• Amanda (6/5): Excellent location, near to stations - The location is amazing. Good size. Excellent temperature and easy to use shower Mirrors and lighting great Welcome treats were a great touch The Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Mosquitos reside here. Instructions to house wasn't clear.

• Henrietta (8/5): Nagyon jó szálláshely lehetne, csak a sok apró negatív dolog zavaró. dolog - Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, közel a vonat- és metróállomás, szupermarket, kávézók, éttermek. Tiszta volt az apartman. A kijelentkezés lehetséges volt 11:00-kor. Jó kommunikáció a szállásadóval. A kanapéágy rettenetesen nyikorgott, de szerencsére a matrac levehető volt, így a kanapét összecsuktuk és a matracot letettük a padlóra. A fürdőszobában a mosdó nem folyott le, de miután ezt jelentettük, gyorsan megoldották a problémát. 4 felnőtt 4 éjszakára kapott 2 kicsi tekercs WC papírt, ami elég kevés. Miután kértem, kaptunk még azzal a megjegyzéssel, hogy ennyi volt a "welcome kit". Talán nem a WC papíron kellene spórolni... 🙄 Rengeteg szúnyog volt, szúnyogháló az ablakokra nem lenne rossz befektetés, a falak is tisztábbak maradnának... 😊
• Beyza Nur (1/5): - Tesisin tek avantajı tren garına yakın olmasıydı Çok gürültülü bir binaydı olur olmadık saatlerde gece vakti bile aşağıdan zil çalıyordu. Temizlik çok zayıftı her yer toz içindeydi. Dairede inanılmaz bir tuvalet kokusu vardı. Çok fazla sivrisinek vardı zahmet edip camlara tel bile yapmamışlar. Çok başarısız bir konaklamaydı.

• Elías (9/5): COMODIDAD - Apartamento moderno con cocina completa (incluyendo lavavajillas) salón luminoso, dos camas familiares y baño equipado. Buena ubicación. Faltaban cubiertos para 4 personas.
• Ramona (5/5): Molte cose da migliorare. - L'appartamento è in una posizione abbastanza comoda. La pulizia lasciava abbastanza a desiderare: ovunque segni di zanzare sulle pareti, le tende e gli infissi, la lampada a terra era molto impolverata. I letti erano davvero di dubbia qualità, in particolare il divano con due posti letto era sfondato, scricchiolante e non riposante. La porta d'accesso non funzionava: durante la notte non ci si poteva chiudere dentro ma solo lasciare il passante di blocco, quest'ultimo ossidato e di non agevole utilizzo.

• Massimiliano (10/5): - Abbiamo appena lasciato il Cardano Suite con molto dispiacere. La casa è molto accogliente, pulita, calda e l'hosting sempre disponibile per qualsiasi chiarimento o informazione. Siamo stati in famiglia, con 2 bambini e la posizione è strategica anche per la metropolitana....tutto consigliatissimo!!!

• Ana (8/5): Muy buena ubicación. - El apartamento era muy nuevo y bien amueblado. Muy cerca de la estación central, por lo que en pocos minutos estabas en el centro de Milán o podías moverte a otras ciudades. Los dueños super amables. Me atendieron sin problemas. Me trajeron una nueva sartén. Tuve un problema con la llave y me lo resolvieron al instante. Muy atentos siempre. Había muchísimos mosquitos en la habitación. No sé por donde entraban porque no abrimos ni las ventanas. El apartamento es extremadamente pequeño. Para 4 personas adultas no lo recomiendo. Para dos adultos y dos niños aceptable. El baño olía un poco mal. Pero bueno, casi no estás en el apartamento. Solo lo usas para dormir. El sofá es muy incómodo.

• Hafize (6/5): Pleasant - It is near the central station and also well equipped. Mosquito, mosquito..in the apartment, there were many many mosquitos.it was unable to sleep.there were no precautions against mosquitos.no window protection etc.
• Elitagg (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment is very convenient—just a short walk from Milano Centrale, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The apartment itself was a good size for our needs and equipped with all the basics for a short stay. However, one major downside was the presence of mosquitoes. And not just one or two—there were a lot, and we couldn't figure out how they were getting into the apartment. Unfortunately, my daughter ended up with multiple mosquito bites, which made our stay little less comfortable than it could have been. With better mosquito prevention (maybe install mosquito nets in the windows), this would’ve been a great place to stay.

• Krisztián (4/5): Not recommended - Nice apartment in a good location Instructions for entry should have been made available in advance but it took phone calls and an hour of waiting outside in the rain. Host insisted on communicating via WhatsApp, which we didn't have and had to install and register for this purpose only. Messages sent on Booking.com (app & site) were ignored for the most part. The apartment door showed signs of forced entry and the electronic lock on the inside was torn off the door halway. It later fell off altogether. This resulted in another hour of being locked outside the apartment before the host located the spare key in an instruction video (which, again, could have been provided beforehand). The host promised that a locksmith would arrive to check and repair the issue but they never showed. Hot water was only available on the first night of the three-night stay, with just a minimal amount available on day two. When I reported the issue to the host via a Booking.com message it was ignored. During the course of the stay no remediation or compensation was offered for the issues experienced and reported.
