Guest Reviews
- Gergoeh (3/5): - The location is useful. Middle of all directions between the attractions. Good restaurants. Late checkin at 4pm. Overused and uncomfortable matresses. So much backpain after waking up.
Low budget appartement, low quality bathroom, dirty toilet. Noisy neighbours, noisy house and environment by ambulance cars and whole traffic on the busy main road. Very much overpriced, regarding the other company's appartement in the same house I have been before, which was fairly better.

- Daniel (9/5): Superb -
- Δέσποινα (4/5): The location is great. The room did not have basic amenities.Bad smell from pipes in bathroom. - Great Location Room lacks basic amenities.
- Geraldine (7/5): Good -
- Anonymous (4/5): My stay was uncomfortably expensive. - I loved the size of the room. The bathroom had mold all over the shower. The mattress was horribly uncomfortable. Air conditioner was set on low and we couldn’t change it. The room was very hot. There was no microwave the hot plate didn’t work properly. Coffee pot didn’t work. No kitchen garbage can.
- Kirralee (8/5): Amazing location - The location was pretty much perfect for everything. Only a short walk to all of the big tourist attractions. When we arrived the apartment still hadn’t been cleaned and wasn’t ready for us. We left again and contacted the hosts and they checked on it straight away for us
- Cathy (8/5): Very good - Location central to all sights though need a taxi from station with luggage. Nice old building with a courtyard in the middle- very cute. Lift to apartment. Good security, I felt safe in the apartment by myself. Comfortable room, good instructions on a video as to how to get in to the Apartment- I really appreciated this because sometimes it gets confusing. Good to get a hint of the little trick to open the door. Good shower water pressure. Near grocery stores, restaurants, churches and all the things you want to see in Rome. Would definitely stay there again. €30 fee wanted to set up the sofa bed!
No microwave, but I knew that when I booked
Not their fault but a protest down the street was really noisy.
- Paul (4/5): The manager dropped off a bottle of wine, as a goodwill gesture. - The location GETTING INTO THE PROPERTY WAS A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! I requested instructions, by email, the day before we were due to fly out. Unfortunately I didn't receive the instructions, how to get into the apartment. When I finally spoke to the manager on arrival, he wasn't any help, because unfortunately the email hadn't been sent, therefore he was trying to advise me, presuming I had received the information. It took over an hour to sort it out. I was then given the wrong code! Another guest who happened to be next door to us was a big help, fortunately. This was all very frustrating, to say the least.
