You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a nonrefundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a nonrefundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Failure to complete either step may result in being denied access to the property and forfeiting the rental without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Refunds are determined by cancellation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancellation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. Melanie (8/5): - The house is well equipped and the two bedrooms in the main building are spacious and lovely. The two bedrooms in the secondary building behind the pool are smaller and fairly basic but still comfortable. Comfy seating and long wooden dining table on the porch facing pool were great features. The area is quiet (just a little construction noise from next door) and well treed, and walkable (2 km) from the beach and most restaurants and shops. Felt very safe in this gated community. The beach at Brasilito is long and flat with hard sand and larger waves, while Conchal over the headland consists of shells and has a sharper dropoff but more shade, attracts a lot more people. The water pressure was consistently low in the secondary building with two bedrooms sharing the bathroom. The pool became very dirty, especially with winds and construction next door, but it was not cleaned during our 4 night stay. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Rosibel (8/5): Very good - Nice house, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. The kitchen was very equipped. Close driving distance to supermarket, beach, and restaurants. Is a beautiful house to enjoy with your family and friends. One bedroom, the a/c, was not working. I reported it, but they didn't fix it. The Bedding and extra blankets in the closet smell musty. They were clean, but due to the humidity, the smell was super strong.
