• Francis (2/5): - Location was fantastic communication with host regarding where everything was located and keys location were excellent. Photos for car park were spot on great directions. The apartment was not clean at all it had an oily smell throughout the apartment dirt dust everywhere, grease marks on every kitchen cupboard the cleanest thing in the apartment was the fridge.

• Sally (10/5): For any events at Olympic Park this is a must stay location. - The location is just brilliant, a short walk to SOPAC, IGA, Restaurants, Train Station and Bicentennial Park. The accommodation was just as described, with heaps of room, fantastic view from the room over part of the park, what's not to love.

• Elsa (10/5): Perfect location with great views - It was a central location for us, the apartment was neat and clean, amazing views and green outlook and it had really comfortable beds. Extra Pillows with pillow cases would've been great as the pillows were a little flat but the spare pillow in the cupboard was missing a pillow case so kept to one pillow. An extra tea towel and bin liners for the kitchen would also be helpful.

• Renee (10/5): - I loved how close it was to walking paths and mangroves. IGA just across the road and we have a lovely breakfast at Mellow Me. Easy walk to Ribs and Rumps for dinner and Abbatior Blues for Lunch. Also not too far to walk to Accor.

• Guest (7/5): Amazing stay for Events at the Olympic Park - Lots of room, was a full apartment with all full features which was great especially for the price. Location was great. Super close to the Olympic facilities. 5 minute walk to the Quay Centre. Great WiFi included. Fully supplied kitchen with utensils, dishes and cutlery. Basic food supplies as well like sugar, tea, salt etc. Not the hosts fault but just a note for people, because you are in the middle of the Olympic park, there aren't many close food options so we ordered food delivery every night. There is a bar downstairs with food however we did not have a good experience there. Obviously not a controllable factor. However for us the location was still great because it was a 5 minute walk to the Quay Centre. (Where our event was)

Great stay, will book again if needed ☺️ The only thing I didn’t like was the directions to get inside the building once you have collected the key. I personal feel it was hard to read and difficult to follow. Other than that, everything was amazing.

• Alana (6/5): Convenient stay - Instructions for key collection were good but it added a bit of time to go elsewhere to collect keys. Apartment was nice but it was hard to sleep in the bedroom near the kitchen due to traffic noise and blinds letting in so much light and heat.

• Shankar (4/5): Overall it's a nice place and if the host address the issues I mentioned then the guest will have be - Location of the property was excellent. Overall the apartment is good but some basic issues resulted in less than excellent experience. Both the bathrooms shower water outlet was clogged and as a Guest I have to unclog the bathroom outlets which was disgusting. Also the showers slope is not right which cause water to stay on the shower floor.. In the kitchen, we couldn't find any dishwashing tablet for the dishwasher, ended up washing utensils by hand.

• Amy (8/5): Handy location and spacious - Spacious, clean, home away from home. View over park very pretty. Good cafe downstairs and IGA over through the tunnel. Helpful security onsite. Balcony off main bedroom. Walk to stadiums DFO and train Windows only open a little so not much fresh air and very noisy rd running between the park and building. Nothing owner can do but I prioritise fresh air and thought it would be quieter.
• Jad (2/5): We stayed for one night, so it did the job. - One of the bathrooms were completely blocked. It blocked up within minutes of me showering. It was quite gross standing in dirty drain clogged water. Unable to be fixed so we were advised not to use it. Kitchen was poorly stocked. No black tea/coffee or milk options. Amenities were missing several fittings / towel racks etc. Shower head in second bathroom very loose and kept dropping. One of the windows won't close, so I would hear windy tunnel noises all night. Unclean surfaces. Unclean cutlery. It's such a beautiful layout apartment with a prime location. Such a shame the property isn't maintained.

• Julie (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!! - We checked into the apartment for a one night stay recently. The apartment is located on level 3. To gain access you need to swipe fob keys in the lift. Our fob keys stopped working and we were stuck on the ground floor. Upon contacting the owner directly and explaining the situation they arranged for a man to come down from his apartment who resided on level 3 and use his lift fob key to allow us back into the apartment. We said we were concerned we would not be able to get back into the apartment when we returned later that night and the host agreed to give us a full refund if we checked out upon collecting our bags which we did immediately. Unfortunately, even though they knew we could not get access they told Booking.com we did not show up to the property resulting in only a partial refund being issued and has refused to grant the full refund. Despite trying to attempt to make contact through Booking.com and via text messages they are not responding. Very disappointing. No bath towels were used nor the sofa bed as WE DID NOT STAY AS WE COULD NOT GET ACCESS!! Why did you ask someone from another apartment to come down to let us in if the keys were working. Why would I want to check out at 7pm at night?

The bathrooms were absolutely gorgeous The furniture was a bit uncomfortable, the bed was a little harder than I would have liked and the pillows felt like they had very minimal stuffing.
