The beds were large and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. A great choice for anyone looking for a modern and well-designed stay. The private parking is quite small, and arriving late can make it difficult to find an available spot. In such cases, you may need to rely on a nearby public parking area.

- Oliver (8/5): Hotel exceeded expectations - Property exceeded our expectations. The photos on booking.com did not do the real life building justice. Everything was very clean and tidy, the hotel was beautiful and tucked away from the busy road nearby. Parking was good, right outside my room and easily accessible. Breakfast in the hotel was very nice, not loads of options but everything you would need and expect. I requested one large double bed in my room. When we arrived it was just two single beds pushed together, with separate duvets and sheets. This was not ideal for a couple but it was the only downside to our stay, and a minor inconvenience at that.

- Rainer (5/5): Fine Dining am Abend - Gefallen hat uns das (hochpreisige) Abendessen im Restaurant. Fine Dining passt, - aber leider nicht für das Hotel. Kostenloser Parkplatz im Hof. Frühstück: Fine Dining bedeutet für mich, dass mir verschiedene Kaffeespezialitäten angeboten werden und nicht in einer Thermoskanne oder gerne auch frischer Orangensaft. Das Zimmer war nur halbherzig renoviert und die Lichtverhältnisse am Abend ungenügend. Der Tresor funktionierte nicht. Reklamation zwecklos, in einem anderen Zimmer funktionierte der Tresor ebenfalls nicht, da die Batterien schon vor längerer Zeit ausgelaufen waren... Auch am nächsten Tag wurde nicht für Abhilfe gesorgt. Nach der ersten Nacht wurde das Bad gereinigt, aber unser Zimmer / Bett leider nicht. Das Personal wirkt unfreundlich, spricht kaum und eine Verabschiedung nach 2 Nächten gab es auch nicht. Schade, die Bilder versprechen mehr.

- Raphael (8/5): - Schönes Restaurant mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Das Zimmer (Familienzimmer) war sehr geräumig mit direktem Zugang zum Garten.
- Christine Maria (8/5): Beste Unterkunft in Grenzach - Preisleistung hervorragend - Uns hat alles gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder hier einkehren. Die Begrüßung war authentisch freundlich und professionell… wir fühlten uns willkommen. Das Frühstücksbüffet lohnt sich allemal und selbstverständlich sollte man im Restaurant essen gehen - sehr kreativ und lecker. Die Verabschiedung am Ostersonntag war unglaublich enttäuschend - die Mitarbeiterin machte keinen Blickkontakt, lächelte nicht und fragte nicht, wie unser 3 tägige Aufenthalt war… Den Gast vor uns, hat sie noch schlimmer behandelt. Die Tür vom Badezimmer lässt sich nicht leise schließen, sie knallt sehr laut, was vor allem in der Nacht unangenehm ist.

- Marion (5/5): Gute Lage. Man kann aber lieber im angegliederten Schlotzeria übernachten. Ohne Frühstück - Gute Lage Es gab beim Doppelbett nur an einer Seite eine Leselampe. Die Akkulampe, die ich bekam, war wenig hilfreich und reichte auch nicht für die Dauer unseres Aufenthaltes. Frühstück phantasielos. Bananen, Kiwis oder ähnliches gab es nicht. Teetassen waren angestoßen (oder hatte ich jeden Morgen zufällig dieselbe Tasse?). Teesieb war nicht sauber.

- Dieter (9/5): Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in der Nähe zu Basel. - Nähe zu der Schweiz mit einer perfekten Busverbindung auch nach Basel. Parkplatz kostenlos und direkt vor dem Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Leider kein Kaffeeautomat beim Frühstück.

- Peter (7/5): Kann man weiterempfehlen. - Wir hatten 2 Zimmer. Das Zimmer mit der Nummer 22 war sauber, gut ausgerüstet und absolut ruhig. Das Frühstück war etwas vom Besten was ich bis heute gehabt habe. Das Zimmer mit der Nummer 21 war nicht gewischt, resp. gesaugt worden. An mehreren Stellen hatte es Staubwolken und sonstige Krümel. Das Bad war i.O. Die Matratzen waren meiner Meinung etwas zu weich.

- Elena Sofie (7/5): Für einen Zweck eine gute Wahl - Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist super, wenn man beruflich unterwegs ist und mit dem Auto unterwegs sein möchte/muss. Das Fitnessstudio ist kaum zu gebrauchen; veraltete Geräte, kein Laufband oder SpinningRad. Das Bett ist leider nicht gemütlich und das Hotel eigene Restaurant sehr teuer.

- Lien (8/5): Mooie moderne kamer dicht bij Basel centrum - Mooi buffet voor ontbijt met goede koffie op de tafel. Stille kamer, heel modern, warme douche en comfortabel bed. Zwembad is koud water. Koffie op de gang, thee in de kamer.

- Birgit (8/5): Gutes Zimmer aber sehr hellhörig - Das Zimmer war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig. Pflegeprodukte, Handtücher etc waren gut. Die Lage für mich sehr praktisch. Ich hatte mich extra für das Zimmer entschieden, in der Erwartung es wäre besser als das Standard EZ. Leider war die Lage sehr unglücklich. Es befand sich direkt am Eingang, hellhörig zum Stiegenhaus, Lift etc. Man hörte jeden der das Gebäude betrat oder verließ, oder Stiegen hinunterpolterte Auch der Nachbar oben drüber, sowie die Strasse (bei gekippt Fenster) waren leider sehe gut hörbar. Wenigstens war es ab 22.00 bis 05.45 ruhiger.

- Julian (5/5): - I travel alot and the bed was the most uncomfortable I have experienced in 10 yrs. You could feel the springs in the matress. Rooms look recently refurbed, but they forgot about the replacing the matresses.
- Eventvs (10/5): Bin immer wieder äusserst gern hier! - Ich war nun schon zum dritten Mal Gast und wie immer absolut zufrieden! Das Personal ist kompetent, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, insbesondere Fr. F. Müller – herzlichen Dank! Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (inkl. Kühlschrank), das Bett sehr bequem und alles ist einwandfrei sauber. Ich kann das Haus absolut empfehlen, insbesondere wenn es zu den günstigen Preisen verfügbar ist (was natürlich von der Auslastung abhängt). Die einzige Unannehmlichkeit liegt ausserhalb des Einflussbereichs des Hotels, nämlich rücksichtslose Gäste, wie die, die an die falsche (nämlich meine) Türe klopfen oder ihre Kinder minutenlang im Korridor sehr laut spielen lassen.
