• DIEGO (1/5): - N/A Furniture is generally having old aspects. Apartment was dirty. We left the apartment after 20 minutes because it was full of cockroaches and we booked another apartment. I'm a Booking client and I believe this is one of my worst experiences.

We cannot take our bas through the lobby. Have to meet the staff outside the gate. From the booking I have lots of question or rather uneasy. Cannot find review. Advertised as Suria klcc apt but it is actually Sky Suites. Mattresses are hard. Lots of small cockroaches everywhere. Checking in late at 4pm. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

• Faranak (6/5): I’m not happy with beds, pillows and dishes - The sofa was broken and damaged, pillows were dirty There were many insects inside room , kitchen and toilet. The dishes were dirty and their sizes are not matches with induction oven . The dryer was not working .

• Iuliia (3/5): Poor - Good: i was checked-in 2 hours earlier than 16-00. (yeah, check-in time is at 16-00) There was toilet paper in the apartment The view is amazing My overall impression about my stay is - not satisfied. First of all i was waiting for around 40 min outside the building sitting on the pavement before i got any info from the contact persons (they have a lot of them). Instead of telling where to go or what to do, i just received "ok" on all of my requests. After that some man came and took my suitcase into a car, and i didnt understand what was happening until he showed me our correspondence. It was hard to understand what was happening as he didnt speak english well. So very important thing is that all of the people i talked to - do not speak english very good. Second - you can not enter (or leave) the permisses with any suitcase on foot. Backpack - ok. "Landlords" have to pick you up on a car and get into the building (i have no idea what it is, never faced with such rules in my life before) and out of it. Third - there was not much in the apartment. I mean no bottles of water, no salt, no cooking oil etc. Toilet paper was there, thats fine. Its not my first time staying in the apartment, but this was a surprise for me. I traveled around the world a bit and 2 bottles of small water in a fridge - i was thinking is some kind of a good will or smth. Reason to be not satisfied number 4 - the oven and the stove were not working. That explains lack of cooking stuff, but no one informed about that in advance. There is a piece of induction cooker in the closet, yeah. 5. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Small black and small brown. And big brown ones. On the toilet sit for example. Here is a picture of one dead on the kitchen floor. General attitude did not seem to be nice to me.

• Christopher (6/5): Pleasant - An excellent location, and a truly incredible view over KLCC. Its very clear when you arrive at the location that short term guests are not supposed to be staying there. As a result, the check in process has to be rather furtive, and the individuals tasked to do it are not easy to get hold of on the phone. For someone arriving without mobile data in Malaysia, it would be quite tricky to arrange a meeting at a nearby cafe to collect the key. I did also worry that I was going to be caught and kicked out by the building authorities, which added a degree of stress.

This place is Sky Suites, not Suria KLCC. Very poor facilities. They give a mini fridge and mattresses to sleep on floor. The mattresses are also very uncomfortable
