• Diane (7/5): Great for the view and quiet, if you don’t mind a rundown/minimal clean space, but it needs some TLC - The view was perfect, the location was very quiet at this time of year, the main floor had a fantastic view. If you aren't particular about deep cleanliness or wear-and-tear, the view makes it a lovely spot, but it does need some better care. The steep/icy terrain was difficult to manage with only a plastic shovel. The house is rundown and not well-maintained. Cleanliness from the crew was surface-level only; it was very dusty on the many decor items, and it was dirty under the couch (found popcorn) and dining table. Most beds are on wheels rather than true frames, and the master bedroom's mattress was uncomfortably soft for us. The kitchen looks great but is disorganized: cupboard doors don't close properly, cutlery is worn down/broken, and basics like dish towels and sponges were sparse, dirty, (and the extras in the basement were missing/empty). The fire extinguisher was empty and expired (advised the host). We also found the welcome booklet torn (not a great first impression) and the jacuzzi set to only 31°C by previous users instead of 37°C as required by host. There was little to no info on how to use the fireplace/logs or spa (buttons).

La table de billard, de ping pong et la wii très appréciés de nos jeunes. Réponses très rapides de la propriétaire. Nous recommandons!

L’endroit est spacieux, confortable et bien aménagé. On y trouve tout l’équipement nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable, que ce soit pour relaxer, cuisiner ou simplement profiter du moment.

• Proudlove (8/5): Overall a very good stay, a few small things could have made it perfect - Perfect for our group! The large open kitchen and living room was amazing. I also loved the windows. The house was a little run down, some broken items like the blinds in the bedroom, the hot tub was dirty and it could have been a bit cleaner. All the firewood was wet so having a fire was difficult.

• Lori (6/5): While the view of the lake and bright kitchen are spectacular, the house needs a deep cleaning. - Beautiful view; has potential to be a wonderful place due to the size of the house and property. Kitchen was amazing, just like the pictures, very bright house with nice decorations throughout. Owner was responsive to texts. The whole house needs a major deep cleaning, steam clean the couches, and some outdoor equipment repairs. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned. The house also had a musty odour in the bathrooms. The basement was crammed with game equipment, however one ping pong paddle had a broken handle, therefore unfortunately unusable, and there were no spares. Definitely could use a major deep cleaning in all areas, especially the bathrooms, the kitchen could use some updated coffee mugs, and definitely more glassware. Needs a thorough proper cleaning and outdoor deck work and maintenance. That could make it a wonderful place, as it has so much potential. There were several broken outdoor chairs. There was only one paper towel for the kitchen (no replacement) and no products or cloths available to clean the outdoor table or the bathrooms. Dish towels and bath towels need a good wash, they were not clean. Perhaps after a good cleaning, use some air fresheners or air sponges during times with no guests to maintain a freshness in the house.
• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional view of the lake. Clean and spacious chalet with everything we needed for our stay. Host was helpful and answered any questions quickly. Plenty of parking for our group and a great big deck. Would definitely visit again. Amenities need a slight upgrade but nothing that interfered with our stay.
• George (9/5): An awesome spot in a winter paradise. A most beautiful home to spend a white christmas! - The most beautiful lake frozen over. We were hoping for a frozen lake... and we got it. We were hoping for snow and we got it. The ping pong table was a HUGE plus and so was the Pool Table. The Foozball was broken, but this did not bother us. We enjoyed the SPA... the kitchen was well equipped. The Christmas tree was up. Everything was awesome. The parking is just fine..... but definitely you need an all wheel drive or four by four to park down there during winter. Hosts were clear about this.... and we planned accordingly. The door to the main room did not lock. But that was no big deal. The hot water in the main floor bathroom was not constant, but we mainly shared the top bathroom and we were more than fine.

The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A special thank you to Karina for her outstanding work. Her attention to detail and warm hospitality made our experience truly memorable. The value for money was exceptional, and I highly recommend this chalet to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. I can’t wait to return!

• Juraj (10/5): Exceptional - All was perfect, we stayed only 3 nights so even did not have time to explore all of the house. We liked the position, a good starting point for trips into nature. Nothing specific to complain. My only concern was the exact position of the house, as booking.com based on google shows the position on rue de Cygnes 260 instead of 360. However the instructions and signs on the spot were clear and easy to find.

• Dina (10/5): I highly recommend this chalet. - Beautiful nature, wonderful relaxation in silence on the shore of the lake. All possible recreation options are available - swimming in the lake, kayaking, sitting by the fire, in bad weather you can sit in hot tube (spa), at home there are plenty of opportunities to spend a pleasant time - table tennis, billiards, table football, game console, two living rooms, TV , fireplace. Everything to have a great time with family and friends. The house is beautifully furnished with taste - it is a pleasure to be in it. All necessary equipment/utilities is there. I highly recommend (the experience of renting a chalet is sufficient to call it one of the best) this chalet and we will definitely come back here again. N/A

• Alexandros (10/5): Amazing stay! - An absolutely amazing place with incredible views to the lake. Super quiet and relaxing. If you are looking for a super clean place just go to a hotel. Don’t forget it’s a lake house so there should be some dirt here and there but the toilets and kitchen were spotless clean and sheets were smelling wonderful. Highly recommended
