Хозяйка дождалась нас несмотря на задержку нашего рейса. Все объяснила, подсказала. Спасибо, думаю в следующий раз остановимся здесь. До центра 15 минут на метро.

• ryoma (7/5): - ピエトロさんは親切で22時でもチェックインに対応してくれました。 追加で料金がかかることがあるのは事前に知っておいた方がいいかもしれません。それでもリーズナブルで必要な設備は整っているのでバックパッカーにはおすすめです。水回りが綺麗だったのがポイント高いですね。

• gaspare (4/5): Abbiamo fatto un giro senza volerlo. - La posizione. L'appartamento è attaccato alla fermata della metro e ad un parcheggio frequentato dagli zingari. La dichiarazione che avremmo avuto a nostra disposizione un intero appartamento ed invece ci siamo trovati in una delle due parti in cui è stato diviso un intero appartamento. E altre cose di minore importanza.

• Lorena (8/5): Muy bien. - Tenía lo necesario y está al lado del metro. El dueño intentó comunicarse con traductor con nosotros para explicarnos los detalles del piso y fue un detalle. Que quisieran cobrarme 10€ de check in adicional que no está en las políticas, ni en las condiciones de reserva. Al comentarle que solo pagaría a través de booking me responden que no pague el check in que me lo regalan. No estaba pidiendo un regalo, sino reclamando lo que es, si tienen que cobrarlos déjenlo en el anuncio y cuando reservamos ya lo tenemos en cuenta.

• JIANGJIANPING，WANGYUFEI (7/5): - 民宿在一个安静的居民楼里，很安全干净，房间挺大的，楼前有一个小花园，位置很好，门口就有公交站和地铁站，去景点非常方便，过马路对面有超市，厨房可以煮食，但锅比较小，有冰箱有盐，没有微波炉，热水空调不错。因为比check in早到了大半个小时，老板不在，门口的大叔很好，帮忙联系，老板过来后说时间还没到，叫我们晚点再来，拿着一堆行李，只能在门口等，后来老板还是允许我们先把行李 放进房间。 被子就是照片上面花花的，没有被套，盖的时候有床单隔着，两个人盖不太舒服，衣柜上的大镜子对着床，晚上醒来会有点吓到，退房后不能存放行李。
• Filipa (10/5): - Foram uns dias incríveis! A casa muito bem localizada, com o metro à porta, facilitou muito a nossa deslocação pela cidade. O anfitrião muito simpático e prestável, sempre disposto a ajudar! Casa limpa e arrumada, com tudo o que precisámos durante os nossos 4 dias. Perfeitamente adequada para duas pessoas. Gostámos muito, e se alguma vez voltarmos a Roma iremos reservar novamente!

• Karol (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect, literally it's on the metro :p There was everything we needed in the apartment. The bed was comfortable, the AC works very well and the apartment and bathroom were so clean. Thank you Peter for everything.
• Dávid (3/5): Poor - Close to the metro and comfy bed, easy and flexible check-in. Smelly kitchen and hallway. No microwave and cleaning was poor in the bathroom and kitchen. Replying to the host’s comment: electric oven is not a microwave and not even replacing that… The kitchen was sticky, the electric oven and the tap were limescaled, there was hair in the shower and we noticed after arrival. My review is not false, it is a fact. You should try to correct these and not denying them as you did with others too who left negative reviews.
• Kateryna (10/5): Exceptional - I had a fantastic stay at this impeccably clean and cozy apartment. The space is thoughtfully designed and equipped with all the essentials — the kitchen has everything you need for cooking your favorite meals, and the spacious bathroom even includes a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient. The location couldn't be better. It's only a 2-minute walk to the Conca d’Oro metro station, so navigating Rome was a breeze. Also a night bus station is only across the street. Additionally, there's a supermarket just 350 meters away and a charming ice-cream café, along with a variety of bars and restaurants, all within walking distance. I especially appreciated how easy it was to reach the Colosseum and historical part of Rome in just 20 minutes via metro. A standout feature of my stay was the exceptional hospitality of the host, Pietro. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with helpful advice and insider tips on where to go in Rome, including some hidden gems not found in the usual travel guides. His recommendations truly made my solo journey more enriching and memorable. Overall, this apartment is a perfect retreat for any solo traveler or couples looking to explore Rome comfortably and independently. Highly recommended!

• Johannes (9/5): Good value for money and perfect public transport connection - Very good value for money! A little bit outside of the city center but very good public transport connection (metro and bus stop direct in front oft the door) A little bit noisy in the night. We left the windows closed during the night because it was too loud otherwise. And even with closed windows you hear some noise from the street and when other people enter or leave the building (closing doors). But not as much that I could not sleep well.

• Monique (10/5): Great stay in Rome! - Great accommodation right in front of the metro station, in 15-20 min we could reach the center (also many bus options available). Our host, Pietro, was excellent, provided all necessary information; communication was very easy. The building is organized and clean, and the accommodation was comfortable, well-equipped and cozy. I can only recommend and would easily stay there again in a next trip to Rome! Nothing really, it was great for our purpose. Do have in mind that this is a small accommodation (kitchen is adapted), so it works for basic cooking needs for example. All as described in Booking :-)

The location has many amenities, such as an iron, hair dryer, etc. Even though the location is a little further from the center, this was not a problem at all, since right next to it you have the metro and bus that can take you directly to the center

The host Pietro is very polite and responsive, he explained everything about the apartment to us and even gave us a recommendation for good restaurants to eat around. The apartment is located in a nice building. The bathroom is large. The bed was very comfortable and we managed to get a good night's sleep after the long walks in Rome. The kitchen has everything we need. The most convenient thing is that right in front of the apartment building is the B1 metro line, which takes you directly to Termini station, the center and the Colosseum. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

We needed an iron and Pietro kindly brought it together with an ironing board! The location is also nice, the metro station is right in front of the house. We really appreciated that the host was waiting for us, although we arrived a bit later than planned. He explained everything and was always in touch if we needed something. We'll definitely stay in this apartment if we go to Rome again. Everything was fine!

I would totally go back to stay in casa di Emy :) Can't think of anything
