• Elena (8/5): - Отличное местоположение, рядом с вокзалом и двумя станциями метро. Соответствует фотографиям. Просто и без излишеств. На несколько дней идеально. Удобные диван в гостиной и кровать в спальне. Можно закрывать открывать рольставни на окнах. Район тихий спокойный. Утром только громко работала уборочная машина. Рядом есть прекрасная кофейня и ресторан с приемлемыми ценами. В целом остались довольны. Стоит починить протекание унитаза и душевой.

• Signe (8/5): - Apartment is clean and tidy. The check-in was very easy and straightforward. There are charming restaurants and bars in a short walk. The kitchen could be better equipped.
• Mancini (2/5): Una casa carina non basta. Preferisco dare i miei soldi a chi sa fare questo mestiere. Mai piu'. - L'appartamento e' gradevole, l'accesso e' molto facile e la posizione abbastanza strategica. L'host non ha alcun progetto di ospitalita'. C'e' un frigo nuovissimo, il bollitore, la macchina Nespresso, ma neanche una bottiglia d'acqua, non una bustina di te' e quattro cialde abbandonate di cui tre aperte, senza bustina ne' scadenza. Abbiamo trovato un solo rotolo di carta igienica e abbiamo dovuto pregare per averne un altro, quando la perdita d'acqua che proveniva dal water l'ha reso inutilizzabile. I riscaldamenti sono condominiali, e a mezzanotte la camera da letto era gia' ghiacciata, al punto che ci siamo dovuti spostare in salone dove c'e' l'unico condizionatore. La comunicazione con l'host e' stata discontinua (risponde quando puo') e molto asciutta, al punto da farti ripiangere un chatbot. Alla richiesta di poter lasciare i bagagli in casa dopo il checkout OVVIAMENTE siamo stati respinti con la scusa di un altro check-in imminente, check-in che non c'e' mai stato, visto che siamo ripassati alla casa prima di prendere il treno e non era ancora arrivato nessuno. In sostanza, non ne potevano piu' di noi gia' dal primo momento e non vedevano l'ora di salutarci. Pensavamo di essere ospiti, invece siamo i finanziatori a fondo perduto dell'investimento immobiliare del signor Massimo (o chi per lui). Per la serie, prendi i soldi e scappa. Mai piu'.

• Roxana (1/5): Don’t book if you don’t want to end up without accommodation!! - I never stayed at the property I booked. The owner informed me at the last minute that the reservation could not be honored due to a water infiltration problem. They offered another property (DomusMi San Gregorio 10), as can be seen from the pictures, was dirty and smelled of mold. I left immediately and had to book another hotel at my own expense. I also paid the city tax (€37.80) in advance and couldn’t get a refund. When we requested a refund, the owner no longer responded. I paid for 3 nights in vain. Don’t pay in advance before seeing the accommodation.

• Milan (9/5): - Close to Central station, walkable distance to shops and metro station, apartment looks exactly as in pictures, comfy bed and the windows are turned into a quiet street, so not much noise during the night. It was a bit cold, outside was approximately 8 deg Celsius and when we came in, the heating was completely off and a window was open in the bedroom, so not the most welcoming temperature inside.

• Miguel Angel (3/5): No repetiré (buen interior, mala ubicación y mala gestión) - La cama era grande y bastante cómoda y había buen espacio de armarios para guardar la ropa. La iluminación interior estaba bien conseguida con luces indirectas que daban un ambiente agradable por la noche. El apartamento está en un barrio bastante conflictivo de Milán. Cuando llegas lo notas enseguida por el ambiente de la zona, especialmente al anochecer. No es un lugar en el que apetezca pasear tranquilo y mucho menos volver tarde. A esto se suma que el piso está a nivel casi de calle, lo cual no transmite ninguna seguridad, y menos cuando te das cuenta de que cualquiera puede ver desde fuera. Otro punto negativo fue la limpieza. Nada más llegar se veía que no habían prestado atención a los detalles, pelusas detrás de las cortinas y los radiadores, polvo en los bordes del baño y utensilios de cocina que daban poco confianza. El estropajo parecía tener más vida que el edificio, y la cafetera estaba a medio montar, sin depósito para cápsulas usadas y con piezas que había que quitar para poder hacer un simple café. El baño tiene poca iluminación, no hay colgadores para las toallas ni para el papel higiénico y el agua caliente es un problema, dura muy poco y tarda una eternidad en volver. Ducharse era casi una carrera contrarreloj. Tampoco me gustó el sistema de recogida de llaves. Estaban en una caja de seguridad en plena calle, algo que da muy poca confianza porque cualquiera puede verla e incluso intentar abrirla. Por último, algo que creo que es importante mencionar, este apartamento no pertenece a un particular que vaya a cuidar la experiencia del huésped, sino a una empresa que gestiona muchos pisos. Y eso se nota. Falta calidez, atención al detalle y sobre todo interés en que el cliente quiera volver (cosa que yo no voy a hacer). En resumen, el piso es bonito en fotos y tiene algún punto positivo, pero la realidad es otra. Entre la zona, la limpieza y los inconvenientes, no lo recomendaría.

• Laura (6/5): Buona posizione ma servizi e pulizia scarsi. - La posizione, vicino la fermata Pasteur Linea M1 (utile per le nostre necessità di soggiorno). La pulizia ha lasciato a desiderare. Su specchi e superfici si vedevano gli aloni e nel bagno c’era qualche pelo e capello. Stesso discorso per la cucina. Anche se non avevamo la necessità di usarla, dando uno sguardo abbiamo trovato una posata sporca. Bagno scomodo poiché senza ganci per appendere gli asciugamani né un supporto per la carta igienica. La casa è abbastanza umida, la sera era particolarmente fredda e purtroppo il condizionatore non ha funzionato per il riscaldamento. Avremmo gradito indicazioni per la raccolta della spazzatura e quindi più sacchetti per poter differenziare.

• Liana (8/5): Very good - There are grocery stores and a metro station nearby. The apartment was clean. The owner of the apartment was kind, he took our request into account and we were able to enter the apartment in the morning. The hot water in the bathroom cooled down very quickly and then you had to wait 2-3 hours before another person could get in the bath again. There was no shelf in the bathroom to store toiletries.

• Neagu (8/5): Very good - The location was good, 15 minutes from the central station The cleaning in the apartment was not done well .The shower was not cleaned, the floor in the bathroom had hair, the mop was full of hair and there was quite a lot of dust on the skirting boards.The microwave oven was not cleaned at all, I found traces of grease and the kitchen furniture was full of marks. The couch wasn't properly cleaned, we find lots of dust and hair.

• Lavinia (9/5): Superb - Very nice large apartament, everything is new, modern, kitchen is fully eqquiped, even with dish washer. Great location, 5 minute walk till metro station ( Pasteur and Loreto), great conections with all major objectives. Staff very helpfull and nice. There is a supermarket (Conad) across the street. There was a litlle bit of noise from the street, but not very disturbing.
