Lampe zu tief. - Zwei Türklinken waren lose - Duschkabine nicht stabil und etwas undicht - Gastherme bisweilen etwas laut, eine Zwischentür zum Wohnbereich würde da helfen Das Treppenhaus ist nicht sehr schön, mit dem Eintritt in die Wohnung ist das aber gleich vergessen. Die 100 Stufen (ohne Fahrstuhl) hätte man ins Inserat schreiben sollen - für uns aber kein Problem. :-)

• robert (10/5): we loved our stay - this place was very nice, very clean good location the only problem we had was the stairs as it was over a 100 steps to the apartment, i have prblems walking and also had a 82 yrs old with us, so if your fit its fine but for us to much , but haveing said that this place is very good .

• Radosław (5/5): - W miarę dobra lokalizacja, wielkość apartamentu, balkon. Czwarte piętro bez windy. Oburzające jest to, że właściciel podczas naszej nieobecności co najmniej dwa razy wchodził do mieszkania. Raz zauważyliśmy otwarte drzwi balkonowe( my przed wyjściem zamykaliśmy), a za drugim razem została wymieniona na dużo jaśniejszą żarówka w łazience. Zwróciliśmy od razu na to uwagę. Wcześniej było trochę ciemno w łazience, co nie przeszkadzało, a pod koniec dużo mocniejsza żarówka. To nie hotel, by obsługa wchodziła. A żona nie może doliczyć się wszystkich ubrań. • Abigail (6/5): Clean, well located flat but not brilliantly equipped with second hand smoke. - Communication with the host was excellent - quick and helpful. Location is excellent and self-check in was very easy. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. As other people have described, there was a very strong smell of smoke in the stairwell which sometimes spread into the flat. We stayed in June and it was perhaps unusually hot (30-34 degrees) however as a top floor flat, it was seriously unpleasant without aircon - at minimum there should be an extra fan. I would not stay here again from June to September. The kitchen was not well equipped - there were two very small pots and no strainer/ colander. No soap was provided for the washing machine. The bathroom had no extractor fan which made the heat even worse. The pillows could do with replacing.

• Qasim (8/5): Nice apartment overall and clean, only issue was the cigarette smell coming from the hallway - The overall size of the apartment. There was a cigarette smell in the staircase which came into the apartment as well.

• Julia (8/5): Very good - The apartment was clean, well equipped (big fridge, toaster, coffee machine, plates, pans and cutlery) and had a nice balcony. We visited during cold weather and it was easy to adjust the temperature so that the apartment was nice and warm. The booking description lists two bedrooms with a double bed in each bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, when in fact there is only one bedroom and the other double bed is in the living room with the sofa bed. Although this isn't the owner's fault, other tenants of the apartment building smoke inside and because of that it often stank of cigarette smoke.

• Sudhanshu (8/5): Very good - Everything is above my expectations in this stay. This is a gem in Vienna. It is a very big apartment with 3 double beds and so much of space. So many towels and toiletries are available. Nice balcony view washing machine cloth air drying facility, big TV and what not. I think it was the best apartment during our Europe trip. This is the negative part that the apartment is on top level (4th floor) with no lift. Staircases are old and quite straight making them not so easy to climb.

• Tanel (5/5): Passable - Location The ceiling lights were low, we kept hitting our heads. There were no baking pans in the oven. The wifi didn't work and therefore the tv didn't work either. Hot apartment, can't imagine staying there in summer.

• Jelena (10/5): Exceptional - The apartmant is very nice, big, clean and cozy. The location is great, the u-bahn station is close. The apartmant is on the 4th floor without the elevator, which we knew, but the stairs are round and hard to climb. It was a hard finish after long day of walking, our children are not so close so it was manageable, but thay were complaining a lot 😊
• Ralph (8/5): Vienna, as always, is a nice place to stay. I really enjoyed this appartement! - The location and the distance to public transport. Supermarket and Gas station are just around the corner, as well as the Brunnenmarkt. The Balcony is nice but is missing some furniture.
