Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. - Christine (6/5): Overrated - The location was great and the property was pleasant enough! For the price of the property it should be a 4 bedroom home not 3 bedroom, it obviously suits families over groups as 4 adults sharing a bedroom is a bit rich for the price of the property. Dealing with a real estate and picking up/dropping off keys is outdated and time consuming not to mention the real estate took over 2 weeks to return my bond.

The house lived up to our expectations and we left with excellent memories. - The multiple living locations around the house was great, it gave all our guests a space to chill and socialise in a busy house. The location to Zenith beach, Shoal bay beach, Country club and Mt Tomaree national park was excellent for quick escapes outside. Minor issue, but there could have been a few more practical tools and kitchen utensils around the house such as brooms, cheap hair dryer, clothes pegs needed to keep extended family fed and moving.
