• Kim (8/5): Ich würde definitiv nochmal buchen! - Super nette Familie, die einem auch viel Freiraum lässt. Die jungs sind sehr höflich und energiegeladen:) alle halten sich an die ruhezeiten :) man darf nach absprache sogar die Waschmaschine nutzen :) Etwas störend fand ich nur dass die Waschmaschine abends lief, beim schleudergang wackelte mein Bett und ich dachte ständig es sei ein Erdbeben 🥲 Ich glaube für Paare ist es weniger vorteilhaft weil man abends ab 22 Uhr ruhig sein soll, für mich war es gut weil ich alleine war

• CHENGYING (9/5): 位置很好，5分鐘就能步行到京成高砂站，對於隔天要趕去機場搭飛機是很好的選擇，車站附近有超市也有不少餐廳。房間是在1個華人小家庭的房子內，1家人很友善，也熱情主動，房間、浴室等都打掃得非常乾淨，價格也便宜，推薦給first / fin -
• Celia (9/5): We will come back for sure! - Everything was great - The owners paid so much attention to the details and that we were okay Althought it was not really close to the city center, it was super well conected by a train that was 5 min walk It had supermarkets around (for when you go back tired and want to grab a quick dinner) Communication was top tier, they even let us use the washing machine. Maybe as a small inconvenience, the noise. We could hear our neighbor doing loud videocalls with his family in the early morning (around 7.30am), which of course has nothing to do with the owners, you just have to be lucky. Also, when arriving home around 9pm because of all day doing sightseeing and tired, the noise was a bit loud until 11pm (hour in which it was established to shut up, which everybody really respected). But it was bearable, and for the price paid, the quality was so good and higher than expected.

Todo han sido facilidades y nos han ayudado con todo lo que hemos solicitado. Hemos podido usar la nevera, el microondas, el calentador de agua, la lavadora. También nos han ayudado a enviar una maleta a nuestro próximo destino. La localización está muy bien conectada en tren con el centro de Tokio y otros puntos de interés. ¡Un gusto alojarse con ellos! Nada, todo fue genial!

Had access to the kitchen area, and there was a dedicated space in the fridge for guests to store perishables in. They do have a washer/dryer (please ask before using - it's good manners!). Location is a bit off the beaten track, which is nice if you want to stay out of the craziness of the city. Transportation is within easy walking distance to get back into the city Room is western style and has space to put a futon down next to the bed

The room was enough for two people and the host was very kind :) We had the opportunity to meet real Japanese family, which helped with learning about the lifestyle of normal Japanese. We did not know that this accommodation is shared with the family who lives there. We thought the space was shared only with other guests. But I think we just did not read the information correctly. The family was nice, and it was a pleasure to meet them.

Even allow us to check in much earlier, lend us a mobile WiFi, and pick us up when we lost our way. The bathroom and toilet were very clean.. coffee was good. Easy to get from Narita airport and an express train to yokohama for our cruise. Best place we've stayed for our holidays! Nothing - all good
