• Milan (3/5): - Staff was welcoming, except the owner. Sunbeds near the sea are nice. Breakfast was not good. No cleaning of the room during stay. No privacy, you can hear anything from the hall, balcony or other rooms. Balcony is above the kitchen, you can smell what they cook. Fridge is not working when you leave the room. The neighbourhood is a bit scary Long distance to the city. Overpriced drinks, wine from plastic bottle. Value for the money is not reflecting all the aspects.

Le petit déjeuner au bord de l'eau. La propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Peut-être un manque d'attention aux détails en dehors de la chambre : sel, poivre / mousses des transats, bidon de nettoyage,... Rien de grave mais attention au standing.
• Rhiannon (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Xhefri and would recommend it to others! - We booked a room with a sea view and it was really worth it, the views were amazing! The room was spacious and the bed was really comfy. Benardo was very helpful and friendly, as were the other people working there. Breakfast was different each day and you always got additional fruit which was nice although one morning was a cheese and ham toasty which I wouldn't necessarily call a breakfast food. The sun lounger area was really lovely, you got sun pretty much all day. The sea is beautifully clear and it is very easy to get in and out of accessing it by some steps and there is a thin beach area so not straight in to deep water. The bathroom was ok but could be improved slightly as a couple of fittings were loose and there is nowhere in the shower to keep toiletries. We also think adding tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a huge plus, especially with the views we had, a hot drink when you first wake up in the morning would've been perfect. We could really tell it was the end of the season and we were a little lost as to where we could order drinks from during the day as there weren't always people around.

• Céline (10/5): Unglaublich schöne Lage und sehr herzliches Personal! - Das Personal war wirklich unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie haben sich bei allem sehr Mühe gegeben, haben auch grossen Wert darauf gelegt, dass es den Gästen an nichts fehlt! :) Der Strand war traumhaft schön und man konnte dort sehr gut abschalten. nichts, es war wirklich supper!
• Daniel (7/5): - Der Service war großartig. Die Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber. Es ist alles ganz schick und neu gebaut, aber die Qualität ist übel. Die Tür hat eine schiefe Zarge, das Waschbecken liegt lose auf dem Waschtisch und verschiebt sich bei jeder Berührung. Die Anschlüsse sind neben dem Waschschrank und rosten vor sich hin. Fehlplanung... Es gibt keinen richtigen Strand, nur Terrassen im Fels, ein wenig Sand wurde davor noch aufgeschüttet. Unser Zimmer war wohl das kleinste, relativ dunkel. Das Frühstück bietet kein Buffet, es gibt Kaffee, Saft und etwas zu essen. Kein Wahlessen, alles recht einfach und Kontinental. Die Gegend drumherum ist alles andere als einladend.

• Vanessa (9/5): Fantastisch für Ruhesuchende in Stadtnähe - Das Zimmer war groß und verfügte über einen kleinen Balkon. Das Bett war bequem. Nachts war es sehr ruhig, Das Badezimmer war modern und schick. Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück wechselte jeden Tag und wurde direkt an den Tisch gebracht - man konnte aber für Änderungen fragen. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick sowie die direkt erreichbaren Liegen und der Zugang ins Meer war fantastisch! Das Zimmer wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt, dafür haben wir den Schlüssel abgegeben, das war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - bei dem Preis pro Nacht hätte ich eine tägliche Reinigung erwartet. War aber kein großes Drama für uns. Ansonsten hätte die Getränkeauswahl besser sein können und mir haben Gläser und ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gefehlt. Der Zugang ins Wasser erfolgte über eine rostige Treppe, das war nicht ganz optimal.

• Elodie (9/5): Un établissement à recommander les yeux fermés! - La chambre était très propre et nette. Le balcon vue mer était enchanteur. L’emplacement était incroyable, la plage privée un vrai plus avec les transats privés au bord de l’eau. Le personnel était très disponible. Très bons cocktails au bar et très bon petit déjeuner, fait maison et qui variait tous les matins. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et nous le recommandons vivement. Il manquait peut être une cafetière ou une bouilloire pour pouvoir se faire un café/thé pour profiter du balcon. La connexion à Netflix ne fonctionnait pas très bien.

Vaikne kohake suht keskuse läheduses, alati leidus kohta auto parkimiseks. Hommikutoit oli suurepärane ja valmistati spetsiaalselt sulle! Köik oli kodutehtud. Väga armas ja hubane olemine oli! Ning nii Vlore, Sarande ning Ksamili randadest meeldis mulle selle majutuse rand ja rannajoon kõige rohkem. Merevesi ning rand ise oli ka väga puhas!

• Kathryn (9/5): Superb - We loved our stay here, we loved: The private beach area - was just great, in a quiet little bay away from the main beaches of sarande. So beautiful and peaceful Breakfast was different every day! The staff were all lovely - friendly and attentive, took us into sarande in the evening or arranged a taxi for us if they couldn't run us down themselves. We were really sad to leave this idyllic little slice of the Albanian riviera, we would absolutely stay again! There were a few small things that we think would make this place absolutely 10/10! A few more amenities in the room - i.e. kettle, teabags, cups/mugs, more shampoo/conditioner
• Cathryn (10/5): Serene setting! - The decor was absolutely beautiful. Definitely on point, from the opinion of a person who sells houses and works with interiors. Serene and calm compared to the madness of Sarande. I wish this amazing property was on the outskirts of Ksamil.

It was further out of town than we expected and walking back at night by a giant cemetery with men on motocycles yelling at us was a bit creepy. Our room was comfortable but missing some basics like a bath mat, cups/glasses, hangers etc. It had however 3 hairdryers and a giant iron steamer(?)

• Jacquelyn (8/5): Beautiful relaxing spot - Having a private beach area to swim was perfect. It was quite hot and humid and sometimes we even had the area all to ourselves in the evenings even during high season. The family running it was very kind and served great breakfast! The shower is right next to the toilet with nothing separating it, so when you shower your whole bathroom and toilet will be wet for a while. It was nice to be on the edge of town because it was quiet and peaceful, though to go anywhere you have to sit in traffic getting in and out of town so just be prepared for longer travel times.
• Emi (10/5): Exceptional - The room is big and spacious. Bathroom big enough with shower. Everything was clean. Bed sheets spotless and very comfy. Small balcony with view on the sea. Breakfast is different every morning. You can also have lunch and dinner here and the food is quite nice. We had burgers with fries and a drink. Prices are affordable. Host are very nice, especially Thilda who is very careful and joyful. The water in front of the villa is fantastic and the view is worth more than just a few words written here

• Svitlana (10/5): Amazing hotel!!! - There was the best vacation we could only imagined. This hotel is the best choice if you would like to spend time on the private beach with the incredible view, the clearest sea water and far away from the hectic city. We had a room with the sea view - the experience of waking up and going to bed with this view is something! The city downtown is about 10 min drive, you can also ask for a taxi if you don’t want to drive your own car. The hotel is operated by the family that will help you with everything you need. You also want to try the best pina colada cocktail in Albania!! Thank you for an amazing vacation!! We would definitely recommend this hotel!
• Christian (8/5): Recommended for the beach - We loved the private beach, there’s few people so very relaxing. Great view from our room. The music of the neighbouring hotel is so loud all day long!! Breakfast is just the dish of the day, which was tasty but also meant you have no choice. It was SUPER annoying that you always need to ask if you want something otherwise you won’t get it: coffee and water for breakfast, cleaning service in the room, shampoo and soap in the bathroom!! Everything is only on request… The staff was fairly rude, except for the woman. They can do so much better for the price you pay.

The owners were so incredibly kind and hospitable, going out of their way to help. Breakfast was delicious, the views amazing, and access to sarande was a very quick 8 minute drive. We will definitely be back. We liked everything.

The cooked Breakfast i thought could have been a little bit better it was just two eggs and a sausage nothing else,the bread and jam was absolutely beautiful though.

• Hannah (8/5): Lovely place for a short stay - A lovely location for a short stay. We spent one night here while travelling south to Ksamil. The private beach/sunbed area is a big bonus. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast set us up for the day (traditional pancakes were our favourite Albanian breakfast so this went down a treat!). You had to pay in cash so bare this in mind when you arrive. We had a car so nipped to an ATM no problem. There was free on street parking. It wasn’t an issue for us but if you plan to spend longer here you only have a couple of restaurants in walking distance as you’re a little out the centre of Sarande, but this is exactly what we wanted.

The views are breathtaking and you fall asleep with the sound of the ocean at night. The breakfast was very mediterranean and bursting with flavours. I found the staff very obliging and professional. They would always go out of their way to help and the overall standards of the villa was exceptional.
