• Emanuel (10/5): - Mon mari et moi sommes restés quelques jours dans cette structure au milieu de Florence Lieu de détente loin du stress et du désordre du centre, mais à seulement 10 minutes en bus ou à 5 minutes en voiture des parkings du centre historique Maison merveilleuse, propre et confortable Il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, pour des séjours de petite ou de longue durée Merveilleux hôte Nous espérons être de retour dans quelques années ! • Roberto RICCHI (10/5): Dolce vita a Firenze - Appartement à proximité d’un arrêt de bus permettant d’aller à florence sans prendre la voiture. Un parking sécurisé à l’intérieur de la résidence le tout proche de l’aéroport. L’accès à l'appartement se fait par un ascenseur (5ème étage). La résidence est très propre et silencieuse. Le logement est très confortable. La Literie est très confortable et de grandes dimensions. L’équipement de la cuisine est suffisamment. Ha 3 TV aria condizionata utensili per cucinare, comodi letti un parcheggio privato e si trova a due passi dall' aereoporto e in 10 minuti di bus abbiamo raggiunto il centro storico... • Valentina (10/5): Meravigliosa Miriam House - L'appartamento è situato in una zona tranquillissima di Firenze, a una ventina circa di minuti di macchina dal centro storico. Nelle vicinanze c'è di tutto, da LIDL a Esselunga, tabacchini, farmacie, Risparmio Casa e diversi ristoranti. Il padrone di casa, Antonio con Debora sono stati disponibilissimi per ogni richiesta, anche la più piccola e ci hanno fatti sentire coccolati e seguiti. La casa è moderna, dotata di un condizionatore in ogni ambiente; a disposizione anche una lavasciuga utilissima e la lavastoviglie. Il soggiorno è luminoso e impreziosito da delle carinissime luci led che creavano un'atmosfera di "casa" tale che la mia figlia più piccola, di 10 anni, non sarebbe voluta andare via. Comodo il parcheggio interno anche se, forse complice il mese di agosto, si trova facilmente pure sulla strada. Credo proprio che da oggi in poi, per ogni eventuale ritorno in zona, cercheremo per prima cosa che Miriam House sia libera e prenotabile.

The appartment has everything you need to cook if you want, it has a convenient washing machine. The appartment wqas clean and neat. We are 6 people in our family and our stay was very confortable. There are plenty restaurants around. the area is safe and clean. The bus stop is really close to get to Florence's historic center. Highly recommendable. The apartment was clean and in a strategic location for visiting any part of Tuscany, just steps from the historic center of Florence. The highlight of this booking was for sure the host Antonio who was extremely helpful and kind to us during our stay. Antonio was quick to answer any questions we asked and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed to Florence. Not as much public transport to get back to the apartment from the city centre during the evening. Would be smart to plan ahead to get the bus as it may take some time to get back.

It is spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment and can feel there as at home. Clean and neat. The bus stop is just around the corner and takes you to the city in 15 minutes. The owner is very friendly and very helpful. Wifi works without any problems. A great place for a small family or a couple for staying. And you can feel yourself as a resident of Florence, not just a tourist.

• Virgiliu (10/5): Good place in Florence - The apartment is spacious, clean. Everything that is needed was there: towels bed linen, toilet paper, soap and shampoo. The host very polite and friendly. He left us some chocolates, sugar, tea bags and a bottle of drinking water. In every room there are air conditioners that can heat the apartment very well. The property also provides free private parking near the building. The city center can be reached with bus 35 in 17 minutes so it's a good option. At walking distance are several places to eat and a large grocery store Eurospin. I strongly recommend it. All ok
• Sravan (10/5): Very near to airport. Clean apartment. We enjoyed our stay. - Very good property. Things are as mentioned in the website. Tony was very helpful and he is always there to help us no matter whatever is needed. When we asked about how to go to airport after check out he extended extra help in arranging a drop off at airport free of cost. Tony always cares about the occupants, he used to ask every time about if there is something he could help. Supermarket is in the walkable distance and we were able to cook the food ourselves with the kitchen utensils available. There is no direct bus from central. We have to switch 2 buses which is time consuming always. This is only my opinion as I used public transport for my commute.

When I gave the news that there would be one more person sleeping on the sofa, I only added a small fee with a very big discount, and the sofa was already prepared as a bed. We were also allowed to leave our suitcases before check-in time. The bus stop is very close at the end of the road. supermarket is also close. The apartment is spacious, enough for the five of us, there are lots of towels, the furniture and furnishings are of high quality. We will come back again Nothing
