• Corinne (7/5): Lovely stay, will come again - Lovely comfy apartment, worked well for two adults and a baby, spacious and well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, including one with a bathtub. Location is central and plenty to do around. The place could have been cleaned better inbetween guests, and both the couch and the carpet desperately need to be switched out and replaced with less stained options.

Hosts very good about early check-in and late check-out which is much appreciated. Place was great but in the interests of realistic feedback to help improve service - it could have been cleaner ie lounge was grimy, and not comfortable. Hard to get TV / microwave to work.
• Susan (5/5): Has so much potential but sadly Mediocre - While the apartment itself is quiet and cute, and in a safe building, it is apparent that there is a lack of communication between whomever tends to the day to day of the flat and the management/hosts, and little attention to basic details. We have stayed in so many airbnbs and the basic things like instructions for how to operate heating, tv, appliances how to lock the door (not all of us are british and know to pull up on the handle to release some magical lock) was non existent. Upon going to the store point to retrieve the keys they weren't there. We do appreciate that that was resolved and the keys were provided in a timely manner upon notification, so that seemed to just be some mistake by housekeeping or whomever not sure. But when we got to the flat, it was freezing cold and even with British friends with us, we could never get the heating to increase in all of the rooms. We aren't a daft lot, we travel a lot, but it was bizarre that there were just no instructions/booklet for anything. A hair dryer was advertised but was not there. We notified hosts and they said that the past month during inventory it was there. That just seemed like a weird answer, as one would think housekeeping would be providing any information between guests if anything had vanished. We had to purchase one and were reimbursed. There were no extra blankets, comforters , bedding, pillows whatsoever, also odd seeing how the flat advertises it can accommodate more than 4 people and would one wonder if you did have a child/extra adult or were cold what would they use for bedding? I had no idea until our friends told us the day they were leaving that every ceiling light in the hall bath was not working. Thought that was odd. Also odd there was coffee pods but no coffee maker for those.. The beds were so so, not the most comfy. my hubs and I shared the sofa one evening just because it was warmer in that room and more comfortable. Location isn't in the heart of everything and a walk to the tube, so missing the mark with these basics just seems a shame.
