• Alexandra (3/5): Disappointing - Good location Shower head was broken and the water flood everywhere. Bidet broken. Stained towels, old bed sheets, trash from previous guests. I informed the host about all these details, he offered a discount for the next time (that definitely will never happen) and at some point just stoped answering without trying to solve any problem.

• Aleksandra (7/5): Conveniently located suitable accommodation. - Very nice property that has everything you need for a trip. Supermarket nearby where you can stock up, metro station nearby as well. Strong smell of cigarettes. To enter you need a working mobile and internet connection. I arrived late at night and I couldn’t get in after a long journey. The host was not picking up the phone and wasn’t able to help immediately. I figured out what was wrong( month of checking in was put in the system wrong and my booking was inactive). Took a while but I got in. There was also a construction site just outside.
• Florian (9/5): Super logement bien situé et confortable dans une ville magnifique - Le logement est idéalement situé à 10 min à pieds de Navigli, il y a de la place pour les voitures dans la rue , un grand parc au pied du bâtiment. Le logement est spacieux , bien équipé et très confortable. Et l’hôte est très gentil et communique rapidement et très bien ! Je recommande
• Rick (7/5): nice but difficult to find. - The apt was spacious with plenty of room. Nice having a kitchen and laundry, though with no instructions on how to use the washing machine it was of no use. All facilities were clean. Very private. Door codes didn't work for 2 of the doors we had to get thru to get to the apt building itself. Didn't know which building the apt was actually in. Didn't know what floor the apt was on. The apt itself had no identifying number. Had to rely on the luck of finding neighbors who knew the right building and also throw host.

• Lisa (10/5): Aanrader voor een trip naar Milaan. - Heel goede locatie om de stad te ontdekken, net appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. Heel vlotte communicatie met Luca, heel behulpzaam indien nodig. /
• Christine S (9/5): Very nice. The landlord is superb - Great and cozy apartment. AC and full-dark curtains saved me during the heat! Very comfy bed. Overall clean. The kitchen has everything, I didn't even use half of the stuff, my main attraction was the washing machine of course because, again, the weather was extremely hot and I washed my sweaty clothes every day. The metro station is like 5 mins walk, so there was no problem in reaching everything a tourist would love to see in Milan. Also, the landlord was very nice and friendly! I don't even know what to say here because nothing was too critical for me. One towel had a brown spot on it but I was given so many towels it wasn't a big deal. And the placing of the shower was a bit weird to my taste but I got used to it.

• Alessandro (6/5): Pleasant - - spacious room and apartment - Good location vs my needs - Level of cleanliness leaves much to be desired - too much hassle with different codes for 4 entrance doors in the building, instructions should be improved - no shower, only bathtub with no possibility to have a proper shower in it

• Rebecca (9/5): Ideal for my short stay with easy access to public transportation and nearby eating places at a fairly reasonable rate - It was the perfect stay for visiting my son who studies in a university in Navigli. The cozy apartment is in a quiet corner and very good complex near Romolo metro station. It has a nice park area for an evening walk.
• Anja (10/5): Exceptional - The house is really cool and cozy, and it is in a good location. The bed is very comfortable. The host is friendly and helpful. The lights could be a bit brighter, especially in the kitchen. And one small note - the sockets don't fit a large laptop charger.
• Orlin (9/5): Comfortable apartment - Large apartment close to the bars and restaurants of Navigli and so close to metro. Equipped with everything you need and more. The host Luca was helpful and kind. Access to the apartment is difficult and slow. You have to go through five doors. Three are unlocked by code and smartphone. The last one is only by code.

• Paul (9/5): A lovely, modern apartment - A casa di Luca is a well-equipped apartment overlooking a park, just a short walk to a metro station and around half an hour's walk to the centre of Milan. It is very close to the Navigli. The bed is very comfortable and there's a good-sized balcony area. The apartment is airy, light, and spacious. There is currently some building work taking place in an adjacent block, but we were out during the day, so it didn't intrude on us too much. The access is quite complicated until you are used to it.
• Anastasiia (8/5): Very good - It was very pleasant stay, apartment is close to metro station and in just 10 minutes walking distance from Navigli channel with its lovely shops & bars. There is nice park near and the view from balcony is good! The host was very helpful and made our journey more comfortable! The only think that we had to wait a bit to get into the apartment because the front door code didn’t work, but if you do the check-in at least 1 hour before arrival, that won’t be a problem!

We particularly cherished the balcony, which offered a delightful view of a nearby park. The location was ideal, situated in close proximity to a metro station that provided easy access to the city's main attractions. Additionally, it was a mere five-minute walk to a vibrant street teeming with restaurants, bars, and clubs open until 2 AM—a significant advantage given that most of the city shuts down by 11 PM. The host was exceptionally gracious and dedicated, ensuring we had everything we needed and that our stay was problem-free. I would gladly recommend this place to all my friends and acquaintances.

• Csaba (10/5): Really good value for your money. - The flat is in a new built house, in a quiet, and safe place, but also in 5 minutes walk from metro station, from where you can arrive in 15 minutes in the city, and also in 10 minutes walk from the cozy Navigli canal with nice restaurants and bars. The flat is really spacious, with a huge balcony, and well equipped with everything what you need. Luca it’s a really nice, and helpfull guy, thanks a lot for your service. -
