• Barbara (10/5): - Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Das Doppelbett sehr bequem und mit guter Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Die Wohnung war groß und geräumig. Wir konnten jeden Morgen auf der wunderbaren Terrasse frühstücken. Es gab einen großzügigen Esstisch auf der Terrasse. Die Wohnung liegt ungefähr 15-20 Minuten von den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß entfernt. Ideal, um alles fußläufig zu erkunden. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Geschäfte zum Einkaufen waren ca 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt . Wir kamen erst um 23 Uhr im Apartment an, trotzdem waren die Gastgeber noch anwesend und hatten uns netterweise kurzfristig auch noch eine Trattoria zum Essen vermittelt. Vielen Dank noch mal dafür. Ein Geschirrspüler wäre ganz schön gewesen.

• Angel (10/5): - Fantástico apartamento, era grande, limpio y con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos. A pocos minutos andando del centro de Florencia. Los anfitriones fueron realmente amables, nos recibieron el primer día, nos dieron consejos sobre la ciudad y sobre restaurantes, y estuvieron a nuestra disposición para cualquier duda que nos surgiera. Sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Florencia!
• Ioana (9/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Sehr schön dekorierte Wohnung, gute Lage, 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Sauber und eine schöne Terrasse die im Hinterhof schaut. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Die Sofa ist leider unbequem, nur für Kinder geeignet. Es hat ein Schwamm fürs Geschirr Spülen gefehlt und auch einen Tuch in der Küche

• Erik (10/5): Unterkunft und Gastgeber super - Die Gastgeber waren sehr sehr freundlich und die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Sie war groß und geräumig. Wir hatten leider Probleme was die Ankunft anging und es war überhaupt kein Problem dass Freunde von uns eingecheckt haben. Es war sauber und sie Liegt ungefähr 20 min von den Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt, was vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Einen Geschirrspüler wäre noch schön, wenn man im Urlaub kocht, aber das macht die Unterkunft jetzt nicht wirklich schlechter. Parkplatz kann schwierig sein und ich empfehle Fahrräder nicht auf dem Fahrradträger zu lassen wenn man welche dabei hat.

• Mike (10/5): Perfect for a few days in Florence if you don't mind walking into the central tourist hotspots. - The apartment was exactly as described, spacious and comfortable with a small outside seating area for your personal use. It's about a 20 minute meander from the train station and a similar distance back into the tourist hotspots, but we knew that when booking and didn't mind wandering down different streets each day to spot different things. There are restaurants nearby too, (we liked Da Nasone). Nothing really, everything was spot on.
• Nicola (9/5): Beautiful apartment and wonderful hosts - It’s a beautiful apartment, lots of space and all the amenities you would need. The outside terrace is a brilliant bonus. The owners can’t do enough to help make you comfortable, we arrived in the evening and mentioned we needed a shop to buy milk for our daughter for the morning, they directed us but 10 minutes later they turned up with milk and a bottle of wine. Not a downside for us but it’s a slight walk to the main area of Florence which is why we chose it. The walk is max 15 minutes so don’t let that put you off.
• Kimberly (10/5): Elegant roomy apartment + convenient location + Firenze = PERFECT - A beautiful apartment was lovely with tiered terrace to relax with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing in Florence. It was a welcome respite and “home away from home” for us. We appreciated the convenience as it was just a short 2 block walk to the tram which took us into the historic part of the city. Comfortable and roomy king size bed, great shower and nicely equipped kitchen. But, without a doubt, our hosts were a couple of the kindest and most attentive people we’ve met during our extended tour of Italy. We hope to return and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. Everything was perfect. Only wish we had planned a longer visit in Florence and could have stayed longer!

The large outdoor terrace is a lovely bonus. The building itself is nice, and the location is ideal, right by a tram stop and only a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. The host was super responsive and helpful with anything I needed. Would definitely stay here again!

• Pradeep (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the property was good. It was outside ZTL but close enough to main attractions. About 20 minutes walk to Duomo. Parking was $20 per day and was in a safe location next to the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and safe. The hosts were responsive. I had to wait 45 minutes on the street for the person designated by hosts to show up and hand over the keys. This happened even after updating my arrival time every 15 minutes as I drove closer to Florence. It was not a pleasant experience as I had nowhere to legally park the car during those minutes. I ended up parking in no-parking area and luckily didn't get a penalty. During the check-in process I was told that this apartment was meant only for 2 people and I shouldn't have brought more guests. I had my wife and 6 year old daughter with me and I had to show the booking.com confirmation that I had indeed booked it for 3 guests. It was an awkward situation to be confronted like that. We were able to squeeze in ourselves on the single queen bed. The heater didn't work during the entire stay. It was end of December and quite cold. The hosts were responsive and helped me find the remote control for the heater (that was placed inside a closet on a higher shelf). Setting the temperature didn't help. Only the fan was on but not the heater. We spent the 2 days wearing jackets. It was uncomfortable but we could manage with jackets on. Hosts offered to send technician for help but we didn't want to spend vacation time getting this fixed. Overall, I would give this apartment another chance because of the location. Please get a confirmation from the hosts before hand on the number of guests, get the extra bed/sofa bed prepared before arrival. Get the heating checked during the check-in process.

• Bakerperson (10/5): Grand Apartment in Florence Italy. - We found a very modern apartment. Everything was first class. The furniture was beautiful and very comfortable. The full kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea and water for our stay. The bathroom was well stocked with thick luxury towels and even slippers! Plenty of storage for our clothes with nice hangers. We were able to reset or clothes with a provided washer and drying stand. Diana our host even provided the soap! Oh, and the terrace was fantastic! There was AC and heat. We felt like we were at home🌻 We like everything and this property.
• Susan (10/5): Modern and lovely - We are not experts in using Airbnb's so it took us a bit to find the location and settle in but then our host was so helpful and kind. The facility was the nicest and most modern of any of the Airbnb's we used on our three week trip - very beautiful. We met a resident of the building and they shared their favorite restaurant which was nice. The walk to the city center was no big deal and a pleasant walk. I'd absolutely use this again if we come back to Florence. Ask specifically how to use the washing machine. It is nothing like I have ever seen in the US and our clothes got stuck in the machine. That was a bit of a logisitcal challenge.

It is a lovely apartment in a very nice and safe neighborhood. It had a double terrace outside and with a table and chairs, as well as, plenty of room inside the apartment. A fully stocked kitchen and a washer for laundry. The hosts also checked in to make sure all was well and even arranged a taxi for us when we were ready to leave. We will definitely be back! N/A

• Kim (10/5): Absolutely Superb! Would definitely book again! - Super clean, very spacious apartment with a bonus outside terrace that is within walking distance to all that is Florence! You can’t beat the full size kitchen and washer machine. Did I mention that there are literally 5 steps up to the apartment?!?! Our hosts went WAY above and beyond with their hospitality. I ran out of coffee and asked where I could purchase more. They were at our door in a few minutes with more! Diego was so helpful with calling and making a reservation for a local Bistro when we didn’t know where to go. (SO good!). The best part is that he called a taxi upon our departure and waited for it to arrive with us. So kind, so sweet and so accommodating! I would absolutely seek their place out when in Florence again! THANK YOU! This property is honestly one of the best rentals I have stayed at! I have absolutely nothing negative to say!

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was seamless, and the hosts Diana and Diego, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning. It was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and far more spacious than we had imagined. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the high-quality linens to the well-equipped kitchen. It felt like a luxurious home away from home. The private patio was the highlight of the stay. It was beautifully furnished, and the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Whether enjoying our morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The apartment's location was ideal, offering both privacy and easy access to nearby attractions.We ’ll definitely be returning.

As this was a week into our holiday it was great to have a full kitchen and a place to wash some clothes before continuing on the road trip. The parking comes at a cost but its worth it as your car is safe and in front of the apartment.

The day we arrived at the apartment we were greeted by our hosts, who were very friendly and helpful, they even recommended us a great place to eat (Osteria Mangiando Mangiando). The apartment, although it is in an old building, is very chic, spacious and clean. There was some tea, coffee, pastries for breakfast and fruits, as well as a bottle of wine and water left at the apartment for us. In 20 minutes you can reach the center of Florence by foot. The bus stop is at a distance of 2-3 minutes from the apartment. Highly recommended. We would stay there again for sure.
• Valentina (9/5): Superb - An excellent apartment with the kindest of hosts! Due to flight irregularities, we unfortunately arrived just some minutes before midnight but were still greeted by a cheerful gentleman and were not charged extra for late check-in time. Having arrived late, we also missed the opportunity to visit a supermarket to get some breakfast goods, but to our biggest surprise, there was some tea-coffee and some breakfast sweets and fruits left at the apartment for us, as well as bottles of water and other drinks - this was very much appreciated! The apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped and maintained to a good standard. All items listed as available were present. The apartment is a bit of a walk from the river side and the main tourist attractions (the KMs add up during a 7-night stay if you walk the distance several times a day), but this was our third time in Florence and we ended up enjoying the ability to escape the crowds and retract to a quieter neighbourhood. Excellent value!

The apartment was super clean and very comfortable. We used the sofa bed and that was also reasonable to sleep on (usually not the case). Hosts were amazing - helpful and friendly, with excellent restaurant tips. Overall it was a great place for our visit to Florence! That we couldn’t stay longer.

She left us some drinks and food - thanks again! In 15mins you can reach the city centre by foot, bus stop in 1-2mins walking distance. So perfect apartment to explore Florence. Would stay there again :) Nothing. Everything was great!
• Shravan (10/5): Amazing modern and luxurious place that looks even better than the pictures and perfect for families that want to stay a - Very modern and beautiful apartment on the ground floor in a residential area away from the crowds. We enjoyed our stay and were treated like family by the host - we had everything we needed and more for our stay. Lots of toiletries to use, modern kitchen with great coffee machine and coffee pods to use along with all amenities needed to cook simple meals. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and that was such a lovely gesture!! The beds are very comfortable and there is central heating/cooling which is great for the hot days. We walked to the center and took us 25 mins, so very conveniently located away from the noise and crowds. Soon there will even be a metro stop by around the corner of the house. We liked everything about the place and will surely visit again! Nothing to dislike.

• Dina (10/5): I would definitly stay there again if I revisit Florence. - The host was waiting for us and as the weather was very bad and it was raining she had brought us pasta, tomato sauce, and olive oil to be able to prepare something for dinner. The apartment is very big for a T1, the building is a great one and the apartment is very comfortable even for a long stay. It is 20 minutes walking from the city center so not far from everything. Nothing.

Bad communication. The appartment was not prepared for all the guests, we had to make the bed. The bathroom is not in good condition.

Far from the taxi stop so it was difficult even through online to find taxi but Isabelle kindly helped us

• Walter (10/5): Great apartment to stay in Firenze. The deck was a special place to dinner at night - The living room was great. The bed was very comfortable. It was clean and in excellent condition. Maybe if I have to tell something I didn’t like, I would say that at specific times the traffic noise was very loud. The rest of the day and specially at night it was very quiet.
