• Guest (5/5): Disappointing - location was great very damp wet smell through out whole apartment, could still smell it in our cloths when we opened our bags back in Oz, skirts missing and broken tiles in Bathroom, tv reception was no existent , quite expensive.

No me gustó que entraron en la casa entre las 19 y las 22horas mientras nosotros no estábamos para arreglar una cosa insignificante del baño y ni siquiera nos avisaron. Me di cuenta al llegar que habia una pieza que antes no estaba. Escribí y me dijeron.que habían ido a arreglarlo y se le habia olvidado avisar, cuando podían haberlo hecho perfectamente a la mañana siguiente que nosotros acabábamos nuestra estancia.
• Benedicte (8/5): Super séjour! - Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Il est spacieux, lumineux et avec l'équipement nécessaire pour notre séjour de 3 jours. La communication avec l'hôte était parfaite et très réactive. On a rencontré un problème avec la douche qui a été réglé très rapidement! A recommander.

• Nicolas (7/5): Super choix si vous voulez privilégier l’emplacement. - L’emplacement est juste parfait car à deux pas de Piccadilly Circus. La taille des deux chambres est bonne quand l’on connaît les petits appartements de Londres. La cuisine manquait d’équipements comme tout simplement des verres en nombre suffisant ou du matériel de cuisson. Des traces sur le canapé ou encore des coussins déchirés ne sont pas d’un bon effet surtout au prix relativement haut de l’établissement. L’appartement est situé au-dessus d’une fromagerie et même si l’on aime le fromage, ce qui est mon cas, il y avait de fortes odeurs dans la cage d’escalier. Le petit diffuseur d’odeur branché sur une prise électrique ne suffisait pas à les masquer. Il y avait aussi une odeur à l’intérieur de l’appartement, même si on finit par s’y habituer. La salle de bain est froide. Elle manque d’équipement et la porte de la cabine de douche était cassée, il n’y a même pas de bonde dans le fond du lavabo donc vous n’avez pas intérêt à faire tomber quoi que ce soit dedans. Aucun petit meuble pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain. Vous êtes obligé de poser sur la machine à laver qui est à l’entrée de la salle de bain, le meuble du lavabo était mangé par l’humidité et il y avait pas mal de moisissure sur les joints. C’est vraiment dommage à ce prix-là car même si on passe le plus de temps dehors, c’est quand même agréable d’avoir un endroit confortable et soigné lorsque l’on rentre ce qui n’était pas le cas. On va dire que ça faisait le job mais pas au prix demandé.

• Angélique (6/5): Petit appartement 2 chambre fonctionnel - L'appartement est très bien situé au coeur du centre de Londres. A deux pas de Picaddily, 5 min à pied de Chinatown, Lancaster, Régent Street ...A 15 min à pied du Big Ben, de Covent Garden. Au bout de la rue une supérette. Code a l'entrée et code appartement. 2 Chambres, 1 sèche-cheveux, du nécessaire de toilette et les draps. Lave vaisselle et machine à laver, 2 ☔ et une poussette La literie est très bien. Petite cuisine équipée. Beaucoup de placards et de miroirs. L'appartement est situé au-dessus d'une fromagerie (-1 point), Boîte de nuit ouverte du jeudi au dimanche. (-1 point) Isolation à revoir Bien penser à prendre les boules-caisses. Il faudrait mettre a disposition un balais, 2 couvertures supplémentaires. Et c'est vrai que l'appartement est un peu dans son jus. Un coup de neuf lui ferait du bien au salon et à la salle de bain. Modernisé un peu la déco. 300£ c'est un peu excessif vu l'appartement. Pour le loyer, il est raisonnable on est quand même à Londres, avec 2 chambres. A notre arrivée à 15h30 , le nettoyage n'était pas terminé ! Le canapé est raide. Manque une passoire.

• Anne (7/5): Excellent location but noisy late at night at weekends - Location was excellent. Property was clean Noise level outside late at night from pubs and the beeping of horns from Ubers until 3am. No plug in bathroom sink No mop for floors- would be good good for wet floor in bathroom .

• Nikolaos (2/5): - We had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable stay in this apartment. a) The shower water heater was broken, so we only had lukewarm water and very low pressure. Although the temperature issue was eventually fixed, the boiler still did not provide adequate water pressure to wash one's hair. b) The light bulb in the toilet needed replacing, which left the bathroom in the dark ! We reported these problems both through the third party system and through Booking.com, and they were addressed within 24 hours. However, that does not compensate for the lack of proper hot water during our stay. c) The kitchen chairs were filthy and looked as though they had been taken from a landfill. It was truly disgusting. d) I will not dwell on the cheese smell in the apartment, as it had already been mentioned in previous reviews. Still, we underestimated it; the previous reviews were accurate: the smell was extremely strong. Despite the attractive location and price, we would definitely NOT choose to stay there again.

Tienes todo el transporte publico, supermercado, y el mismo centro de londres a dos pasos es pequeño pero para lo que suele ser Londres no esta mal. El olor a queso solo se nota en la entrada, para mi no es un problema. Lo que si fue un problema es el ruido que no te deja dormir en una de las habitaciones. si arreglan eso el apartamento es perfecto.

• Cristina (10/5): Muy buena - El alojamiento estaba muy bien, con todas las cosas necesarias para una buena estancia en general y una ubicación excepcional. Tuvimos que reservarlo a última hora porque el alojamiento que teníamos pagado nos dejó tirados y sin duda ahora escogería este de nuevo. La atención y respuesta del anfitrión en todo momento se agradeció también.
• Patrizia (10/5): Buon appartamento per gli standard di Londra - Veniamo spesso a Londra e per lo standard degli appartamenti direi che è più alto della media. Noi abbiamo soggiornato in 4 più che comodi, per una settimana. Ci si può spostare a piedi facilmente senza l'uso della tube se abituati a camminare. Casa fornita di tutto. La consiglio. Essendo vicino a piccadilly circus, il sabato si sente un pò di confusione ma direi che è normale visto l'ubicazione dell'appartamento non si può pretendere l'assoluto silenzio. Consiglio all'host di mettere una scopa ed una paletta almeno per tirare su le briciole a terra. Stando una settimana e con due bambini non avere niente a disposione per pulire a terra è stato un disagio.

• metin (8/5): Toplocatie - Heel goede ligging, je hebt geen auto nodig. In de keuken was alles bedacht. Koffiezetapparaat was heel handig en koffiepods waren voorzien. Smart tv was ook heel handig. Slechte geur in de trap gangen. Badkamer had geen verwarming wat onconfortabel was.

• Cathy (2/5): Odeur horrible, lit horrible, nous avons passé notre temps enfermé ds les 2 chambres portes fermées - L’emplacement L’odeur horrible, les ressorts du lit qui m’ont fait des bleus sur le bras et je passe sur les bruits la nuit! Nous avons passé le moins de temps possible dans l’appartement et avons acheté 2 bougies ritual pour nous enfermer dans les chambres.

• Elena (9/5): Très bonne expérience !!! - L'établissement est très réactif à chaque demande, le contact était très facile. L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait et la rue typique, pleine de charme. L'appartement est propre et à toutes les commodités nécessaires (sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser + planche) Les chambres sont spacieuses. Il y a le chauffage (sauf dans le couloir) donc top pour l'hiver et les couvertures/draps sont bien épais aussi donc nous n'avons jamais eu froid ni les enfants pendant le séjour. Possibilité de prolonger l'appartement jusqu'à 19h (dans certains cas et à booker rapidement) mais vaut beaucoup plus la peine que des lockers pour les bagages. On sent effectivement les ressorts du matelas (pas vraiment gênant pour les petits séjours) Le douche peut sembler un peu compliqué au début mais finalement OK quand on a compris le fonctionnement. (pas de problème d'eau chaude ni de débit) Le salon/cuisine est petit (semble plus grand en photo) Les frais supplémentaire pour le lit bébé...
• Klaudia (1/5): Stay far away - It was disgusting. Smelled so rotten when we got in that we could only open all the windows and leave. No reply from anyone when I messaged about the smell. We realised hours later it’s the cheese shop downstairs. The smell reeks into the hallway and apartment. You wake up with the taste of cheese in your mouth. The apartment is old and dirty. It’s just gross. We showered and brushed our teeth as fast as we could. On top of that, it’s on a really loud busy street filled with people and cars. With a nightclub under it so you hear music pumping all night. There’s nothing positive to say about it.

Hubiera sido mucho mas agradable si los hubieran dejado encendidos teniendo en cuenta el frio que hacia en Londres y que en todo el pasillo no hay calefacción y tampoco en el cuarto de baño, que por cierto no cierra bien la ventana

İki konu bizi çok zorladı.3 numaralı bu dairede duş yapmak nerede ise mümkün değil çünkü duş başlığı çok eski ve suyu açınca her yerinden su kaçırıyor ve dolayısı ile başlıktan su gelmiyor .Önceki yorumları da okudum ve bu duş başlığı konusu ile ilgili daha önce de olumsuz geri bildirim verildiğini gördüm.Anladığım kadarı ile bu geri bildirime rağmen değiştirmesi çok kolay olan bir duş başlığı değiştirilmemiş.Bir de tesis yetkililerinin kontrolünde olamayan diğer bir konu gürültü konusu…Cuma ve Cumartesi gecesi sabah 04:00’a kadar yan binada inanılmaz yüksek ses ile parti vardı ve arkasından da korna gürültüsünden iki gece uyuyamadğımızı üzülerek söylemem lazım ama dediğim gibi bu tesis yetkililerinin kontrolünde olan bir konu değil.

Gens serviables et sympathiques ! - Bien situé au centre de tout dans un très beau quartier avec toutes les commodités de base pour un court séjour ! Salle de bain manque beaucoup d’amour ! Porte de douche qui ne ferme pas et le contrôle de la température de l’eau très difficile à ajuster ! Trace de moisissures! Un petit investissement à ce niveau et ça changerait de beaucoup l’appréciation de l’endroit ! Club Privé juste à côté de l’appartement ! Très bruyant jusqu’aux petites heures du matin !!!!

• Jodi (3/5): Made our stay challenging and uncomfortable. - The location was good . The hallways stunk like raw garbage, the unit was not clean , however , the beds were clean. We were very disappointed as the pictures depict a much different space. We thought the unit was a 2 bathroom and it wasn’t . 5 adults in this unit was not good. The bathroom shower was terrible as the shower head was broken.. Tiles on the floor in the bathroom were broke. The hot water was so hot two of us scalded our hands. For the price of this unit we were not impressed. We didn’t know that there was no lift and the stairs were difficult for some of our party. Our fifth person didn’t stay as the pull out couch was horrendous .

• Antonio (6/5): Muy buena ubicación pero servicio regular - La ubicación es muy buena No contestan a los mensajes del chat de booking ni a los del whatsapp, pagamos un extra por guardar las maletas y nunca nos confirmaron ni nos dieron la información necesaria y demandada. No cuidan los detalles (cadena del baño rota, alcachofa y manguera de la ducha con perdida de agua, limpieza bastante insuficiente, muebles rotos, luces rotas, papel higiénico insuficiente, faltaban sábanas para el sofá-cama, etc.). Muy mejorable todo.

• Thomas (5/5): - Sehr zentrale Lage in London. Für eine Großstadt recht ruhig Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief reibungslos. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut. Das Haus und das Apartment verdienen mehr Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit. Der Eingangsbereich wurde mit billigen Materialien ausgestattet. Fußboden und Beläge untere Baumarktqualität. Das Treppenhaus dünstet den Charme längst vergangener Tage aus. Die Innenausstattung wurde diletantisch, in Heimarbeit zusammen geschraubt. Sehr lieblose Zusammenstellung des Inventars. Das Bad hat den Standard der 70er Jahre, auch hier rein optisch nich unbedingt zumutbar. Im Wohnbereich/Küche befanden sich Essensreste an der Wand und der Decke ( ich gehe davon aus, dass es Essensreste waren). Reinigung erforderlich! Die Fenster sollten hin und wieder einmal geputzt werden. Mit einer liebevolleren Einrichtung und mit einer Ausstattung von höheren Qualität, könnte man auch wesentlich bessere Vermietungspreise erzielen

• Fabrizio (4/5): fate bene il vostro mestiere e dedicatevi all'appartamento - la posizione purtroppo i materassi sono vecchi e le camere non si possono oscurare un forte rumore perenne dai climatizzatori vicini ai camion dei trasporti che scaricano la mattina presto non si riesce a dormire, la puzza di formaggio del negozio adiacente la sporcizia della doccia

• Patrycja (8/5): Przyjemny pobyt z rodziną za rozsądną cenę. - Doskonała lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie spokojne miejsce. Bez problemu pomieściliśmy się w 4 osoby. Apartament wymaga pewnego odswieżenia (np ruszający się uchwyt od słuchawki prysznicowej, zakurzone okna i wiatraki), żeby przyjemnniej się w nim przebywało.
• Liam (10/5): Perfect location and very comfortable - Was the perfect location and spacious enough for my family. Having the washer was very helpful, just hang them out and they dry quickly. The weather was nice and cool, especially for August so we opened the kitchen window and ran the fans and it felt very nice. Nightlife noise? You could hear the club in the little room, so put someone else in there haha. The noise honestly wasn’t bad. I was traveling with my 88 year old mom and 14 year old daughter and with the exception of a couple guys revving their sports cars noise wasn’t an issue. Cheese smell? Sure you can smell the cheese shop sometimes but once again the location is insanely good so who cares if you smell some cheese occasionally. Ho downstairs and buy some the workers are great and it’s where the queen would often go to get her supply! The history of this street is incredible. That I didn’t stay longer! No complaints it was great!

• Sherry (8/5): Nice location - The location was very central to many places and activities. It was very quiet as well. The towels were stained, and the floors weren't very clean. Also, it was very hot and only had two fans, so the person sleeping on the couch bed did not have a fan to help cool the front room.

• My (8/5): Adequate accommodation in a fantastic location. Best suited for small families. - Excellent location and overall, a comfortable flat. While the 2 bedrooms were suited well for 2 couples (4 adults), the overall set-up was not exactly conducive or comfortable for 4 adults to enjoy time in the flat together (which is the point of renting a flat vs a hotel room). Given the fact our stay was for 1 week, it would have been advisable to provide adequate supplies - specifically with dishwasher pods and paper towels, as we literally had to run the dishwasher every day, given the fact there exactly 4 of everything (glasses, mugs, plates) - which were utilized by our group every day for breakfast. Also, while we were aware that the flat was on a higher floor, it would have been ideal to know the exact number of stairs, as several members of our group were mobility impaired, which made it somewhat challenging to go up and down all of the stairs several times a day. In addition, we encountered much noise and disturbances coming from the upstairs flat - which we reached out to our contact for the flat, and never received any response. That was seriously disappointing, given the level of communications received leading up to and after our stay.
• Charles (9/5): Great Choice- Safe, Convenient Apt for your stay in Central London - Location was excellent. Safe and nice area. Convenient and walkable to Piccadilly Circus, SOHO, West End, Buckingham Palace, Tube Station, and bus stops. Lots of restaurants and the grocery store is at the corner of the block. Apartment was accurate to the pictures, except the sofa/futon looked new but was smaller than the picture. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with questions. As a family of 5 we realized that using the sofa bed in the living room was not realistic for an 8 night stay for us to have enough sitting space. We bought an air mattress at Lillywhites and the 3 young adults took the main bedroom so we could keep the living room. Also there is a club next door that opens from 11pm to 3am on Thu-Sun that could sometimes be heard from the smaller bedroom. It wasn't an issue for us, but could be for others. Otherwise, it was much quieter than I expected being so close to everything. We would still rent again because the location was safe and convenient.
• Kelly (9/5): Superb - The location was exceptional. Close to a great grocery store, restaurants, tube, National Gallery, etc. The night club in the building is pretty loud on Friday and Saturday. I was able to block most of the noise with ear plugs but I recommend you bring some if you are staying over on Friday and Saturday. I would stay in this place again though, so I would not say it was a deal breaker - just something to be aware of.
• Catherine (10/5): Amazing location great flat - This was an amazing flat, great location, we travel to London every year for a break and this has been the best accommodation we have had. Plus the bonus of an amazing cheese shop down stairs. 10/10 Nothing it was perfect

• Aristeidis (9/5): It feels like home! - Excellent location in central London, near to everything and nice view from the windows. Fully equipped kitchen with some nespresso capsules, sugar, coffee and tea sachets, functional bathroom with all the necesary toiletries and two hair dryers, excellent beds, good storage space, good communication with the host, no keys needed (only security codes to open the doors) and many mirrors. Though on the 3rd floor, very easy to reach it. There is heating and a fan. It feels like home! We could hear everything from the upper floor (steps and voices but maybe the neighboors were too noisy and "early birds"). There were no blackout curtains, only blinds, so the light was coming in, in the morning. The fridge has no freezer (although we did'nt need it). The windows are a bit difficult to open.
• Giarmo (8/5): The location is amazing and the beds were comfortable. I would recommend. - Location! Location! Location! This by far has the best location. Picadilly was only a few blocks and the bus stop was one block. The Tesco on the corner was great for grabbing a breakfast in the evening for the next day. It is on a relatively quite street with the exception of Church bells until 10pm, which wasn't actually too loud. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the water was hot. The pullout coach was very easy to use and large enough for 2 kids. The washer was new and easy. The road felt very safe and it was only really 1.5 flights up. The hallway was well lit and easy access to the unit. There were some louder people that would depart the bars and the older windows were a bit drafty. If someone is larger, they would not be comfortable on the toilet as it is cozy. The shower door needs to be replaced and there needs a few hooks in the bathroom to hang the hand towel, but we managed. Some more light blocking shades in the bedrooms would be nice as the church renovations had some light pollution.
• Maria (7/5): Weekend break - The location is absolutely brilliant. Clear instructions and easy to access to the place with the code. The apartment was noise at night, for us was ok because our plan was going out. If you are planing to get a good rest this is not your place. The place is a bit old and worn off. There is a cheese smell in the entrance from the shop next to it, however the apartment do not smell.
• Martha (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was wonderful!!! The apartment is very well equipped, clean, comfortable, and it has a good light. Sheets and beds are comfortable for a good rest. There are two supermarkets very close, and nice restaurants. In addition, many places to visit are just a few minutes walk. Bus stops and tube stations are just right there. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

• Billie-jo (7/5): Amazing location, comfy apartment. - The location can not be beaten. Beds were super comfy. Great kitchen. Apartment was super warm, especially nice in the middle of London winter. It was quite noisy, however, you are in central London!
• Todd (8/5): Has a great stay but bathroom could be improved. - Great location, beds were comfortable, great kitchen Bathroom was freezing cold, the shower was little more than a dribble - just as much water leaking out of the handle, water temperature in shower difficult to maintain.

• Patrina (9/5): Perfect spot for a London stay - Perfect location right near Piccadilly Circus and the Regent Street Christmas lights. Comfortable flat for a family. The only negative was the lack of water pressure in the shower
• Sonja (10/5): We had a wonderful stay on Jermyn St! Would come again. - Comfortable beds, clean, warm heaters, accommodations we wanted - coffee pot, water heater, microwave, plenty of toilet paper and shower towels, close to everything we were wanting. The cheese smell from Paxton!
• Maria (7/5): Great location but could be cleaner - Great location in the centre, very close to Picadilly. It could have been cleaner. The floor was really dusty and dirty, and even found a dental floss pick on the room floor, thus signaling the room had not been swept or even checked properly before our arrival.
