NÂO RECOMENDO !! - Não teve nada de bom Localização péssima , fica numa calçada escura , sem iluminação , de frente para obra.Sem acesso à carro , só chega à pé. A porta do quarto não tem tranca por dentro . O acesso é por fechadura com senha que não funciona direito , onde não se sabe quem tem a senha . A iluminação é péssima ! a única luz que não tinha temporizador na entrada era uma luz vermelha que parecia bordel . a luz branca ficava acessa só 10 segundos. Os vizinhos dos quartos ao lado , não respeitavam o silêncio. A proprietária só liberou a senha as 14hs , mas o checkin era as 13hs. Fiquei uma noite só , perdi as outras 4 noites , pois mudei para um hotel de verdade

• Gaia (7/5): Buono ma migliorabile - La posizione della stanza è molto vicina alla stazione di Roma Trastevere e anche la scelta di design è stata molto apprezzata Nella doccia erano presenti dei residui (capelli) degli ospiti precedenti, inoltre il doccione deve avere dei problemi perché innonda di acqua tutto il bagno, nonostante la porta della doccia fosse chiusa.

• Andrea (5/5): Non ci tornerei - Ambiente moderno Nessun personale presente, ingresso tipo Smart hotel. muri e pavimenti non molto puliti, porte sottili che non permettono privacy con altre stanze. Nessuna colazione presente nonostante si chiami b&b, avevo dato per scontato ci fosse visto il nome ma no, solo caffè.

Para ir al centro de Roma puedes coger un tranvia muy cerca y tarda unos 15min En mi caso la ducha no funcionaba bien, ponías el agua caliente pero se ponía muy fría a cada rato.

• Konstantina (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή!!! - Τί να πρωτοπώ; Το δωμάτιο όμορφο, περιποιημένο, πεντακάθαρο! Η Alessia ευγενέστατη, εξυπηρετική, ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε ό,τι κι αν θελήσαμε. Η υπέροχη κυρία που καθάριζε το δωμάτιο πολύ καλή στη δουλειά της, ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Το δωμάτιο καθαριζόταν κάθε μέρα. Όταν επιστρέφαμε το βράδυ ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Τις πετσέτες τις άλλαζαν μέρα παρά μέρα. Η περιοχή πάρα πολύ ωραία. Είχε πολλά καταστήματα γύρω γύρω. Είχε τα πάντα. Φαρμακείο ακριβώς από κάτω, σούπερ μάρκετ, μίνι μάρκετ, κατάστημα για πρωινό, καφετέρεια , παγωτατζίδικο, ζαχαροπλαστείο, ρούχα, αθλητικά είδη, είδη δώρων...και πολλά πολλά άλλα. Και φυσικά στάση λεωφορείου, αλλά και ο σταθμός τρένων και λεωφορείων ήταν κοντά. Όλα γύρω - γύρω. Όλα υπέροχα. Θα ξαναπήγαινα εκεί αν πήγαινα στη Ρώμη!

My only complaint is that our towels and bed linens were not changed even once, during our 5-day stay (4 nights). There was a sign behind the door stating that they are changed every third day, but this did not happen. That said, housekeeping did enter the room daily to tidy up and clean the bathroom.

• Oksana (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome - Easy self check in. Great location. Few minutes from bus stop and 6 minutes from train station (25 minutes from airport by train). Excellent cleaning. A good supermarket nearby. Lounge area has everything you need: a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a water machine. A supportive owner - it was some issue with water in Rome, but we were given everything we needed to solve the problems.

• Igor (10/5): Amazing experience - The experience was 10/10. It's our first time in Rome and we didn't know what to expect. The location is perfect, close to the bus station that leads to the metro, as well as the train station. Most of the time we visited the sights on foot, since the apartment is located so that everything can be reached on foot. As for the apartment, it is spacious enough for a couple, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is new and most importantly everything is clean. Every day the cleaning lady came, after every walk we returned to the completely cleaned apartment as if we were entering it for the first time. The bedding would be changed, the bathroom would be cleaned, we would get new towels as well as new bottles of mineral and regular water. The owner is pleasant and easy to communicate with. Explanations of how to get to the apartment from important parts of the city have also been left. All in all a pleasant experience, highly recommended.

• Laura (9/5): An excellent stay, highly recommended! - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The spacious room with a balcony and private bathroom offered plenty of comfort. It was warm during the period we stayed here, but the room was easy to cool down with the air conditioning. The shared area was well equipped with appliances for coffee, tea, and sparkling/ice-cold water. Although the location was a bit further from the city center, it was situated in a safe neighborhood and close to several large supermarkets and the train station, with excellent connections to Fiumicino Airport and the Vatican. The city center was easily accessible by tram or bus. The digital check-in process was smooth, and we received comprehensive information from the B&B host, which was very helpful. Additionally, the rooms were quiet and cleaned daily, which contributed to a very pleasant stay. In short, highly recommended! We found the beds and pillows to be on the hard side. The shower occasionally proved tricky to regulate, with sudden fluctuations in temperature causing it to turn cold.

• Sarah (8/5): Excellent communication prior to arrival - The communication from the staff was very helpful as they explained how to get to the Dream B&B and gain access to the room. Accessing the property was easy with the instructions provided. Also the replies to any of my questions were very prompt. The room itself was exactly as the pictures and included an ensuite. There was a fridge in the bedroom which is always good to have and a communal area where you could make hot drinks. Close proximity to the train stations (10 minute walk). Also you won’t need to walk more than 10 minutes to find restaurants. There is also a cafe near by which do pastries and hot drinks. The description of the property suggests breakfast is included and there are some reviews stating a small breakfast was provided however there is no breakfast included.
• Tess (6/5): Overall it was sufficient and clean, but as a tourist I would not book there again for a holiday. - The room is sufficient for what we needed a place to wash and sleep. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. It was a good large room. The communication via WhatsApp before arrival was helpful. We got three texts about the tourist tax which at first was a helpful reminder but then felt passive-aggressive. Location is about 7-10 mins walk from from train station. There is a tv which we could watch Netflix on. Disclaimer - I have edited this review since posting. After submitting my review I was messaged by the owner (which is weird and unprofessional) stating "as per the booking the structure is equipped with a self check in, which is why there is no permanent reception staff." As you can see by my review below I just stated this - I think it is important to say this as a tourist. I liked the efficiency of the self check in and the codes on the doors, I never said this was an issue for me, I just didn't like not seeing any staff. Also, the owner said to me, "I'm sorry that you don't have the sense of self check in that makes both you and us autonomous." The owner also said, "Breakfast is not included in the rate but we still offer a minimum amount of refreshment". I think this is confusing as the accommodation is stated to be a B&B which in English would mean Bed and Breakfast. Furthermore, the description says "A continental, Italian or American breakfast is available every morning at the property." -- We never saw any staff when there for 5 nights. I expected more from the self-catering perspective. I thought we would have access to dishes and cutlery to have lunch or breakfasts. There was no breakfast provided while we were there unless it was left out in the lobby very early in the morning as we never saw anything. We bought disposable bowls and spoons to use and got cereal and milk in the shops to have for breakfast so that was disappointing. Location is fine in terms of it is not very far from the city centre but it isn’t not a tourist location at all. Not many restaurants nearby. We ate in the centre before returning back at night as otherwise we would had to walk very far to get to dinner. There is nothing to see as a tourist nearby. On our last two nights there were guests in one of the other rooms who were extremely loud late into the night which was very frustrating. The walls are not sound proofed.

They also have a machine with still and sparkling water, and some complementary coffee, which we really appreciated. The bathroom has enough space, hairdryer, and good lightning for doing make up :) Getting to the apartment was easy. The location is good for the price – there are 2 bus stops next to the house from which you can get to the city centre within 20-30 min, and the train station is 10 min away by foot. The soundproof is not the best in the building.

The breakfast should be more extensive ( for example juice,eggs or some fruits will be appreciated but never mind).

• Danica91 (10/5): Awesome - Everything was really great. The room was spacious, nice and clean. Trash was taken out every day, it was cleaned every other day. The kitchen is shared, but you do have a small fridge in your room. Breakfast was around the corner and you could pick from coffee+croissant or coffee+sandwich and both are really great.Communication with the owner was really easy (do install Whatsapp:)). Both the building door, entrance door and room door had a code so we felt really secure. Bus stops are really close and we had a direct line to the city center, and the regional train stop is really close (for those going to Leonardo da Vinci airport). Overall it was a great experience and I really do recommend it to anyone. Regarding the noise - do note that it tends to be noisy as car horns are something used often in traffic here xD But you can always close the windows and it won't be as loud. This isn't something that happens only near this accommodation, the entire Rome is loud. But really this is a place you want to stay in as it really gives so much for a really decent price. -
• Ivana (10/5): Exceptional - The room was perfectly clean. Position was also great-few minutes from train station and to the center of Rome few minutes by bus. A lot of bus station nearby. Comunication with host was absolutely perfect-comunicate by whatsapp and sent all needed information and response all my questuions. Perfect!

We were really pleased by how clean it was and we slept really well. - At breakfast you get to choose between a sandwich or a croissant and a coffee or an orange juice. They cleaned and made up the bed every day for us. Genuinely it was a really nice place to stay. The water in the shower inside the bathroom wouldn’t stay at the same temperature for more than a minute. When we would put on hot it got really hot and when we tried to turn it slightly on the cold side it got too cold.

• Ana (9/5): The host was always communicative and available to help. She is also trustworthy which means a lot - The decoration is phenomenal. Bedrooms while not huge are decent and comfortable. Just lacking a storage area for the clothes. The breakfast is nice but lacks a little bit of options. I wanted some toast with butter and they didn't have it. The localization is not bad and has lots of movement throughout the day but at night can be a little eery. We had a guy following us one night, but my boyfriend managed to scare him off. For breakfast, though the guy from the establishment was always very accommodating and nice! The location is very close to the centre with a bus, though not the best curated one.
• Charline (10/5): Great stay - We had a great stay at Dream BnB Roma. The self check-in was easy through WhatsApp and instructions were clear. The host was responsive. The room was very clean with A/C, a must in a Roman heatwave! Conveniently located near the Trastevere train station, so very easy to take a train or a bus to go visit Rome or the Vatican. Breakfast is included in a Caffe across the street (coffee/cappuccino+sandwich or pastry). Good service there too. Great value!
