Important Information

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Swimming pool will be closed starting 27 October 2022 for repairing work (overflow problem). Estimation 7-10 days and there maybe extension depending on weather.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Kok (3/5): The room smelled of pest control. - Het zwembad was fantastisch en geweldig! Prachtig uitzicht over de stad en het zwemwater was heel erg schoon. Het word 3 keer per week schoongemaakt door de pool guy. Next to the hotel/apartment is a food court with very great and affordable food. We have also eaten at that place after we have check in at another hotel, becsuse it was so good. The room smelled of pest control. It stank so badly that it immediately hit our clothes when we entered the room. We slept with the door and window open for the first three nights. It is terrible that they use this to combat pests, because you not only drive the pests away, but your guests as well. Very uncomfortable.

Fiza (8/5): The price is affordable for a location in the city center. Just need to improve and respond quickly when customers make - A great location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The swimming pool faces the KLCC. At night, the area is brightly lit — you can watch your child swimming while relaxing on the swing and enjoying some healing time. There’s also a security guard on duty. The lift is fast, the room is comfortable with a working air conditioner, the mattress is cozy, and the environment is clean. Got it for only RM88 per night (excluding charges and tax). The owner didn’t provide details on how to access the parking. The TV in the room couldn’t be used, and there were no instructions on how to turn it on. The owner didn’t reply to WhatsApp messages when informed about the TV issue. There were no nearby Malay eateries with reasonable prices. The swimming pool is only open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., even though the advertisement stated it’s open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The café by the pool was closed, and the pool guard was unfriendly and couldn’t speak Malay.

Maria Rosaria (4/5): - Close to metro station The description on Booking doesn't match with reality.Reception does not exist, neither luggage deposit (I had to pay at arrival and departure), check-in is with a WhatsApp number, if you don't have internet you will not get any communication or information. We had to ask for a hotspot from a security officer . It was not an apartment but a simple room. Though it was functional and clean.

Some staff were nice, some that were the least appealing to our stay were even the one a bit snobby.
