- Sebestyén (8/5): - Location is good. At night it can be a little sketchy. Price is quite average and for that you get a decent room. Reception staff is friendly and excellent. The room wasn’t the nicest. It needs a renovation/upgrade. Cleaning lady knocks then enters immediately. She could wait for an answer (at least 5 sec) Other than that it’s great.

- Enemercijana (1/5): - Rezervirana je soba za 3 osobe,po ulasku u sobi primjećujemo da jedan krevet nije najmjesten,nema ni posteljina ni ručnika. Odlazim do recepcija i dobivam odg da je nemoguce i ide se sama uvjerit(kao da bi lagala). Posteljinu su nam samo ostavili u sobi bez da su je postavili na krevet namjestili.

- Francesco (2/5): Pessimo. - Uniche note positive: * staff gentile; * posizione comoda, a circa 10 minuti da Roma Termini. La peggior stanza possibile. Camera caldissima (mansarda) e senza accesso diretto all’aria condizionata, che deve essere regolata dalla reception tramite telefono. Una cosa davvero assurda nel 2026. Tetto spiovente ovunque: facilissimo sbattere la testa. Doccia minuscola, scomodissima e praticamente poco accessibile. C’erano: * il bidet, ma nessun asciugamano dedicato; * il dispenser del sapone, ma senza sapone; * il bollitore, ma senza tè, caffè o qualsiasi altra dotazione minima. La finestra sul tetto era esattamente sopra il letto e senza alcuna protezione dalla luce: impossibile dormire decentemente dopo l’alba. Segnale internet molto debole al terzo piano. Esperienza davvero pessima e struttura assolutamente non all’altezza del prezzo richiesto.

- Francesca (1/5): Non si può chiamare camera un tugurio sotto il livello stradale - Nulla Camera doppia piccola, un comodino sostituto da una sedia. Condizionatore vecchio, sciacquone mezzo rotto e rumoroso. Vista sotto il livello stradale, quando si apriva la finestra si vedevano i park dei motorini a livello strada. Porta che non chiudeva Scomodo a Termini e alla metro Colazione pessima: succo annacquato, caffè come al lavoro, L unica cosa che ti chiedevano e'se avevi pagato un servizio in anticipo altrimenti neanche una bottiglia d acqua alle 23 mi hanno dato pur sapendo che la mattina avrei pagato No comment

Le séjour a été agréable dans l'ensemble. La porte de la chambre, la serrure n'est pas ce qu'on s'attend à trouver dans un hôtel. On n'était pas sur que c'était fermé à clé. Elle était ouverte à chaque retour.

Mancanza totale di bidè (neanche a rubinetto dentro il WC), zona dietro alla stazione non proprio centralissima e parecchio mal frequentata -non sicura di notte, mancanza di cose essenziali se non su richiesta, come bicchierini, cuffie bagno, tappetini bagno, pantofole ecc. Prezzo troppo alto (anche con "sconto" Booking) rispetto alla qualità proposta e alla posizione.

- Valentino (7/5): Sostanzialmente soddisfatti ma la struttura è valida solo se si sta per poco, toccata e fuga - Gentilezza e Cortesia del personale. Non abbiamo usufruito della Colazione perchè non inclusa e, in tutta onestà, 10€ a persona al giorno mi sembrava un pò eccessivo come costo accessorio. Comodo la stazione tram e autobus di Piazza Porta Maggiore. Pulizia Giornaliera e Asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno Materasso e Cuscini diciamo comodi In primis la posizione. Non essendo di Roma non si può valutare a priori ma col senno di poi la zona non è proprio il massimo. Di giorno ok ma la sera o prendi il taxi o viaggi in gruppi numerosi.. non da molta sicurezza. A parte Piazza Porta Maggiore non è vicina a nulla con comodità. La struttura è un 3 stelle, non ci si aspetta granchè però: Bagno senza un kit di cortesia, climatizzatore (non è servito) che per accenderlo bisogna chiamare la reception. Stanza decente ma ho visto 3 stelle miglio. La famiglia di amici che viaggiava con noi in una quadrupla aveva la stanza anche più piccola della nostra (ma non dovrebbe essere il contrario?). Segni di lavori non coperti, un pò di umidità qui e la.. La cosa che però onestamente ho tollerato poco è stato il fatto che si sentiva qualsiasi rumore. Sia piano strada (amen) ma soprattutto interno. Di notte c'era un via vai e un vociare fastidioso, e pure eravamo a due metri dalla Reseption; dov'erano gli addetti a richiamare all'ordine?. Non so se ci tornerei.. a questo prezzo probabilmente si può aspirare a qualcosa di più e più centrale..:

- Laura (5/5): Decepcionante - La atención del personal fue muy buena y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. La habitación era algo cutre: la puerta del baño era una puerta corredera que no se podía cerrar del todo, la cisterna no funcionaba bien y la puerta de la ducha no cerraba bien del todo tampoco. Las camas eran bastante incómodas...Lo bueno es que llegábamos tan cansados que caías destruido y hasta el día siguiente... Cogimos desayuno durante la estancia y era muy pobre. Si lo llegamos a saber primero no lo cogemos. Básicamente consistía en una maquina de café y una de zumos, cereales, había jamón York, queso y chorizo para ponerte en pan de molde (no había ni una triste tostadora), un bowl de frutas en almíbar (podían poner alguna pieza de fruta...), yogurt y pan tostado en paquetitos (la gran mayoría venían aplastados...) para untar mantequilla y mermelada y fin.

Our room deluxe double was enough spacious, same for the bathroom. On the way to the hotel at night you pass very unpleasant environment.
