Guest Reviews
- ,Naomi (9/5): Highly recommended - Very well equipped flat with some special touches - extra toiletries etc. Clean and comfortable. Relatively quiet despite being central and only 10 minutes walk from the Tube. Shopping facilities, plenty of restaurants and pubs. The owner was ill when we arrived and her husband very efficiently and pleasantly took her place. The bathroom was a little cramped and there was a problem with the WiFi (which temporarily was disconnected) but that was just our bad luck
- jim (10/5): - Great location
- Montier (8/5): -

- Caroline (9/5): Great weekend break in St John’s Wood - Lovely cosy flat perfect location for Lords cricket ground and plenty of nice eateries in walking distance.

- Hannah (10/5): Amazing lil studio flat - The person who greeted us was very polite, he showed us around the studio, the studio was very clean and smelt lovely, was very impressed with a full first aid kit which we had to use. The facilities were good and in working order, would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, I would love to stay here again Nothing it was a great stay

Great location for the High Street and restaurants, plus 5 mins walk to the tube.

- Jamie (10/5): 10/10 would stay again - Lovely hosts, shew us around and advised of nice food locations too - 100% would stay again for any wembley events either at stadium or arena, quite close to Camden too and a lovely walk in regents park, also quite close to London zoo
- Paul (10/5): Great Facilities and Location - Friendly host, early checkin, great location for Lords Cricket Ground, full Kitchen
- Gareth (9/5): Superb - The location and it was nice and clean. Ideal for short stay. Owner was helpful too The mattress isn’t comfy at all. Only slight complaint we could make
- Anonymous (4/5): Disappointed, especially considering the over-priced cost of over $300/night CAD - Convenient location to get to restaurants and the trains Long flight of stairs hauling our luggage-not mentioned in the booking info. Broken toilet seat, broken shower door, towel heater rack not working, dirty light covers, dirty and stained carpet, burned area on kitchen countertop. No soap for the shower, no kleenex, etc.
Description says one bedroom apartment, but it does not have a separate bedroom.
Generally this place is not well taken care of.
- Rosemary (9/5): Most comfortably and easy stay. - Great location, very comfortable with everything I needed. Owners very helpful. The two flights of stairs were a little difficult. Almost impossible to get my case down stairs.
- Catherine (9/5): Perfect for a weekend break. - Excellent location
- Jolanda (9/5): Ideal location, lovely, compact. would reccommend it to friends. - The flat was up two flights of stairs which I think should have been mentioned in description of flat.
- John (7/5): Good -
- Robert (9/5): Very convenient for our meeting at Lords Cricket ground and a good base for sightseeing in London - Excellent location ..comfortable ,clean and warm accommodation…small but adequate …well equipped Very little to fault…a better plug in the kitchen sink and a bread knife is all that we could improve !
- Tony (10/5): Excellent location. - This apartment is extremely close to the Wellington Hospital where my wife was staying. Restaurants like The Ivy, Soutine and coffee shops and convenience stores are all very handy to the apartment.
- Gaia (10/5): Exceptional - The host is very very kind, the house is perfect there is everything, the tube is 5 minutes by walking, i advice this flat!!
- Lynda (10/5): Great place in a very nice area. 5 minutes walk from tube as well as Lords cricket ground. - Cleanliness and security Nothing
- Juliet (10/5): Definitely recommend. Lovely hosts and great area to stay. - Lovely cosy apartment in a beautiful area of London. Had to call host to organise meeting at property. Jon met us there. He was lovely and gave us some great tips. He and Mizi allowed us also to leave our bags in the apartment after check out as we were flying out later in day.
Metro was just a few minutes walk away.
Had dinner at Ivy’s pub-best shepherds pie I’ve ever had! Breakfast -cinnamon scroll and coffees at Gail’s. Bathroom quite small but beautifully renovated.
Bed was just a pull out bed but was very comfortable.
- Diane (9/5): Bijou accommodation in a lovely part of London - In an excellent location close to St John’s Wood High Street and tube station. Comfortable accommodation with a functional kitchen and compact bathroom. Not a great amount of space - but that is offset by the excellent location
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sangram (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anna (9/5): Superb -
- Louise (9/5): Would definetley stay again and recommend to anyone. -
- Giorgio (8/5): Clean and good location -
- Vivien (8/5): Lovely location, helpful owners, shower a bit tiny and tricky, but renovated older apartment. - Location location Cupboard doors next to bed , awkward to get out of bed
- Rianna (10/5): Would stay here again! - Lovely hosts! Perfect spot if you want to stay central away from the crowds. Good choices of cuisines for restaurants/cafes or grocery shops if you want to cook and stay in. Walking distance from Regents Park / Primrose Hill area.
- Pam (9/5): Superb - Convenient to public transport.
Quiet area
Owners very helpful.
- William (9/5): Superb -
- Cara (8/5): The best location in London - Very nice comfortable apartment in a fantastic location just off the high street in St John’s Wood We found the shower controls difficult to work out
- Michelle (8/5): Very good -
- Daniella (7/5): Great property but had some communication issues with hosts. - The property is inside a secure locked building and in a good neighbourhood, so I felt very safe. It’s a 5min walk to underground station St John’s Wood so really the whole of London is accessible. Everything is exactly as pictured/described.
Everything you need is already there, you can tell they have put a lot of thought into what they provide. I think the hosts forgot about us on arrival day. Nobody arrived at our planned meeting time, and 45mins later nobody was responding to my booking.com messages or phone call. After about an hour after our planned meeting time I got a response and they met us at the flat shortly after and sincerely apologised. She was very nice and I believed her when she said this had never happened before.
We had just arrived in London and it was very stressful at that time - no SIM card so I had to borrow the phone of a shop nearby to try and call them. I was thinking I had been scammed and we would have to find somewhere else to stay. This all happened at 530pm so time was ticking away to find another hotel/flat.
Despite this, I would still recommend this flat - just make sure to re-confirm your arrival time as they personally deliver the key.
Or maybe the hosts could consider a key safe for the future.
Sad this happened otherwise I would have rated it 10/10.
- James (5/5): Abbreviated stay due to difficulty with stairs. Perfectly fine option for those able to climb multiple flights of stairs - Studio flat in nice location with kitchen. Amenable hosts. Flat is on third floor, with steep stair access. Not for those with disabilities.
- Danielle (9/5): Great hosts, excellent location, woud stay here again if I had a conference in this location again! - Excellent location, comfortable bed, provided some snacks. Bathroom was all remodeled, but small.
- Alexandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paolo (9/5): Superb -
- Anda (9/5): Superb - Really loved the stay at the flat - Very clean and it was a bit bigger than I had expected, which was Very good. The location is amazing - not too much of a busy area, but with a lot of transportation options near by. The hosts were Very helpful and nice and answered all of the questions that we had.
- Marcus (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pete (10/5): Exceptional -
- Misheelium (10/5): Exceptional - My parents had an amazing stay in this cute and comfortable apartment! The location is perfect for everyone who is in London for the first time - central, easy to find and very clean inside and outside!
- Tash (10/5): 2 night stay - The friendly owner met us to deliver our keys and showed us to the apartment and then mentioned the facilities and some recommendations around the area. He also left some fresh fruit and snacks which I thought was a nice personal touch. It's our first time staying in a private apartment in London so expected noise (like most places I've stayed) but as this is located down a side street from a local high street, it was minimal which was a nice surprise. It had a gated secured entrance and a pretty shared courtyard which was a bonus. I cannot fault anything, the communication was great, location is ideal for what we wanted as we needed to be near marble arch/green park which is only a few stops away. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Nothing bad to report.
- Judith (9/5): Warm and comfortable in a great location. - The location was great for us. Regents Park and Primrose Hill nearby. Tube station and bus stops a few minutes walk. Tesco Express and a variety of local shops and restaurants close too. The flat felt safe as it was in a gated property.; it was really warm too. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk along with toiletries and a hair dryer all helped to make this a home from home. The little extras like fruit and crisps were very acceptable. The flat is very small, particularly the bathroom but it was fine for us for a couple of nights. There was some outside traffic noise from time to time but if you’re used to living in a city it probably wouldn’t bother you!
- Becca (10/5): Clean, comfortable and friendly - Communication was great, and they were accommodating to my arrival time, meeting me at the property and showing me around. It was clean and comfortable and the area was great for popping out for food or a coffee
- Georgina (10/5): Lovely flat in the heart of London - One of the best places I’ve stayed at!
The flat is bright, clean, warm, and has modern appliances. The bed is comfortable and the shower was excellent.
The hosts were absolutely lovely and made sure everything was ok during my stay.
The flat is in an excellent location with St John’s Wood Tube just around the corner, and Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill just a short walk away.
Thank you for such a wonderful stay! I hope to return again 😊
- Peter (9/5): Well appointed flat in an excellent location - Great location in the heart of St Johns Wood.
Very well appointed, cosy, flat. Nice touches like a bottle of wine and cheese and fruit on arrival.
Hosts were responsive to messages and key collection was straight forward.
No internal noise from other flats in the building. There is noise from the street, which is understandable given the central location.
The bed is quite hard.
- Anil (10/5): Amazing location for this excellent studio apartment...well worth every penny! - Very well located; extremely clean with thoughtful additions such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, soft drinks, wine and beer which one does not ordinarily get in an apartment! Comfortable bed and a clean functional toilet. A fan was provided which was absolutely necessary in the London heat. Nothing, really.
- Aaron (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elizabeth (9/5): Comfortable - Very clean, comfortable and looks exactly like pictures. Close to the tube and excellent communication from host’s throughout.
- Kirsty (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wendy (8/5): A lovely flat in a quiet block of flats. Everything you needed was there. - Lovely supply of goodies in fridge. Bathroom had all necessary items. Great that there was a fan. Bed was rather hard. It was quite noisy at night with cars driving too fast and a car had an alarm going off for ages. Pity there is no double glazing.
