• Matt (4/5): Chelsea flower week away - The kitchen was spacious , and the facilities in the kitchen were good .TV was good size downstairs. There was a good pub called the queen Vic which was a bit rough and ready but friendly and if you want to experience London boozer good to have a beer particularly as drink prices were reasonable. Plenty shops nearby a Sainsbury's is pretty much a walk away which is good for essentials. Got meeted by the cleaner who was nice I gave her a few pepsi which was very happy as was a hot few days . Also great you get parking included . The entire apartment needs a paint . The garden could also do with being cleaned up and gate fixing as you walk from the car park as not very appealing. . Other than that was happy with the place .

• André (8/5): Boa estadia para quem quiser poupar dinheiro - Boa localização para quem quiser uma zona residencial calma e segura, mesmo durante a noite. Boa relação qualidade-preço. A limpeza podia ser melhor, e havia zonas da casa muito velhas.

• Hayley (9/5): Great stay in London - Very big and spacious, nicely decorated and good location near tube station and shops. Perfect for our trip to London. Host was friendly and quick to reply to any queries.

• carlos (5/5): Casa enorme con mucho que mejorar/ buena localización. - Localización y la casa como edificación, es decir, tamaño de habitaciones, que tiene dos baños y gran salón. Buena calefacción para el invierno Le faltaba limpieza en toda la cocina ( horno, cajones, cubiertos etc.. ) la pared del salón tenía chorretones así como en la TV etc.. sensación de suciedad. El patio es enorme pero inutilizable.

• XFltmedk (10/5): This is a good economic place to stay close to London center. Some stairs but ok! - A very nice place to stay without paying the very high prices in downtown London. There is a market and coffee shop about a block away. Walking to Tower Bridge and the Themes is a short walk. Parking in back is a plus. Cleanliness could be a little better; under beds, attention to detail was lacking but acceptable.

The accommodation offers everything you need for a pleasant stay – functional, and in a quiet location. The value for money is particularly noteworthy: for the price paid, you get solid amenities and friendly service. Not luxurious, but perfectly fine for a short trip or stopover. I would come back if I'm in the area.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to all friends and family that are planning on visiting London. Our host Ajay constantly kept in touch via messages asking if there is any help or assistance needed during our stay. The property felt like home and the free private parking during our stay was great too.

He was so kind to allow us to check out later that usually. The cleanliness could be improved, the outside area in the front and in the back of the house. Radiators needs looking at, informed already the host.

We were kicked out just because a few friends came to help us as we weren't from the area and we were left to sleep outside these people are scammers they didn't give us our deposit back which they asked for 20 hours before.the management threatened us and swore at a minor. (Table was broken and he tried to lie about it😂😂😂😂) the management has to return our money or
• David (8/5): Nice house good location - Great communication from the owner at the time of booking and in the run up to, and during our stay. The house itself was comfortable with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For us, the location was great, situated far enough out of the centre to not be too busy but with Bermondsey underground station on the Jubilee line a 10 minute walk away, close enough that it never took long for us to get to where we wanted to go. On the whole, the house was clean and tidy. Whilst we only stayed for the 1 night as we were just in London to watch a show, we would definitely consider this house for a longer stay. There wasn't anything, really. There were some signs of wear and tear around the property, but nothing that affected our stay.

The house was clean and myself/my friends were all very comfortable in the space we had. The house itself exceeded my expectations, more seating in the living room compared the pictures which is great! I will definitely be booking again another time! No complaints, it was a great stay!

• Lee (10/5): Great cost, great host, would definitely book again. - Very welcoming host, ensured we had everything for our stay and even managed to arrange a parking space post checkout to save us with parking charges nearby.
• Minxian (1/5): Bad - Bad service, the house looks dirty, toilet was dirty, the basin was dirty, bedding was dirty, 2 of the rooms got no central heating, the landlord even kicked us out after we informed him that there’s no central heating and hot water in the next morning, he ruined our holiday and upsetting us, he frightened us and forced us to leave the house before our departure date, 3 woman and 3 children had been forced to leave and booked for another hotel which caused double of the cost , we paid £808 for nothing, totally scammed. It’s the worst experience and nightmare for us. This house should be blocked from offering accommodation to the public.

Bed linen had marks on, owner advised these were marks from cleaning fluid from the laundrette. White sheets would be more welcoming. Not enough mugs , only 3. Owner did offer for me too buy and he would refund me however we managed without.
• Lisa (1/5): I wish I had never booked this property - Allocated parking The property was dirty & unhygienic. This was an awful experience which spoilt our family celebrations. The previous 2 reviews were not available when I booked but clearly nothing obvious has been done to rectify the situation. Fortunately we were only there for a few hours. Feedback & photos have been given to the landlord/booking contact but based on our visit I cannot recommend this property.
• Sharon (1/5): We stayed for an hour and left it wasn’t safe or clean to any standards, very disappointed! The skyline was hanging off, - Nothing! Everything! We was sticky to the floors and I have a lot more pictures and videos
• Dipa (2/5): Awful stay! So glad we were out for most of our stay in London - The key collection process. I was not informed about the heating not working in the property. A few electric heaters were provided ( one which was very noisy). This spoilt our stay.. especially this time of year! We obviously could not leave the portable heaters on for long. The house was not cleaned. A Beer and other rubbish was left in the bathroom bin, dirty socks in the living room, dust everywhere and not very clean/ retired bathrooms. After complaining to the owner and asking for a partial refund he apologised for all the faults and then accused us of leaving the oven on, causing a fire hazard! The property was used to just sleep the night and we left early morning. We did not leave the oven on and wouldn’t even consider using it because it had not been cleaned. This is unacceptable behaviour and I would not recommend you stay here.
