Thomas (8/5): Ohne Handy kein Zugang - preiswerte Wohnung - Einfacher Zugang via App ins Haus und Code für Wohnungstür. Ausreichend Platz. Schnelle Reaktion der Vermieterin bei Problemen. Pragmatische Lösungen mit kurzfristiger Ergänzung der Küche mit weiteren Töpfen/Pfannen, Küchenhelfer, Schäler. War immer ein Parkplatz frei an der Straße. Nachbarn waren nicht zu hören (aber die Durchgangsstrasse). Netflix und Amazon Prime Video vorhanden. Grosser LG TV. 3 Zimmer Küche Bad mit Platz für bis zu 6 Gäste. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Bad hat kleine permanent mit geringer Helligkeit leuchtende Lampe. Gut um Nachts im Bad kein extra Licht zu benötigen. Strassenlärm vor allem nachts störend. 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Von 3 Fernsehern, war einer ohne Fernbedienung -> dieser nicht nutzbar (3 verschiedene Hersteller) Balkon nicht nutzbar. Fenster zum Balkon auch blockiert. Lüften nur von anderen Zimmern via Flur. Badfenster 2 glasig: Außenglas beschädigt/gerissen. Lineares Fernsehen nur via Amazon Prime Video streaming beim kleinen FireTv möglich. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden nicht gestellt (aber dadurch sicher preiswerter). Badhauptbeleuchtung nur via beleuchteten Spiegel (der von außerhalb des Bades und via tooch Schalter am Spiegel anzuschalten war) - vergaß manchmal Einstellung des Touch Tasters. Keine Mikrowelle, Dosenöffner, Brotschneidemaschine oder Brotmesser. Heizungen mit Thermostaten haben sich immer mal wieder (zurück-) gestellt bzw. haben im Bad nicht funktioniert. Kein Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank.
