Jak bede miala okazje byc w Pradze, wezme to miejsce pod uwage. - Dobra lokalizacja, bdb wyposazony apartament (bylo wszystko, co potrzebne do szczescia), przestronne wnetrze, wygodne lozka, jest winda, czysto, responsywny wlasciciel. Wybrane elementy mieszkania wymagaja odswiezenia (sciana w lazience nad prysznicem, stolik w aneksie kuchennym troche "podziobany"). Drzwi wejsciowe do mieszkania zamykane na kod (to akurat minus i plus)
• Mari Cruz (8/5): - El apartamento está limpio, muy fácil para entrar y salir, con código en la puerta. Los anfitriones responden muy rápido a cualquier pregunta o necesidad que puedas tener. Las camas son muy cómodas. Está lejos del centro para ir andando, pero tiene muy buena combinación con transporte público.

Tesiste çamaşır makinası olması çok güzel. Konumu da gayet iyi Tesco kartı koymaları büyük bir incelik. Gerçekten çok memnun kaldik Şiddetle tavsiye ederim

Zona tranquilla, vicino a tram o metro comodissimo per raggiungere il centro. Il gestore disponibile. Comodo l'accesso all'alloggio. Ottimo.

• Ellis (9/5): Good apartments - Very clean, comfortably slept 6 people. The location is good, 5 minutes to the tram, maybe 10 minutes to the metro. Good shower, right above a shop. Basically perfect for the weekend. Everything was good, really enjoyed our stay

Manque d'espace à vivre pour 7 personnes, il n'y a pas d'ustensiles de cuisine assez; manque : grande casserole, saladier, cuillère en bois, chiffon pour la vaisselle, La cabine de la salle de bains n'est pas stable, on est obligé de condamner une porte

• Wiktor (9/5): Opinia grupy osiemnastolatków - Bardzo dobra cena, zamki, wszystkie drzwi na kody, bądź do otwarcia przez stronę internetową, laggage room, dla tych którym się skończyła doba hotelowa ale chcą zostawić jeszcze rzeczy i pochodzić po Pradze Jedyne minusy to to że kody na stronie kilka razy nie działały chwilowo, a kod do drzwi głównych nie działał cały czas pobytu trzeba było je za każdym razem otwierać przez stronę, widok z okien na ścianę z naprzeciwka

• Ana (9/5): Great location, easy check-in, the flat is a little worn down, but for its price, I would totally recommend it. - Location, self check in, number of beds Pillows had weird/bad smell, it was a little dusty. Before I booked it I asked questions and the host didn't answer, but I booked it anyway because of my friends recommendation and price. There were no slippers or shampoo, I know its not a must, but it would be very helpful.

• Sergii (7/5): A well connected location for a non-demanding traveler without kids - I liked the very convenient location. In general, Zizkov is perfect for close proximity to the city centre via tram, but also close to nice parks and local pubs. And in our particular case it was very close to the venue we attended (Forum Karlin): just across a romantic tunnel under the Vitkov hill. Getting into the property (either via a provided code or an app) was a breeze. Also I liked the possibility to leave luggage before the check-in. I arrived at 6 am, so it was very convenient to leave the bags and walk the heck of the city until 3pm. The beds were super comfy and the pressure in the shower was more than adequate. The communication with hosts was a bit underwhelming. They've worked everything out in terms of standard procedures, that's for sure. But a nonstandard situation puzzles and staggers them. In my case it was the necessity to change the number of guests in the check-in app (so that I didn't have to pay an extra city tax and provide data for a virtual person). It was not solved until the end of the trip. Didn't obstruct us to get into the property but took a lot of time for sending messages back and forth. Now, the property looks much worse than on the pictures. The carpet floor needs to be renewed, the walls beg for renovation. The property was not cleaned properly: there was still some disturbing rubbish on the floor (like a packaging for someone's suppository). The kitchen is a joke: it's less than bare minimum. The soundproofing is non-existent. Overall, this apartment is probably ok for those famous Prague stag parties (which the owner forbids of course), but I wouldn't recommend it for a family weekend.

• Ester (2/5): Be careful what you book - Quick and easy check-in with clear instructions. Our experience with this accomodation was very poor. First of all, the owner didn't inform us about the ongoing construction site works on the ground floor – we would not pick such accomodation if we knew. I am honestly shocked by such a high rating which I find very misleading. After we entered the room, there was very unpleasant smell. I found out that it comes from the pillows, it was disgusting. I tried to contact the owner asking him politely for the replacement but he never wrote back, so we slept without them during our stay. I can only guess if they were washed and dried in the wrong way, or they weren't replaced at all after previous guests. I know, that this place is not the Hilton hotel and it’s value lies in good price deal, so I wasn't expecting any high standard really. But I don’t think that it’s a lot to ask for a clean bed sheets, clean carpet and clear water runing from the pipes. In my opinion it’s a shame to even list a room for rent like this. There is certainly a few easy and quick fixes which could improve the listing without any extraordinary effort. The place just looks neglected and I hopeh this will change for the sake of the next travelers. Until then my advice would be to avoid this place and I am really not happy to write such a bad review.

• Valentina (8/5): Nice place, inexpensive stay. - Large rooms, nice small kitchen, tesco nearby, all we needed. Construction works downstairs, flickering lights in the bedroom.
• Elionaa (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy and clean apartment in convenient location. We also got a private parking in the garage. Old Town was not far away and easy reachable by the foot.
