• Hannah (4/5): Unprofessional management, need to upkeep the room and deal with the moulds. - Location was good, there are some shops downstairs which can be very convenient. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was very responsive and attended to my needs. The room has a strong detergent smell which was too overpowering. The corners of the room were left with mothballs, hence, it smelled really bad combining with the detergent smell. The room was quite old to begin with, most of the things are old. Some parts of the wallpaper were torn, and there were even drawings on the wall. The chair had dark spots, I have no idea what was that, had to put a cloth on top to be able to sit with peace. There was yellow stain right in front of the bathroom door, which can be quite disgusting. Also, there was a hole above the shower area, I’m not sure why it wasn’t closed. I had to request for hangers and hairdryer from the staff. Check-in was kinda abrupt. I had to call the PIC regarding the check-in process instead of informing me. Facilities were quite good, so I guess it’s the owner of the unit that needs to do something with the room.

• Nur (9/5): Superb - The agent is so friendly and can tolerate.. The room also comfortable to stay... And room are so clean.. Facilities quite ok also.. The Iron n iron board.. The iron's cable was too short.. Can't use it properly.. And the lining of the ironing board is sticking out of the ironing board.. So it feel uneasy to iron the clothes.. and the board is too small also..

• Chrustkiran (5/5): The apartment was good but they would have kept it better. - The room was spacious, it had all items like fridge, oven and plates (because it is a studio apartment), toilet/washroom was clean and good and it's just 20-30 mins and only 1 bus away from KLCC. It was not clean that much, the bed was clean but the chairs had some stains, not sure what it was. The smell was also not good, they didn't use room spray. Finally the toilet/washroom was good and it was clean but it doesn't have a commode tissue holder. The apartment was good but they would have kept it better.

• Sofea (10/5): GREAT PLACE TO STAY AT GREAT PRICE! - The unit was fine. Host was responsive and extremely easy to check in. Love the location. Near to supermarket, burger king, watsons and convenience store. Have kitchen and washing machine. Need more pillow. TV speaker didnt work

So total rm20 for the parking fees. Kettle, cooking utensils, water filter not provided. Can order grab food & pickup at gf lobby. Towel & bedding set not comfortable.

• Aishah (8/5): Very good - The unit was clean. Smell nice. Quite spacious. Good location. Nice view. No hairdryer. Got iron but no ironing board. Had to wait for the host to pass the key and also to give back the key. Waited hours for the host to refund back the depo,had to WhatsApp 3 times asking for the depo. Shower gel finished, no soap provided at the bathroom sink. Tv not functioning. Parking had to pay, Rm20 for 1 night. Would i come back, probably no.

• Manigandan (8/5): Night stay at Ampang M City - The check-in process was smooth, just need to arrange earlier with host. Place was very clean and neat. Necessary amenities were provided like hair dryer, kettle, TV, water heater and air cond. The chairs provided were abit unstable, as a huge person, I'm worried sitting on them would break them. Due to that, unable to make us of then kitchen table for meal. Appreciate if could prepare wooden stool, or something equivalent.

The towels and the bedsheets did not look like they had been cleaned recently. The apartment had dust. The maintenance of the place was poor.

• Rob (1/5): Horrible apartment - Nothing I didn't like anything about this apartment. Very dirty, without the necessary equipment for cooking. The first apartment was dirty, the water from the drain was closed and it made the water return to the floor. I asked for a change and the second one had water coming down from the ceiling, I think from the bathroom above me, the faucet in the kitchen didn't come out enough water.Dirty and smell, towels only from the shower, stains in the chairs and urine smell on the sofa.Very low light in the bathroom because one bulb doesn't work. Very bad, I don't recommend coming here
