• Craig (7/5): Just ok. - Location was great and room was ok Room smelt of smoke, wasn’t ready at check in time, checking out was a nightmare - had to swipe card in lift and then hold lift door open then run key back to room to leave key in room. Gotta be a better system than that.
• Sophie (6/5): A spacious and comfortable apartment with stunning views and a wonderful host — a few small touches would make it perfec - I loved how spacious and welcoming the apartment felt — the room was bright, clean, and perfect for a comfortable sleep. The balcony views were absolutely stunning and made the stay extra special. The owner, Joe, was approachable, and responsive. Car parking was my main concern. On two occasions I needed to contact Joe, including once late at night, as someone else had parked in my designated spot. With multiple signs warning of fines for parking elsewhere, it was a little stressful, though Joe resolved it straight away. It also would have been nice if body soap and bottled hand wash were provided rather than only small bar soaps, especially for a 7-day stay. The Wi-Fi could have been stronger at times, but it was still manageable overall. Another area for improvement would be having a small guide or notes available for guests — including the Wi-Fi password, where to put the bins, guidance on car park spaces, and where to find extra items such as bin liners or cleaning products — as this would make the stay even smoother.

• Ian (10/5): Could not have been any better ! - Joseph met us and led us into a parking spot & and our room He was most helpful and a great guy. He explained everything well. We loved the easy parking and the location to Convention Centre , where my 3 day conference was at. Plus easy reach of good eateries. and pubs. We loved our time there ! Can't think of anything negative!

• Michelle (10/5): Great stay. Great Location. - The property was in a great location to the city shops, bars, and restaurants. Easy walk to public transport. It did get a bit noisy with emergency services heading to the hospital but that can’t be helped.

• Faye (8/5): A comfortable and compact apartment in a good location for sightseeing in Adelaide. - The apartment was comfortable and spotless and had good wifi. The shower was fantastic with really great water pressure and the laundry facilities were good. Maybe a small rack for air drying clothes on the balcony would be a good addition to the set up. A couple of small issues that would be easy to fix. We usually like to prepare meals in our apartment when we are travelling and staying in one spot for a few days. This kitchen made that difficult. While there were pots and pans the utensils in the drawers were few and minimal - i.e. no large platters, no teaspoons, no breadknife or spatula and few dessert spoons. The large microwave was in a really bad spot on the bench. It blocked access to the power points and also meant that most of the food preparation area could not be used. Also many of the hanging clips on the curtains in the living area had been broken so when the curtains were drawn they sagged in several spots.

We could ask for more but would have to stay in to get from neighbour. However, noticed the apartment was entered without our permission during our stay to replace a battered bathroom bin. Spa facilities not working

• Robyn (10/5): Great value, a roomy and well appointed apartment in the heart of the city - The apartment was well appointed and nicely laid out and with the addition of a balcony it was airy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great - loads of hot water. It is in a brilliant position in the city- easy access to the conference centre, the art gallery and the botanic gardens. And it has parking. Joseph was welcoming and reliable in communicating with us Nothing was a problem
