• Vira (10/5): Враження чудове. Буде змога, буду зупинятися ще. - Квартира сподобалась. Знайти її було легко з Гугл картой. На дверях кодовий замок. Це простіше, ніж ключ. Після коду треба було натискати решітку, цього в повідомленні вказано не було. Квартира як на фото. Є все, щоб готувати. Мені це сподобалось. Техніка не викликає труднощів у використанні. Є мило, шампунь, гель для душу, рушники, фен, гаряча вода і натиск води відмінний. Кондиціонер працював добре. Телевізор не включала. Змогла попрати свої речі, пральна машинка працює гарно. Посудомийку не використовувала. Сусідів не чутно. Кожну годину (або півгодини) чутно, як дзвонить дзвін. Це прикольно) Захід сонця чудовий, вид на гору шикарний. Магазини, памʼятки, метро в пішому доступі. Трошки возилась з кодовим замком, бо не згадала про решітку в кінці. Не було праски або я її не знайшла. Одна прищіпка, замало для речей. В каструлі треба ручку прикрутити. Холодильник розморозити і налаштувати. Душова кабіна не герметична знизу, вода витікає. Підлога була брудна, довелось її мити.
• Giuseppe (8/5): Buon rapporto prezzo/qualità - Centrale - Siamo stati qui per 5 notti. Punti di forza: posizione centrale, molto vicino a piedi dalle principali attrazioni, metropolitana, supermercati Lidl e Billa, e caffè. Cucina con alcuni articoli di base, ma non l'abbiamo utilizzata, camera comoda, bagno con buona doccia, aria condizionata funziona bene e Wi-Fi ok. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo della diaria è stato buono. Ha funzionato bene l'accesso con codice all'ingresso dell'edificio e dell'appartamento. Punti deboli: quarto piano, senza ascensore, se si hanno problemi di mobilità non è adatto. Non sono riuscito ad accedere a nessun canale TV, Netflix o altro, solo YouTube. La via e l'edificio non hanno un bell'aspetto, necessitano di manutenzione/riforma, ma abbiamo avuto modo di conoscere 3 diversi vicini, 2 ragazze e un signore, che si sono dimostrati molto educati e gentili. Durante i cinque giorni non ci sono state pulizie o cambio di lenzuola, avevamo solo 1 paio di asciugamani da bagno e viso. Come suggerimento: - sostituire i cuscini con altri più comodi e il materasso che sembra già molto usato e lasciare più asciugamani, ecc - pulire il congelatore perché c'era molto ghiaccio accumulato.

Needs a bit of upkeeping, 5th floor without an elevator
• Filipe (10/5): Overall a great experience staying there, would definitely come back if I return to Sofia! - Great location, very central. Modern renovation on the inside of older building with comfortable bed, perfect shower, nice balcony with direct sun in the evening to watch the sunset. The kitchen could have a few more utensils for people who cook inc things like vegetable peeler, smaller knives, and teaspoons there were none.
