- Валерия (8/5): - Чисто, современный ремонт, наличие кофе, если приедешь поздно, то не нужно искать кафе, владелец квартиры очень переживаний, чтобы всё было удобно, даже использовал переводчик, чтобы гостям было удобно общаться и всё время был на связи. Проблемы с парковкой, машину нужно оставлять на улице и самим искать место и отсутствие в квартире микроволновки, она более нудна, чем тот же тостер, при остановках на день- два очень удобно разогреть еду именно в микроволновке.

- nima (8/5): - Clean. Very responsive owner. Very quiet. Very small bed for two persons. The property doesnt have a parking, you can park at the street which may become tricky.

- Magdalena (7/5): Empfehlenswert - Super gelegen, man hat soweit alles da für einen kurzen Aufenthalt . Leider ist die Matratze deutlich zu weich , vor allem zu 2. Beim reinigen darf nachjustiert werden, da wollte sich der Vermieter aber mit der Firma in Verbindung setzen.

- Aleksandra (10/5): - The apartment is in a great location, it is clean, modern and comfortable. it is rather small so it's great for a short visit. the furniture and equipment is new, the bathroom is nice and spacious. Herman is a great host, contact is fast and efficient. I really recommend it, especially if you want to learn and live in Neustadt, great for couples or single travelling.
