- Mary (1/5): Dirty and defective facilities. Do not book - Nothing. Property was dirty, the place hadn’t been hoovered, mould around the property and a leaking ceiling. Property unsecured with a broken garden door. A dirty pillow case was left in the living room. The decking in the garden is loose and wobbly, dangerous to walk on. The shed is the full of rotting foul smelling bin bags, the shower is covered in calc and the drains in the shower are blocked (water floods the floor as a result). As you enter there is a Swastika on the door and the property has an old musty smell. I had to request cleaning supplies from the host and clean the property myself in order to sleep there. Property was dirty, the place hadn’t been hoovered, mould around the property and a leaking ceiling. Property unsecured with a broken garden door. A dirty pillow case was left in the living room. The decking in the garden is loose and wobbly, dangerous to walk on. - Alice (7/5): In need of some TLC - Fantastic open plan living space, ideal location for what I was looking for, decent space for number of guests The property is in need of renovation, particularly upstairs. The decor is dated and areas are damaged e.g. the bathroom floor. The decking outside is broken and dangerous so I wouldn't recommend staying at this property with children.
- Jani (9/5): Great family vacation in UK - Good location 5 mins walk from train station and from there about 30-40 mins to London Victoria, good facilities for making food and the beds were good. Didn’t realize it’s a three story building our toddler really enjoyed the stairs! Easy to get the key and communication was good from the host, a few grocery stores, food places and pubs nearby and a big Tesco about 25 min walk to Purley, which we frequently used. Also a couple nice playgrounds for our kids 5 mins walk each. The only thing that would’ve made the stay even better was a baby highchair and a baby cot otherwise no complaints, quite neighborhood. All in all would recommend for a family or a large group of friends, we had 7 family members and all fit in to sleep really well. Baby highchair and cot would’ve been a nice addition.
